Very nice people. Incorrect hours listed on Google.

Came by at 5:45pm on Friday 11/6/20 and they were closed. I drove 30 min in high traffic to donate a lot of name brand clothes in great or good condition ( true religion, BCBG, William Rast, 7’s, Nike active & boutique clothes) Also a lot of boutique nic nacks. They need to update there hours on their website and post a phone number to call and see if they’re open as this isn’t the 1st time I’ve come by during open hours and found that they were closed. And by reading the other reviews I’m pretty sure I won’t be back. I’m not driving 30 min to donate ( if they are open) to have them pick through my donations and only take some of it! Maybe I’ll separate sizes then just post it for free on OfferUp.

Rude as all hell! They dump out your donation on the table in front of you pick out what they want you to donate out of it and proceeded to give you back the remaining parts of your donation. You figure that if youre taking donations weather in pristine condition or used condition that they all should be taken with open arms given the fact that theyre supposedly going to a good cause Goodwill needs to realize that they wouldnt exist if it wasnt for people donating items that they could sell.

They never seem to be taking donations and are always full. It does not matter if you go on a weekday, weekend, morning or afternoon...they cannot or will not take your stuff. Go elsewhere to donate.

Its a dropoff spot for Goodwill, that pretty much says it all. Employees are friendly and accommodating, they will come out to the parking lot to meet you and offer a cart and help if needed, they also provide receipts for donations.Please note this is not a Goodwill store, just a drop off for donations.

They never want to take donations. Ive tried 8 times and they tell me they are not accepting donations and to go to oddie Blvd. I have never heard of a place that tells you no we dont want your donation

They Take your old things. They kind of rush you, but 0k overall.

This location is the worst goodwill in Reno. I donate once a month and every single time I go to this location the employees are just plain rude. Especially the lady working today. Will not be going back. Ever.
