Our company logo has a lot of color in it, and many places I looked at before I found Big Frog either couldnt do that many colors or it was going to be very expensive. My daughter drew a face to make a custom mask. The employees were AMAZING. They took her drawing and fit it to a mask. They said it may take about a week; it took a weekend. I wish I would have gotten the employees names. They were that amazing. Their employees made me a loyal customer as did the quality of their product.

I want to preface this by saying I never write reviews, but my treatment here was so poor that I had to. Ive done business here multiple times but the most recent time was terrible. I ordered black sweaters with a graphic on them and when I went to pick them up they looked okay because the ones on the top of the pile were the best ones. Once I looked deeper into them I found that a majority of them were damaged and had big white stains across them. I tried to wash them and it made it worse. I brought them back to show them some months later (I know it had been a while but I didnt notice the extent of the damage till I got deeper in the pile as my customers bought more sweaters) and Troy the owner said there was nothing he could do and it wasnt their fault. He then proceeded to call me a liar, saying that I probably left them outside or in the car or intentionally sabotaged them myself. Why would I do that with my own merchandise? I was surprised by how unprofessional he was. When I got there to pick up my good for nothing sweaters, he then proceeded to physically threaten me by calling me a tough guy! I took the higher road and walked away without pursuing the matter further. Ive never been harassed by a business owner in such a way. I wouldnt suggest that anyone do business here. Custom Ink is much more professional and theres less chance of the business owner trying to fight you.

As usual, I ran out of time to get a sweatshirt for my Granddaughters rugby game. I went in on Thursday afternoon because I need it for the game on Saturday. Everyone in the store was more than helpful. The gentleman looked up the colors for the Humboldt State, and also found a rugby ball. They showed me different styles I could choose from. All the while, being extremely courteous and helpful.The sweatshirt was such a hit at the game the team wanted to know where I got it. After calling around everywhere to see who would be able to put a vinyl print onto one piece of clothing I own, I finally found Big Frog (everywhere else had a 5-10 piece or more clothing limit!). One the best experiences Ive had with a company! We were running behind picking up our order (sisters baby shower that morning) and needed our order that day because it was for my Dads birthday. I called and someone still answered (even after they were closed) and they kept the store open for another 20 minutes so we could come get our order! Also it was so easy to design our shirt. I emailed my idea, they designed it and sent an image back-it was exactly what we wanted. Seriously so impressed.

I brought in a t-shirt that I had gotten on-line when I released my CD STILL HERE. I wanted to be a walking advertisement for the song for my dogs called Harry & Chicho so I wanted a scan block on it and the name of the song. One positive thing took place - the scan bar worked. I had a guy scan it at Home Depot and the video came up. However, two negative things took place. The first was their absolute lack of interest. I dont hold them accountable for that because you like what you like (I had asked the clerk to please listen to the song. She promised she would but she never did to my knowledge); the second was the quality of the words Harry & Chicho. The quality was bad and when I went back to discuss it (I didnt have time when I first picked up the finished product) I was told it was because of the font that was chosen and that it had been displayed on the screen and I had accepted it. I reminded the employee that SHE should have mentioned it as apparently she noticed the bad print quality I did not) but she had said nothing. Then she put the blame on me. I will never return.

These guys are great, I went in with a promotional free token to get 1 shirt made, and I was expecting to get pushed to the bottom of the list of priorities and didnt expect much for quality with something that was free. But I was shocked they handled my order right away, I was able to get it done on my hour lunch time. They did an excellent job on the shirt. The store is clean and inviting. If and when I need more custom shirts this will be the place I go to.

Big Frog made it easy to order the shirts I wanted for my youth football team and even designed the shirts for me based on what I told them I wanted. Makaylie took my ideas and within a couple days provided me with no less than 6 different designs that I could choose from! Ordered 120 custom shirts, they made a serious sizing/spacing issue on all 120 shirts.They refused to remedy the situation, and all shirts went to waste. Im sure they have the capabilities of doing a good job, their customer service was just horrendous. Use another option if available

Ordered a single custom shirt for part of a festival outfit, and it was available the next day. The shirt cost way less than most of the other shirts and items Ive purchased through other sites. Also, the design team was extremely helpful and had great ideas. Ill definitely use this business again.

The customer service was horrible. They screwed up the size of the shirts and then charge to fix their mistake. We wash the shirts on delicate in cold water and half of the ink washed out in the shirt looked 10 years old. They used to be a lot better but me where they have gone downhill dramatically. Triple check all your order information with the staff to make sure they do not screw up your order.

I went in with a sketch of what I envisioned and Anthony was on task immediately. Since we didnt come up with the art quickly we agreed to continue on line . I sent the art to Anthony and he checked out copyright issues so we could proceed . With a little back and forth dialog, including design changes, the design was set, pricing established, and delivery date.The experience was smooth, professional, timely and cost effective; the product is high quality and attractive.
