Hands down the best spot in town for supplies and knowledge. Lance went out of his way to help me with some projects I wanted to have done this week, offered guidance as well about finishing my table. They are a trusted resource for me now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lance the manager is great to deal with but he has been absent for a while and there has been a creepy guy with a fake cowboy hat that stalks you through the store. I finally had to ask him to leave me alone. He then went to the end of the aisle and just stared. I wont be back unless I call first and Lance is there. And since Im lazy looks like catalog orders for me.

I have tried to call several times on the phone after 10:00 am on a Wednesday. Not only did no one answer the phone, the voicemail box is full and I could not leave a message. Their website says customer care but the take-home message is We dont care unless you are already a customer. Thats my feedback. Lost sales today.

I arrived at the Woodworking Source about 11am on a Saturday. Could not tell whether it was open or not. However, door was unlocked so I went in expecting to make some purchases. I waited 20 minutes to buy what I had picked out, but no one ever came to the showroom. I put the items back and left. Apparently sales are not important to the owners.

Address in Google is wrong. Its on the opposite side of the complex. Otherwise, great customer service, high quality products, but also high quality price.

Someone needs to update their store hours. Have been here on posted open times and dates, in the past 16 months, and the store was closed.

I am from out of town, but always look forward to visiting The Woodworking Source. I have taken many of their classes and they are of the best quality. Everyone there has always been eager to help and provide encouragement. Every time I walk in the store I get a personal greeting. Everyone is always eager to help when I have questions. And when I ask for a particular item they are always happy to run into the store and get it for me rather than let me find it myself.

We love this place! They stock a good selection of woodworking items that arent available anywhere else in the area. The staff is personable and very helpful. Their classes are excellent.

I went in today not knowing if I wanted to pick up wood working. The staff member I talked with (Larry) was very helpful and showed knowledge and experience. Definitely the place I will go to if this is a hobby that I fall in love with.

I went to look for pin turning kits and advice got both the man who helped me was very helpful

Ive been going to the wood working source in south Reno for a while now, they have almost everything I need I recommend them to everyone, great selection, great people to work with, Ralph and Marc are the best!

The Staff is knowledgeable in their respected fields, the product lines are ever expanding & the classes are better then any book you can find
