As a scale modeler Im going to have to deal somewhere else. Staff was rude, found my tiny isle, found about 50 starter type kits. If your into your child wants to build something this is great for a starter. However I have more and a lot more advanced kits than they carry in my home stash For paint there is the small Testors bottles. For a bit more advanced Vallejo paints are there. However the selection is very small out of 200+ colors in the basic line they have some 20. Great for new modelers however all advanced modellers will go online. Sorry they are really only hobby shop like spot on Reno area. Lots of potential for a good hobby shop of the past to clean up.

Always a great place to come in and find that perfect decoration or piece for your special event or holiday decorations. And often many holiday supplies are 50% off prior to the holiday. Get place to get Christmas supplies.

Clean, well stocked store. Not only are the staff friendly but the customers are usually sweet too! I always find great deals to help make my house a home.

I would like to give them a higher rating but the day that I went I was not impressed. I was looking for something specific. I tried to find someone to help me. I found someone stocking shelves, I asked her where I may find this product and she acted put out. She told me it was on the other side of the store in an isle with candle making. I heading to the other side of the store. I walked up and down 3 isle at least 4 times looking for what I needed and trying to ask employees where it was. I eventually found another associate and asked her. She was just about as warm she told me I would find it on the isle with window glass making. After wondering the isles 2 more times I finally had found what I was looking for. I like making resin epoxy jewelry. There supplies were not impressive I planned on buying several items that I have been wanting. I found nothing I needed but I bought 1 container of a white powder for my resin. I would of like a lot more of a personality when asking for help. I dont need someone to walk with me. I just g needed any correct information.

The staff at this store are consistent with what you would expect from visiting a Hobby Lobby store. Super helpful and very kind. This is a sizable store. Lots to find here from model cars, planes, etc. to fabric, to decor for your childrens rooms, man-caves, living spaces, etc. They have a lot of fun stuff to help add some nice accents which is really helpful because you can either buy off the shelf, or look through the whole store for some fun ideas and make something yourself.

Its like a Costco size craft store!!🤣 I love it. Great selection of different things that you need. A wide ranges of things to craft beautiful selection of fake flowers gorgeous!!

Lots of different stuff than the hobby lobby in Redding, CA. The store is a little small or maybe just oddly shaped. Still great selection. I do wonder why they carry pottery clay here with no glazes though.

Hard for me to say anything negative about Hobby Lobby. I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and nice. However, I will say that at this store location (not sure if this is the norm for other locations, since Reno only has one store) the idea to put all the furniture up high seems to be a questionable decision. I found myself straining to see the selection and could not read the price tags or inspect anything of interest. I get the concept of using all your space and not wasting the valuable vertical square footage, but come on...Placing one of your most expensive and heavy products (furniture) at the top height of your retail space is the fastest way to loose sales, at least from me. I want to see the furniture up close, touch it, pull the drawers out, sit on it if applicable, etc... Could you put wreaths or pictures or extra inventory of flowers or other product at the very top of your shelving perimeter? At the very least consider putting extra furniture inventory up high, but leave one of every piece you have available on the floor. Perhaps even scatter it throughout the store with other product on it. I love that you at least still have some furniture in the entryway. Just saying...

I love this store. I buy all my decorating stuff here. Last month I looked for silk flowers and pottery for my house and yard. You can find just about anything you want here.

There are so many different craft items and sections you could get lost in this store for hours! I used to do some beading and now that the kids are grown i wanted to try again and i am amazed at the large selection of beads here! Great store for any craft in mind.

My wife usually enjoys shopping for things that are of season (decor). This time we had to experience a very rude clerk (older lady). I really dont know what her problem was but she really had this attitude like we didnt belong there.

I love this store. I could spend days here. When I am looking for something specific, I can usually find it here. (Recently it was a certain color diamond dot.) When I don’t know what I’m looking for, I can also usually find it here. In addition to my many craft projects, a lot of the decor in our family room is from Hobby Lobby.

I went looking for a particular picture frame design and, although they seemed to have a lot of cool things, it was a chaotic setup. I was frustrated, lost, and no one even said hello until I went to pay for a couple pens I found.

Excellent place to shop for gifts, and find a hobby you might get into.

This was a super store. I have never seen such a well stocked Hobby Lobby. There were several members stocking merchandise throughout the store. This store had two more shelves throughout the store compared to the one we have back home in Bakersfield. When visiting again we will definitely come back to this store.

This place has everything from beautiful decorations to crafting to everything you need for a DIY Wedding! I love coming here and checking out the sales and clearance deals! The reason I say its just ok is because the staff do not know how to ring up merchandise (she rung up ribbon that was supposed to be 40% off but came up over $100 for 2 rolls at $4.99 each hmmm) another time I came in I bought the same item from clearance but because they all had different prices she refused to ring them up for the same price she tried 3 times to call for a manager and no one came.... the staff is not friendly at all I asked 3 people in the store if they carried something, or can you help me find, and each time it was we dont carry that or if we had it would be in the left part of the store and pointed... like what you have like 10 employees just on the floor and they cant stop for a minute to look with me... they dont ask you how your doing or if you found everything alright.. hopefully you have a better experience then me!

First time there. Found what I needed. Many employees available. But there is something very wrong with this company’s culture. The employees all acted angry and were very curt when answering my questions. I dealt with six of them. I do not blame them. I blame the management. Such an unwelcoming business. I will not return.

Large store with a wide range of crafting supplies. Could carry more stock as it looked like the store had been looted. The employees are knowledgeable for the most part about where the supplies are located and what items would best fit your needs. They do seem, for the most part, to not be happy working there, not disgruntled but but deffinetly seem to want to be anywhere else
