This was my first time into the store but it wont be my last! Gorgeous, high quality clothes. The women working there are amazing. They helped me put together a few outfits within my price range. I dont like shopping and without them, I wouldnt have found a thing! Thank you so much!🙂

Blythe is the epitome of the perfect business person. For over 30 years I worked as a consultant for small business around the United States. For the first time in my life, as a consumer, I could not find anything wrong with the staff, the layout, the location or the customer service of a business. It almost brings tears into your eyes to have to leave this most pleasant of environments. My wife absolutely adores this store and I, who just sits and waits for her, feel like I am visiting my favorite aunt when I am there. If you want great product, knowledgeable staff, a professional and friendly owner and an experience you will never forget, THIS IS WHERE YOU MUST GO!!!

The women at this Boutique are so helpful. They truley listen to what youre looking for and what you need. Theyre very familiar with the selection they have available in the store and are able to pull exactly what youre asking for in your size. Even suggesting other options. I have purchased a few things from here and I love all of them. If you are looking for something special this is the place to go. Inventory changes constantly. Clothing, shoes, jewlery, and accessories. Ive never been disapointed.

Well organized. The staff was friendly. The merch is pricey. But maybe a good deal. I am more of a department store type.

I forgot my dress shoes on a business trip. I called to see if they had much in my size. The sweet women actually pulled several shoes in my size before I got there as they knew I was in a hurry. Ill definitely be back!

Fantastic, Great staff, great location, new store, with quality high end very exclusive clothing like St. Johns, jewelry, watches, etc. One of my wifes favorite places to shop whenever we are in Reno.

If you know your LABELS, this is a wonderful store. It is not a Walmart. The store offers vintage designer womens clothing and jewelry at good prices... much less than similar consignment stores on the internet.

Dirty. Smelly. Yes, a very small selection of real designer brands. The few they had were very old, super outdated and not in good condition for the prices they were asking. I was not impressed at all. The smell of old musty clothes hits you as soon as you walk in. No thanks.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the Labels store on 1st. At this time- they had a nice St John selection- mostly vintage but very nice. I spotted a lovely Kate Spade denim skirt that is from a recent collection that looked mint condition, also a very recent LV Neverfull in the Damier Ebene with pouch. That was just naming a few of the goodies- there were many. The sales associates were so nice and the lovely Blythe offered me beverages even a ride back to the El Dorado. I will definitely be visiting this lovely store again.

It has been quite awhile since I have been to Labels because of the offensive sales staff. They were rude and very stuffy. I was treated less than.... Also, the prices were ridiculous! I am quite surprised that Labels is still in business. I am writing this review now, as I was googling for consignment shops to visit today and saw that Labels was still around. After reading the other reviews, I decided to chime in because the similar poor experiences expressed resonated with me. I find it very sad that any business would receive multiple poor reviews and obviously be okay with how many potential customers were shunned and offended, and not give a care. I am assuming that the owner/management staff does not care, because their practice of offensive and poor customer service continues. This type of service and treatment makes it more difficult for all the small businesses that do work so hard to stand tall and proud against the big department stores. Well, kudos to the other small business owners in Reno that get it right ! The Labels staff might benefit from visiting the small businesses in Midtown and elsewhere in Reno, and observe staff providing great, non-judgemental customer service.

OMG!!! I have never seen such high prices in a consignment store!!!Im new to the area, we are building a custom home in Verdi, on my first visit to this store,There were 2 pairs of black & olive jeans they were $128 each!!! the salesperson offered them to me for 50% off. They fit me great, i really liked them, I said I would purchase both for $100 She looked at me like I was a dirty bum begging for a dime and said NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!I left the items I did want to purchase & left. Never to return again.Keep the rude ol bags in the back, not in the front where shoppers need a sweet salesperson with skills.

I am from reno and my mom lives out of town. I heard about this store Labels, so me and my mom stopped by... The store itself was okay other than all the outdated clothing they had..I was not impressed one bit. They say its a small Beverly hills in Reno however ive seen better stuff at Junkees. Dirty shoes and clothes selling for 200 dollars good luck with that. The reason for my review however is mostly because the customer service was HORRIBLE. We came in trying to buy some new hand bags but we came out with nothing.. The owner was rude she did not acknowledge us one bit.. My thought was because we are Hispanic and had small children with us and probably thought we had no money.. Little did the owner know that we had thousands of dollars we were trying to spend on some new purses for me and my mom.. Snobby old ladies do not know what class is.. Stick with ur used Gucci bags lady .. Id rather shop and spend a couple more hundred dollars somewhere else and get treated with excellent customer service than come back to your store... The employees at mcdonalds have much better service than you can provide. Maybe you should think about getting a new carrer. This one doesnt look like its working out very well for you..
