Its a consignment store prices are going to vary, inventory is going to vary but I guarantee you theyll have something you like or love for that matter. They came on time and were very polite. Everything was explained and although I didnt agree with their valuations, the experience has been painless. Note, though, that they float your money. If they sell something in the first week that they have it, they still dont pay you until the end of your contract. So if you need the money quickly, this isnt the place to go.

Almost exactly what we were looking for ... swivel easy chair for bedroom. Only thing that would have made it better, if it were a swivel/rocker. Simple checkout with +3% fee for CC, loaded into the back of SUV and away we go.

This place is fantastic! They really take great care of their customers and its nice to know that they truly only accept very good items. Our recent experience with Consign was in helping with my brothers move (so stress levels were high!). Justin was so terrific in helping us (with the Chinese hutch for consignment) from my first phone call and all the follow up after (in fact, everyone I have spoken to at this store was exceptionally kind and professional and always called back when they said they would). The process went smoothly and everything was sold! I received my check exactly within the timeframe they said I would and even found at their store a beautiful corner desk for my off ice that was only $198. At first I was skeptical about using any consignment store because I had just moved here and wasn’t sure who I could trust. However, I am very pleased with my experience with Consign Furniture.

I bought some furniture from this store and was very pleased with the customer service part of it. I hate being bothered by sales people when Im just looking but when I have a question or a need, Ill go find a sales person to help me. Well, they didnt bother me but when I needed help they were right there to help me. Also, the delivery went really well and I was pleased with how professional the delivery men were.The main thing I would like to commend Consign Furniture Reno for is: When I had a problem with the couch I bought, they came and exchanged it for a better couch that was the same style. That goes beyond normal customer service and I commend them for it. Keep up the good work.

I cant believe I havent heard about this soon. This is the best consignment shop Ive ever been to. Everything is beyond excellent quality and they have new stuff every day. The only down side is if you see something you love buy it immediately, or itll be sold within days.

The employees - store and pickup guys - are very professional and very willing to help in any way. They’ve set up the entire business model in a very well thought manner. The sellers of a condo at Incline Village needed to dispose of their furniture immediately. They were to give it charity, when Consign Furniture evaluated it and said we can sell it...& they did....quickly. The sellers were so happy!

My wife and I needed to furnish our newly purchased cabin. Since we were new cabin owners in Rubicon Bay we needed help finding furniture. My wife discovered Consign Furniture. We shopped there not sure what we would find. We were very surprised to find so many very cool pieces of furniture that fit into our designs for the cabin. Since then we have been able to find other useful pieces of furniture for our cabin. We received very nice discounts too. If we needed more furniture we would definitely shop there again.

I have been dealing with Consign Furniture for at least several years when I needed to sell. I find the staff to be helpful and friendly, the pickup service and sales process is fair and efficient. I intend to continue to use them when required. I have also purchase some decorative items and the prices were right.

They were able to sell one of our bedside tables, but not the second (of a pair) or the matching dresser. If they had accepted the matching bed frame and headboard (which were in good condition), they might have had a better chance of selling all of the pieces as a set. We at least got a few bucks for the one piece they sold.

Excellent selection of commonly needed items and more unique ones, also. Not garage sale prices but WAY better than any other stores. We have purchased Furniture there as well as having sold some furniture there. It is now our first place to go when we need something in our home and our first place to go when we need to sell some furniture.

I love this place. It offered a wide variety of styles any types of furniture. I saw several high-end pieces (Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen, custom, etc.). The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the store is very clean. They offer delivery at a flat rate, which is booking out about 5-6 weeks at the time of this post, but I got lucky and there was a cancelation- Id definitely recommend calling to check to see if any cancelations open up for earlier deliveries every few days. Theyll also pick pieces up at delivery if arranged prior to delivery. Ill definitely be shopping here again in the future!

Weve only had this one experience, both items sold quickly and payment to us was made as promised. My only issue is that they dont keep a record of their sales, I found two throw pillow that matched my sofa and wanted to give them to the buyer, unfortunately they couldnt help me. Service was excellent.

We had a full set of bedroom pieces. Heavy, wood but classic and elegant. We would likely not have sold the set. I gave away one old armoire prior to contacting Consign Furniture. It took some weeks for all the items to sell but to our surprise we got a check in the mail with a full accounting of each item; the sell prices and our agreed upon share. So reacapping: call, they pickup, wait and get $$$. Simple, easy, accountable and the people were friendly, accommodating and provided recommendations for our pieces. This is a fabulous place to pick up beautiful used furniture.

Really nice place to visit. The furniture there was of really great quality and there is an extensive amount to choose from. I found myself wandering around amazed. Some of those pieces could be considered unique antique furniture. I found a rather unusual 4 drawer cabinet that I almost could not live without. The people that work are really nice and helpful. Because I didnt find exactly what I was looking for this trip I will definitely be going back in a few weeks. Really worth the trip. Smiles

Recommended by a friend, and love the process from the beginning to the end! I was willing to donate this item, but couldnt find an organization willing to pick it up. I contacted consign furniture, texted them a photo of the item and they said sure! Two gentlemen arrived at my apartment to pick up the dresser I didnt need anymore. Very courteous, very professional. I didnt lift a finger during the transaction. The contract stipulated that if the item wasnt sold during a certain time period, I would need to arrange to pick it up myself, or it would be donated to charity (which was my intention in the first place). At the expiration of the contracted period, I decided not to retrieve my dresser, but I guess it sold at the last minute and I received a surprise check in the mail for more than I would have sold it for myself if I had decided to go through that hassle. I definitely plan on using them again to sell, and Ive heard that theyre a great place to shop too. (I just wish I needed something!) When I move from my apartment in two years, Ill have them come get everything! Easiest way to do business, without a doubt. Highly recommend!

I was thrilled not find what I was looking for but getting MORE quality than I had ever dreamed. No pressure, had fun looking over things and putting together a wonderful looking and comfortable front room. My only complaint is that they charge for delivery and I had to wait a month to get my purchases.

I love that they come pick up the furniture for you. No hassle and my stuff ALWAYS sells and they ALWAYS send me the check as promised. Worth it if you dont have time to deal with posting and selling yourself, or want to avoid having to meet strangers to sell your furniture. I have no time for any of that, so Consign Furniture is my go-to any time I want to sell.

Pretty darn convenient to work with Consign Furniture … like clockwork. But taking four months after the sale of my furniture to receive the funds was a bit annoying … like, why does it take four months?

Consign Furniture of Reno is an excellent business. For a small fee, they will pick up your old furniture (If it is in good condition). They sell your furniture and keep a percentage. We netted $450 from the deal and were very happy. We will definitely do business with them in the future.

I always find unique furniture at this store at reasonable prices and the staff are always nice and friendly. I only wish there was a Consign store in Sparks because it’s a long drive for me.
