The workers are very helpful and friendly...which is the only reason for the stars.. The real reason to go to staples is the pens and the copy center. Most of the products are shipped in from china and marked up 400% from online prices so they can consistently run deals. They dont pay their employees enough, and push them to upsell for part time hours. The business seems like a scam.

A couple years ago, I brought in an old printer to Best Buy. In the past, they would take old computers, TVs and printers for recycle. Best Buy charged me $25. I called around and Staples is willing to accept and recycle my old printer. Going forward, I will shop Staples first. And, I will shop best buy only if there is no other alternative.

I genuinely hope when you find yourself at your lows you get treated better than I did I am sorry you live your life like that And I hope one day you change for your sake. PS dont buy the type C hubs you can get ones with 10 times the capabilities for $24 on the Internet

Today RYAN did it again! took my call as online ordering was not an option at the time...quickly found product....set it up for will call and then promptly completed transaction with me when I came into store. also provided me with opportunity to donate school supplies for children in need. I recommend this Staples due to consistent efficient, professional and helpful service. Also, in the past, the Managers and Sales Agents without hesitation live up to their price match guarantee. The staff is super friendly. Sadly enough it’s the management team that comes up short customer service wise, which is surprising as I’d expect them to set an example for their team.Generally tired of dealing with middle managers that use what little authority they have to deny a humble ask from their customer.As someone who spent five years working for Staples, our leadership team set a high standard for customer service. It’s frustrating to be on the other side of the conversation, knowing that you’re being lied to simply because management is too proud to admit they don’t know the answer.

As soon as I walked in to buy son AAA batteries anda n usb charging cord for my phone a store representative approached and asked how he could help. I explained what I needed and the next thing I see is him motioning me to the register. He had already gotten the items and was ready to ring me up. Now that is service! I noticed the have large wheelchair accessible entrances and exits and disabled parking right in front. In addition I witnessed them providing curbside service.Quite impressive.I will definitely be going back.

Sarah in copy center is wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us. Very nice. Very sweet. She is a big asset for Staples. Needs a raise.

I love office supplies, ergo I love Staples! I dont know what it is exactly, but being around office supplies makes me happy.The main reason for my latest visit was to print out newly updated resumes for myself. I opted for the self-print option and the submission process was pretty straight forward. After receiving a confirmation email, youll want to make sure to keep that saved because it provides you with a code to access the printer at the store you set it for.

My trip was Great!! I needed to get some copies made and when entering the area I was greeted by a Very Nice Gentleman (Name Unknown). He helped me through all the steps and I was on my way. I did need some more assistance finding a couple of items. I asked the Team Member (Evan) for some assistance and Evan went out of his way to help me find the items I needed. Thank You So Much For Helping Me!! You All Were So Wonderful!!

My mom and I went in on Black Friday to get a print out after having gone to several other locations without success. The gentleman in the Print & Copy Center was very warm and courteous to all his customers and really went the extra mile to help us. I arrived at Staples in a state of extreme agitation but left feeling satisfied and optimistic. I will definitely take all my business to this Staples in the future.

Asked where document frames were and was sent to different isles by 3 different employees. Do they not know their own store... um they work there

Bait and switch. Website says pick up in one hour but when you get to the store it turns out they were out of stock the whole time. Liars.

Purchase a printer here good responsible Price. Went back for Paper. Like a spoke in the Eye.$$$ I just went to Costco purchased 825 page package of Paper for the same price as Staples charged me for 250 pages. I tried to speak to a Manger about it. The clerk was apathetic; also said dont wine when they close the doors. Good bye Staples😎

This store has a no backpacks in the store policy. Too many stores are making this a policy, which makes it a pain if youre a cyclist who tries to cycle everywhere; even errands. I was on my way to the Reno Bicycle Project which is a short ride away. That means I wont be going here very often because of their policy.Other than that I guess it is ok. They offered to escort me around the store, which I accepted. Its a pain though because you have security escorting you everywhere, making comments about what you are buying.I would suggest cyclists stop going here until they change the policy.I understand that they are trying to watch shrinkage, but having nowhere to put your small backpack somewhere or letting you carry it is ridiculous.Ill just remember that if I have a backpack I wont be going here and they will lose my business. Which probably means all of it.

They are very rude at this location. A female assisted me when I called regarding the order I placed online. The order had been canceled without any notification sent to me. I called and gave her the order number and explained the situation and ultimately she got an attitude with me when I asked how I was supposed to get my money back. Staples charged my card, canceled my order, and then they make you jump through hoops to get your money back. For a service that is supposed to be based on convenience, it was a nightmare. Dont waste your time. Amazon is better anyway.

Worst photo operation on the planet. 42 dollers for 25 pics and 9 dollers for 2 hour printing but wait it took 3 and a half hours almost 4 so...........

After shopping at Staples as a office manager for the last 12 years today will be my last time. I purchased a $15 label maker and realized it did not have all the settings I needed. I then purchased from Staples another label maker to fit my needs. Today I tried to return my measly $15 label maker to the store and planned on making an additional purchase of various supplies. I came with my receipt that said if you are not 100% satisfied you may return your item. I was told I was over the 14 day window of returns for an electronic, mind you no where on my receipt was this mentioned. Staff wouldnt even reason with me, was basically dismissed, product had never been used or opened so it was in original package. Over $15 Office Depot will have my business. Side note went on my Staples account, printed out a return sheet for it and sent it back. Funny how that works!

The service was great I dropped off printing materials for them to print and it was cheaper than if I stood there and wasted my time I would certainly suggest dropping it off and going and picking it up and saving all that money
