Online order. Poor quality colors RED is not RED. Black is not BLACK. Companys response was We do not have a way to guarantee a matched ink color Roger that - I get it. But if you represent your color red to be that of the industry how does it not come close? My second issue with this company is the Gildan Ultra Cotton which they indicate was 6oz cotton. Looks a whole lot closer to a 5.2 or 5.4 but a 6? I dont quite think so.

Owen had so much fun printing and watching the machine. He would not take the shirt off. Erica and the young woman (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) were so sweet with him and the young girl printing the shirt was excellent at explaining everything for him. Thank you so much.

I saw an ad for face masks on the Chicago Tribune website. I foolishly ordered a set for $37.00. Upon arrival I found several bulky, poorly made face masks that didnt even fit. Complete rip off and waste of money. Beware!

We have used Custom Ink for our Camporee t-shirts for five years running. I have been incredibly unorganized this summer and the staff has been so helpful and accommodating of my space cadet self. I highly recommend using Custom Ink for any clothing printing orders that you may need.
