I am sorry to have forgotten the owners name to give him the recognition he deserves. Reno Christmas Trees has compassionate employees that truly mirror the Christmas spirit. I was able to enjoy a beautiful conversation with the owner, and please believe me when I say this is the place for a tree that was grown and delivered with love. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. If you find yourself being able to give a little extra money for a family in need of tree when you buy yours this season, please do so to help make sure this farm returns every year! We went here because they stayed open until 10pm and we decided to get a tree later in the night.We got one on the “cheaper” side and paid 90$.Within three days the needles were dry and falling off. Mind you we got a fresh cut and make sure there’s water every day. It’s now 6 days from Christmas and our tree is 100% dead and I’m honestly afraid to leave it up until Christmas, it’s legitimately a fire hazard at this point.Would not recommend. We should have just gone to Walmart.

I buy a tree from these guys every year! Best, long-lasting trees (as long as you keep them fed w/ water) and the best service and trees available! Im a forever customer!

We bought from this lot 4 years ago. The tree was 9 feet and we paid just under $100 for it. Happy with our purchase, we went back the next year. For the same tree we were told it would be $140. The owner told us some story about supply being affected because of shipping regulations between states. We were shocked at the price increase but he was willing to take $120 for it. The next year, one of our friends turned us on to the Boy Scouts troop in Spanish Springs. They told us we would pay a lot less for the same tree. We did and we had a beautiful tree last year. Just shopping around we went back this year. The same tree is now $189. After I blew snot out my nose, he immediately took $20 off his original price. He tried to give us a story of how supply is down even when he has a small lumber yard stacked in the parking lot. We knew it was coming so we quickly packed up our family and left. This isnt how you treat returning customers if you want to keep them. Maybe well swing by again next year just to see if the same antics are in effect.

This is my second year buying a tree from Reno Christmas Trees. The first time my tree was up a lot longer than I want to admit. It was so beautiful and stayed green, healthy and in my house a lot longer than it should have. That was a couple years ago (I couldnt afford a tree last Christmas) but I went back this year to see if they had something small I could bring home. The woman working helped me find a tree within my size and my budget and Im so happy. The quality of their trees is amazing and I highly recommend them.

First stock of tree have we’re really dry tried to get a tree off the truck and the gentlemen tried to high ball us and kept leaving to help new customers when we were already there and waiting with toddlers. The lady that works there was very helpful gave us a decent deal and a beautiful tree. Thank you ma’am great customer service to her. Merry Christmas to all

Best Christmas trees in town! These guys get their trees from high altitude in Oregon just to bring the mountains down to us. Very helpful, very friendly, and very nice people. They always let us choose whatever tree we like and always give a great price. We will definitely be back every year!! Thanks guys!!

We are returning customers and bought a tree bigger than this one last year for $60. Now we get here and he is quoting us $110 for a “noble” when it’s a douglas. We were going to leave when he asked us what’s our budget. Don’t believe there lies on a “tree shortage” and never pay the full price. I recommend just leaving.

Matt is awesome and his trees have the best quality in town. You cant find any better quality and he knows his stuff coming directly from Oregon. He shakes any needles off before doing a fresh cut at no additional charge. Come see Matt!!!!

Tried to sell me a dying tree for $100

This is the best Christmas tree lot we have been to in Reno NV. Matt was very helpful and worked hard to find us just the right tree. The trees are grown in high altitude from Oregon and boy what a difference this makes. Our tree is full and fragrant and firm to hold up Grandmas old fashioned over sized ornaments. Thank you Reno Christmas Trees for making our Christmas a little extra special this year!!!

One of the worst Christmas tree lot experiences I’ve ever had. Found a Noble Fir tree, about 7-8 feet high almost immediately. Nice tree, same kind I have gotten for the last several years...ranging from $60-$80. First off, none of the trees were tagged with prices. When confronted by the guy working the lot, he immediately starts in with some story about how trees are in low supply and that Nobles are very high in price. He then proceeds to give me a price of $250 for the tree!! REALLY?! Then he says I will not be able to find a tree like that any cheaper in the area. Meanwhile he had a giant semi trailer full of trees parked on his lot. The fact that this guy had the nerve to, #1. Ask $250 for a tree, and #2. Blatantly lie through his teeth about supply/demand was insulting. The whole experience felt shady, undermining and like I was at a car dealership! I had my wife and two kids there and had to explain to them why we were going to a different lot. Drove about a half mile down Virginia St to another lot near Metro Pawn and found an absolutely beautiful 8 ft Noble for $90. All I can say is this tree lot will NEVER get my business and I do not recommend wasting your time or money there. I will be writing a nice review for the other lot I described, which I highly recommend.Please stop trying to claim I was at the wrong lot! I know where I was at. The giant dirt lot at the corner of Kietzke and Virginia....... maybe you should talk to your workers so you all can be on the same page with pricing and information you are providing to customers!

These guys were great! We got an 11 foot tree at a great price. We liked them so mush that we came back and gave them burritos.

We just moved to Reno from Oregon and we were looking for a nice Christmas tree like the ones from Oregon that we are used to cutting down. Matt gave us a great deal on a beautiful Noble Fir tree and was really friendly. Its nice to bring a little Oregon tradition in Reno. Very beautiful trees and good service.

Prices are high and not much to choose from. Went a couple blocks over and found another spot with friendly workers, great prices, and a better selection. Oh and this is the right lot.
