This place is great. They really know their stuff. Took my phone to a different and they didn’t know what was wrong. A freind told me about Reno iPhone in the mall and they knew exactly what the issue was. They fixed it in 40min and was less then I expected. These guys are awesome.

Crapola, they told me my 20gb ipod was fixed and the headphone port was broken. I took it back and they wanted to charge me extra. For my 80gb video ipod they said they had to order battery and screen (to justify charging more) from china and kept insisting on that even after I pointed out, and common sense tells anyone, that those parts can be ordered right here in the U.S. they SUCK

I always use them for replacing my sons iPad screen, as he is three and even with the most durable case and screen protector things happen. They always do an amazing job replacing the screen, it always looks and works good as new :) I can usually get it back in the same day which is a great plus ! I would just mention that on my latest visit I asked when I dropped the iPad off what the cost would be and was quoted one thing and then told a higher price upon picking it up. That was a little frustrating and off putting. But the work over all is great !

AWESOME! I was traveling on a 30 day road trip from Canada 🇨🇦 and dropped my phone in water. The camera was cloudy and it was randomly rebooting. Illissa helped me out. She cleaned my iPhone 8 Plus up perfectly and got me on my way. The price was more than fair. I would highly recommend this place of you need your phone fixed.

Short version: Honest employees, reasonable prices, high quality work, and good customer service.Long Version: I have an obscure phone. When I broke the screen they were upfront and told me the cost of the replacement screen. Then they gave me the model number, and advised that I find the cheapest replacement screen I could. I did, I found the screen for a bit less. I brought them in, the screen was replaced for a flat fee of 45 bucks. Upon replacing the screen, an employee accidentally ripped the battery open. They emailed me immediately, and took ownership for the mistake. They bought a replacement battery and paid for rapid shipping. The replacement of the battery cost me no extra money, but I really appreciated the honesty and accountability there.Later on, when I broke the metal backing for the phone, I purchased a new metal backing and they installed it at no charge because it only took 5 minutes to do. I will go back there if my phone or tablet breaks again.

Pleasant and fast service, only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the replacement cover for the camera wasnt the best, its functional and the work they did was great, but 5 stars is for flawless, this was great still, and I would strongly recommend them for all repairs.

I never write reviews but I wanted to warn people about this place. Went in to have the my screen replaced, they said I need to have the screen and back replaced in order for them to fix it. I paid around $400 for them to do the job. When I picked up my phone the back wasnt glued on properly and kept coming off. After going to them my battery died within 30 minutes of being fully charged. This was never a problem before. Idk what they did but Ill never go back to them again.

Was able to help me with soldering work on my graphics card. Ryan took a look at it and was able to fix it and the repair cost was lower than expected. The price was even lower than what he quoted cause of it being an easier fix than what he thought it would be. Will for sure go back for other repairs in the future.

They fixed my iPhone X screen within a matter of hours. Their quote/final price was significantly cheaper than the other three businesses I contacted first. It’s already expensive to fix a screen; it’s nice this place doesn’t try to rob you too. While I hope my phone is protected in its new case, I will definitely continue business here if the occasion arises.

Do NOT go here!!!! Save your money and your phone. I went for a cracked screen (upper left corner) and now my home button doesn’t work correctly. The home button worked completely fine before bringing it in. I dealt with Traci and she is beyond rude and unprofessional. I brought my phone back and had to deal with her the second time. When I explained what was wrong she looked at me with a blank look on her face and says “I don’t know what you’re talking about I don’t have apple products, I use an android.” Ummm.. what?? This is an iPhone repair place.. right?! Long story short I let her try and fix my home button and it still doesn’t work right and she said “oh well, it doesn’t work right, can’t do anything about it). So basically I spent over $100 to get a new screen but have her partially break my home button. I will never go back if I need another screen fixed. Telling everyone I know not to use them because I’m upset why a waste of money this was. I’ll have to pay someone else to fix what she broke now.

Great & fast service! They repaired my iphone 5S screen faster and for less $$ than the Apple Store. When there appeared to be an issue with my case fitting back on the repaired phone, they offered to refund my $$. It turned out the case was just a tight fit so there was no problem, but their commitment to customer service and quality repairs is impressive. I wouldnt hesitate to go to them again if I ever have another phone accident.

I brought in my phone that recently stopped working and after 2 hours I came back to ask if there were any updates and I was met by the woman behind the counter being snarky and unfriendly. And in the end they claimed that they couldnt repair my phone although the only problem ended up being a battery replacement

My daughter’s IPhone forward facing camera was broken and they were able to fix it. They were done in an hour with a very good price. If I ever need my iPhone to be repaired I’ll make sure to come here.

Had a broken screen on my iPhone 6+. They repaired it with a new display. It was a very fast repair that I was grateful for. However, the display was no where close to the quality of the original retina display, and the speaker was scratchy when calling people. They honored their commitment to refund me and put my old screen back on. I should have saved time and taken it straight to Apple.

I had my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge plus repaired by Ryan, I feel happy with the results. My phone had a bad charging port, bad battery, needed some adjustment on the volume levels. The cost was around $400, it took about a week for the repair, but it was well worth the cost in my opinion.

Pretty awesome! Came up to the kiosk and told the guy i needed help with my phone. Told him the issues and he knew what to check for and How to check it. This place has experience without charging me a kidney to fix my phone, unlike someone Else!! If anything ever happens to my portable electronics, i know where to go.

Excellent service!I am very glad I took my iPod touch to this place.My iPod home button was not working at all. These guys were able to fix the problem in about an hour and charged me $35 for the repair. The price I paid for the repair was much better compared to the $100+ I would have to pay if I took my iPod to the apple store.I definitely recommend this place for anyone having problems with their iPhone, iPod, or iPad!

My ASUS tablet wouldnt boot. Turned on and just got that spinny round round circle of death. Brought it in to them, and about 15 minutes later it was working again. Lost all information on the tablet, but at least its working again. And the best part is because they didnt have to open it up, no charge.

Took my iPhone 5c here to get the screen replaced. Got it back and everything worked great! The next business day, blue and purple lines appeared on my screen. Took it back and they denied that it was their faulty screen and said I must have broken it again and would NOT warranty it! Spend over $150 for cheap faulty parts, Thank you Reno iPhone and iPod Repair.

Getting a broken phone fixed is something no one wants to expierence. I was visiting this place quite frequently. The employees were patient, fair, and kind. Thank you Alyssa and the other two men that helped me try to fix my phone and when they couldnt, gave me a refund. Its truly appreciated.

I guess theyre good if you own an Iphone, but when you advertise that you fix android products too, then quote a repair for a S3 at $350.00 and take a week and a half to get the part?! Thats not even CLOSE to being worth it!!! Guess Ill live with my busted glass!!!

I had taken my iPhone to the Apple store because it quit working. The people at the Apple store told me I needed a new iPhone. Took my iPhone to this store, they analyzed it, put in a new battery, and everything works fine. If you iPhone isnt working, this is the place to take it.

Ive had the worst experience here. I went to them 2 weeks ago to repair my phone screen. They replaced my screen with a faulty one where half the keyboard fails to work. My power button is also sunken in and is difficult to push, it was not like thus when i originally brought it. I was told it was under warranty and to come back again to get a new screen. I returned and was told that they didnt have the right color screen in, but should come back four days later and theyd receive one. I came back four days later to be informed very rudely that none had come in and id have to wait another week. I worked with a middle aged woman who was very rude towards me. After this issue is fixed i will not be returning, and i will be telling my friends to go elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

UPDATED! Lied to an 80 year old man. Refused to give the owners phone number. Ryan Ciglar the manager took advantage of my elderly neighbor who asked for my help getting his Drone that he paid for or his Money back. Over $800.00. Ryan the manager told the two of us to bring the receipt in and that he would eat any cost for restocking and give my neighbor a full refund. Once we returned and gave Ryan the receipt he stated he changed his mind and wouldnt give him the drone nor the money. We left empty handed after asking for the owners info which he refused to give us because he would be in trouble. A man is only as good as his word. Ryans word is subject to change at will. I recommend the owner leave his contact info. After reading Ryans response. I will look to get the word out there about this guy. Ryans response to my post is incorrect and only an attempt to discredit my review. Note: I also suggested he put the owner on speaker phone and for Ryan to call him. Where is the real owner? Remember, I did not lose any money myself. I took time out of my day to help an 80 year old man who Ryan took advantage of and lied to him, that I witnessed. Personally this sickens me. BBB. Protests. Facebook. News. Anything to keep this guy from taking advantage of someone else. I encouraged Ryan to do the right thing and keep his word, do business the right way, anything else would only cost him more in the long run. He laughed, and said I dont think so. And hes right in that point. If my 80 year old neighbor would have only read all of the google reviews, he would have known to take his business some place else. Unfortunately, my neighbor doesnt know how to do that, and Im sure most of us dont look at reviews before we shop somewhere. Screen was fixed in a timely matter, staff wasnt all that friendly or informative, but my iPhone screen is still not functioning as it should. Worst part, my home button was put back on slightly titled, this is pure evil! For what you guys are charging, customers shouldnt have to come back twice.

I took them my old iPhone 4 for a screen replacement everything worked, but the screen was broken. I only use this phone for an iPod in my car. I never need to touch it because my system controls the phone.After the guy replaced the screen, he said my Wi-Fi didnt work. He said it didnt work when I brought it in witch wasnt true. He also offered a 10% discount to fix what he just broke.Now I have no access to my iTunes, Wi-Fi, bluetooth and I have tried many of the system resets. Without Wi-Fi, it wont even reset because it cant use the net to confirm my password. All for a $65 charge on a phone that worked fine and I hardly touch.

My Iphone 6 wasnt charging and my fiancé just went to another state for work. Only way I was able to talk with her was with my phone. Called other places and they said yep got to replace the charging port. Went to Reno Iphone and Ipod repair service and he dropped what he was doing and cleaned my phone and not only fixed my charging issue but a speaker phone issue as well.
