Daniel is one of the most disrespectful sales rep I ever meet. Horrible customer service. He made me feel like I couldn’t afford things. And please let your sales rep to stop trying to sleep all of his customers...

We showed up at 10:50 am on a Saturday. Sign says Open as posted hours indicate they open at 10 am. Door is locked, withkeys in the door. We wait for about 10 minutes, then the employee opens the door and there was no doubt he had completely hot boxed the office. The store reeked of weed. Not surprisingly, we did not get our problem resolved with our phone.I usually come to this store because there is a big guy with tattoos who is on the ball and always gave me great service when I had problems before. Must have been his day off.

Cricket warranty done by a 3rd party, is horrible, Ive been paying for 3 phones $24 a month for the last 4 months and when my phone screen cracked I called and the sent me to a 3rd party to file a claim, they charged me $30 and never showed up for the appointment. I called cricket, they said they couldnt do anything about it, I told them I wanted to drop my warranty coverage, they told me I had to go into the store to do it. I went into the store and got the insurance canceled, they also canceled my auto pay, I didnt ask them to do that nor did they tell me that. I got a notice that my autopay didnt go through and 3 days later they disconnected my service and added a $15 charge to my account. Cricket sucks.

Not always busy but plan on being there no less than 30 minutes. I know they can only go so fast but sometimes they move super slow. They have a small variety of phone and an even small selection of accessories.

Wouldnt take back a phone i bought yesterday because of a tiny knick you can barely see on the phone. Guy who runs the place told me to bring it back if i resolved a prior issue. Not the case. Lesson learned #customersalwYswrong
