Matthew and Alex were both friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend them. Would not recommend AT&T in general though. Have been trying to fix the problem (can send but not receive calls) for over 6 months and havent had people on the phone take us seriously. Also went into the corporate headquarters with no luck.

Ill drive the extra miles for a better store. They sold me a galaxy s21 ultra, didnt have any in stocks so I had to drive another 30 minutes to another store to pick up my purchase. Picked up the phone to find out they sold me the wrong one, not the one I asked for. Then they made me drive and call around looking for another in store because they couldnt check with other stores themselves. Finally just had to call and order another one to have it shipped to me. When I went to return the phone they failed to mention I had to return it at a core store. Sat there waiting for the guy to figure out I had to drive somewhere else. So long story short I paid $1100 for a phone, was given the wrong phone. Had to spend another $50 in gas driving to stores for them, then they didnt wanna waive the restocking fee even though they sold me the incorrect product. So this store cost me a little over $100 for their mess up.
I went in to switch over to ATT from StraightTalk and I wanted to keep my phone number. Transferring the number to my new phone wasn’t easy but Christian was determined to transfer my number for me. Thank you Christian for your patience and working hard to keep my number! You made my life a lot easier now that I don’t have to change my contact number for everything! Also Christian and the manager Pablo were able to upgrade my internet and cut my bill in half :)
Marc is an excellent employee. From the time I walked in, until I left, he explained every detail of the transaction. I have never had a positive experience with AT&T prior to this.
The person who helped me didnt seem interested in actually providing me with help or support and seemed annoyed when I would ask questions. He was more interested in getting me out the door as fast as he could so he could leave. It was not friendly customer service.
I went in to switch my phone from a business T Mobile account over to a family account. My first service person, instead of transferring my number to my new phone, transferred my bosss phone number to my phone leaving him without access to phone service. This first person also sent me out the door with my phone unable to make calls or access data. I luckily hadnt left the parking lot and his supervisor had to get my phone operational. My second service person (the supervisor) sent me out the door without functioning 4g data, though I could make calls. My furious former employer ended up having to spend multiple hours on hold with his phone service and then on DAY 2 had to wait for more information from ATT who told him he would need to wait multiple hours before they could/would help him. My THIRD service person on DAY 2 of an operation that should have taken 20-30 minutes was able to get me functioning data on my phone, but seemed blazé about what had just happened. Just a normal day of disfunction and humiliating a new customer in front of a previous employer I guess... Hardly an apology, no restitution offered, it was terrible.
The service I get from AT&T is phenomenal! They are always polite and always try to find ways to help me in whatever situation Im in.It makes me feel at ease when I can rely on a service that is paid for monthly so thank you guys!Ive never been let down whenever I walk into this store. 10/10 would recommend!!
TL:DRTraded in phones, never received credit, impossible to resolve and nobody has authority to fix the problem.In December of 2019 our entire family moved onto a single plan with AT&T, some of us migrating from other carriers. At the time of joining our plans together, we all decided to trade in our iPhone 6s due to an ongoing promotion to receive $600 credit. My mother-in-law traded her phone in at this location and was informed that she would not need a confirmation because a record is created when the phone is shipped to corporate, so she handed over the phone and left the store without one.Fast forward to August of 2020: We have tried everything in our power to receive the phone credit, but there is apparently no record of our trade-in. To escalate this matter is nearly impossible; store employees cannot help, assistant managers do not have authority, and neither do actual store managers. Every complaint of this nature has to be forwarded to the district manager who then has to vet the request back down the chain of command with the store employees (instead of just giving them authority to fix customer accounts). To further complicate the matter, we were informed that this trade-in record only exists at the local branch. We confirmed this in 5 separate calls to the corporate number.We are now waiting on a response from a district manager. Please note that when dealing with AT&T, receiving this response is YOUR responsibility as the customer; this company does not work like a normal company in the sense that they will find a resolution and call you back. You must repeatedly call the location handling your complaint; if you get through, you have to say you are returning a call to the manager or assistant manager. If you do not say this, they will simply state that they are super busy with in-store customers and will ask you if you want to leave a message (dont bother here, it literally goes nowhere and Ive never been called back). If you get through to the manager, you will have to start from the beginning and re-explain your situation as a reminder for them; weve personally done this no less than 9 times between my wife and I.To sum it up: If you do a trade-in with AT&T, always take a photo of the confirmation (or demand one). Write down the associates name and the date/time of the transaction, but be warned, it is not likely that an un-issued credit will be issued at a later date, and you certainly wont get a replacement for the phone you traded in. I really hope this helps you decide on doing business with AT&T.

I usually don’t review businesses but I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism that is very evident at this store. Don’t bother going here for any help regarding your account. The employees here are incompetent and tell you incorrect information. This happened 3 different times. When I finally spoke to the manager about it he didn’t care and walked away. Now I’m stuck with an issue on my account that can’t be resolved because I can’t get any help from customer service over the phone or in person. Take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a Samsung S10plus today and couldnt be happier. The service afforded us by Jesus from the moment we arrived until we left the store was professional, helpful, and very personal. I highly recommend this store and Jesus is a credit to the AT&T brand.

I went in to switch my rate plan to save money and was greeted by the Manager Senta. She was excellent and not only helped me lower my bill, but explained to me how I can save even more by switching some of my services over. This was the best ATT experience I have ever had and plan to recommend my friends and family to come see her!

Me and my boyfriend got there, we were standing for about 20 minutes, one of the employees was busy but the other two were just talking and laughing. They didn’t even ask us what we needed or told us to wait. We got mad and left the place.

Been to that store month after month to switch my son onto my acct. The stooges that work there are in desperate need of training!!! Even the managers cant do what I need. So I called corporate 611. 45 min they couldnt do it. So Im off to corporate store if they are unable to do it today then Im disconnecting my service. Almost as bad as sprint.

Joe and his manager Senta blantently lie. Joe goes ahead and adds insurance without your knowledge. My advice, look over your receipt after you get it to make sure that slimey salesman doesnt add anything you didnt want.By far the worst ATT store I have dealt with.
