Unfortunately purchased a vehicle April 4, 2021 from Muscle Motors. Living in Ohio everything was handled over the phone while utilizing pictures and videos to help with the transaction. I asked on multiple occasions if there was any damage to the vehicle which I was informed multiple times the vehicle was clean and damage free. In the pictures I noticed a couple wheels were curbed so they were nice enough to fix them. Once I received the vehicle I found out the windshield had multiple chips (1 that already started to crack), a paint chip in the right rear and left front, multiple dents through out and the front air dam behind the grill was broken, grill is cracked and the crash bar was bent (most likely a small fender bender that wasnt reported to carfax). I immediately called the sales person who said the windshield was like that, funny how they didnt tell me till after I received the car. Guess I should have found time to go see the vehicle in person. Also the car needed paint correction due to all the swirls and poor detailing job from the dealership.Now to the best part. Apparently they never got the title to the vehicle before they sold it to me. Never once was I informed of this, again not till after I owned the vehicle. They told me that it would take a little bit to get the title and they would keep sending me 15 day tags so I could legally drive. Getting a new 15 day tag was like pulling teeth and Ive been forced to drive illegally on multiple occasions. Well a month later I gave them a call to get a status, still no title. As I write this review it has now been 4 months since the purchase agreement and the credit union still hasnt seen the title.Stay far away from this dealership.UPDATE:08/24/2021Finally received the title and can now drive the vehicle I purchased back in April...

Darren Mabunda and John Mori had the audacity of shaking my hand, look me in the eyes and promising to sell me a nice car. They cheated to have it pass emissions and went above and beyond to sell me a car as-is. They held on to the car for two weeks after selling it to me to fix it and it still has numerous issues. I really wanted to enjoy the experience and was trying to be as understanding as possible. Can not believe I went against all the advice from friends and family about staying as far away from this place as possible. If you are not personal friends of the staff, do not expect anything from the place. Con artistry at its finest.

Bought a challenger from muscle motors about a month and a half ago. Have had nothing but problems with the car since then. Between cracked wheels, electronics issues, and engine cooling issues this place is a joke. As soon as their customers drive off the lot they forget about them. They also said the vehicle was a clean title and has never been in an accident, carfax said otherwise. It also said that the vehicle had 6 owner, something they didn’t even mention. If you like being stuck and broken down on the side of the road, this is the place to go.

I recently purchased a 2014 mustang gt modded, from Travis. I walked into Muscle Motors this morning, and the showroom was just beautiful! As soon as I had a question, or needed help with anything, a nice salesman would help me. They were not too pushy or anything. They had great cars, great service and a great price for all that was done on their modified vehicles! They were very cooperative and knew what they were doing. Made an appointment to go look at a car; thankfully we did call ahead since the GM was driving the car. Once my wife and I arrived, we were not approached by anyone. After finding the vehicle we called about ourselves, we were then approached after our third time inside the showroom. A young man wearing shorts and a cap, asked how he could help us. I pointed out some major defects on the vehicle, and he came back after inquiring about the defects to say the vehicle passed a safety inspection.We just left out of frustration. I came to conduct business. At no point during our brief encounter did I feel like my business was needed, or valued.

Had the unfortunate experience of purchasing two cars from this dealer. The second car I purchased was a 2012 GT500 that I purchased shortly before getting stationed overseas, within a few months of purchasing the throw out bearing went out due to muscle motors placing the wrong size clutch in the vehicle. Shortly after the engine began to misfire just to find that the spark plugs on the vehicle were hand tight. Countless other issues occurred on the car until I was recently able to get out of it and trade it in to find out that the muscle motors salesmen hid and accident in the car fax that dropped my resale value tremendously. Ive had multiple friends buy from this dealer with nothing but poor experiences. Most their cars come from auctions with countless issues. I can confidently say this is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with or seen.

Nice truck...not great customer service.Bought it first week of Jan 2020.We live in Ca I understand paperwork taking longer but it is March 4 and still no paperwork & check to CA DMV. I called to get a tracking number 2 days ago on the paperwork for CA DMV. No call back and no answer when I call mid day. Trying to be understanding... So far I would not recommend this place.

I bought a 2014 Audi s4 a little over a year ago and have had a horrible time trying to work with this company. Since buying my car I have had to replace a ton of major pieces in the car (over $7000). I have been trying to get a refund from Travis for my warranty since aftermarket wheels were the reason I was denied a new supercharger and have made no progress. Nothing but problems with my car so far. To add to the drama, when I went to sell my car I was notified it has been in an accident which was NOT DISCLOSED by muscle motors. Quality ethics.

My son was looking for a reliable AWD vehicle and to finance his first car, to establish some credit. He saw a 2012 Subaru Legacy online @ MM. The price was way below what other dealers in the area, had their similar Legacys priced at. So the wife and myself accompanied our son to MM, to check out the Legacy. We were greeted by Darrell. He was very polite and friendly. We told him that we would like to look at the Legacy. Darrell wasnt pushy or rushing us. He answered all our questions. My son test drove it and loved it. We went inside to see what they could do for our son and they set him up with an awesome deal, especially since he was a first time buyer. My son was extremely happy with the deal. Darrell had the car washed and filled up with gas, while we were waiting for the paperwork. The wiper blades need to be replaced and Darrell said that they couldnt do it then, but told my son to come in on Wednesday and they would take care of it. Overall good car buying experience. I was on a mission to find myself an Audi A4 2.0T Quattro a few weeks back. I needed a fuel saver since I pretty much work out of my car along with some power and AWD. After spending most of my Sunday feeling disappointed and as though that would not happen, I made one more stop which happened to be Muscle Motors Auto Sales in South Reno. Once we took the car for a test drive, we knew we would be taking it home! The car is in excellent shape for a killer price. Seeing it was a Sunday, we worked with several of the newer team members which made our process a bit longer. The senior team and manager were consistent about being accessible via phone to help their team take good care of us. Even though the process was longer than I would have preferred, they never gave us less than superior customer service! The following day we found out that some further paperwork needed to be completed and I had an appointment to get the alignment taken care of. The manager Austin was amazing to go out of his way and offered to bring the paperwork to us to make it convenient with our crazy work schedules. Upon bringing my car in for alignment, it was found that the tires were wearing unevenly creating a minor issue. Without hesitation they put all new all season tires on my car at no extra cost to me! If I can give this dealer half a star I would, I came 6 hours to come see this dealer to check out the cars they have only to find that they didnt even treat us or welcome us they just looked at me as if I was going to harm any of their cars, I opened one of their cars to take a look inside and as soon as I shut the door a worker came out and locked it. Didnt like not one thing from this dealer, 1 all their cars were filthy and not taken car of, 2 horrible service, 3 rude sells men, and 4th most of their cars seem like they have been beaten on. This dealer is not recommended to buy a car, this dealer sells attractive cars that have been abused horribly. Not friendly. 👎🏽
