Very disappointed in the paperwork in regards to title/registration. Paid for A VERY EXPENSIVE pre-owned car in full and no urgency has been shown in getting the DMV documents needed to register before the temporary registration date expires. Hard to get someone to reply and take care of the issue. Its like kicking the can down the street (WITH NO PAPER WORK IN THE SYSTEM TO BE FOUND, wonder?? was the car stolen??) Hmmm? Can someone at the Jaguar dealership help me in this situation, NOW PLEASE?!!!! WE WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR GIVE THEM A REFERRAL.
Had one of the easiest and enjoyable car buying experiences ever the other day. If you’re looking to get into a Jag or Land Rover, I highly recommend seeing Michael H. (sales manager) here at the dealership. He’s extremely knowledgeable and provides a very laidback experienced.Also while you’re there, you’ll see the GM, Donny, coming around with his big smile to make sure you’re hydrated the whole time.
I had a great experience purchasing my new Jaguar. After the sale, the dealership sends a technician to your home to make sure you fully understand all of the vehicle options and what they can do. Due to COVID, this process was delayed for me, but its not their fault. Andre came out to my house a few days ago and he was fabulous! He knew everything about my car. I needed an accessory cable and Andre went above and beyond to get me one and bring it to my office moments ago! Im impressed by the wonderful service so far.
I had a great experience at this dealership. I showed up 45min till they closed and wasn’t expecting the red carpet. However Erik Moe, did a great job welcoming us in and helping us learn more about the Jaguar SUV we were interested in. He set us up for a test drive and then stayed to talk the financial. The entire crew there was very nice and personable, each one carrying a smile. Didn’t seem fake like you get at a lot of dealers. Would highly recommend you try them out and give Erik a call out, he will take great care of you.

I took my baby 2003 Jaguar in because my fuel gauge wasnt reading correctly. Everyone at the dealership was professional and very kind. They found my problem; fixed it and put everything back together perfectly.My Jag got a very nice wash. My first visit but surely not my last. I intend to take my Jag in for all my service needs.
This was the first service interval which was handled very efficiently. The car was ready to collect several hours before I expected. These guys are friendly, professional and get the job done. Thanks to you all!My second service interval was due and I booked it in on line. Arriving at the appointed time I left the car with Phil knowing all would be taken care of. I picked the car up later that day and all was done and ready to go. Phil and I chatted for a bit about unrelated matters, shook hands and left. I love these guys. Nothing is a problem. Job done. My experience with Jaguar Reno was NOT the best. Michael Halladay, who did our financial paperwork was great! He was quite knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.Andre Butler, the On Core specialist was also quite knowledgeable and pleasant to deal. He came to our house and showed us how everything worked on our car.Ryan Castillo, the used car manager was awful!! He was rued and quite difficult to deal with. Matter of fact we almost walked out after talking to him. He was that BAD!!Brendan Ploeger was okay however, we were more knowledgeable about the car than he was and he just went along with what the used car manager said instead of going to bat for his customer. Needless to say if we had been looking at another dealership we would have have purchased our car there.Im just hoping when we take our car in for service we dont have the same sort of experience.

After three years of an annoying rattle, Jaguar Reno finally found and fixed the issue: A great relief!The service staff has always been pleasant and up front with any issues Ive had with the car.
My service agent, Michael, went over and above to address the problem with my radio. He had two of the tech service agents work with me to correct the problem I was having with the radio/audio system. Cant thank him enough for his attentiveness, assistance, and follow-up. Excellent customer service!
Mike Halladay is an excellent sales person. He is also a expert on the history of Jaguar and Land Rover products. I think we talked more about the history than we did the actual car. He know the complete process of finding out my needs to finding the best financing available. My two experiences at Jaguar Land Rover Reno have been flawless. Thank you Mike.

This dealership did not treat us well at all. We traveled from Oregon to purchase a CPO Jaguar F Pace. We had secured financing, negotiated trade in details, took leave from work, paid for a hotel, and made an appointment to complete paperwork. The night before we were scheduled to pick up the car and complete sales paperwork the sales manager called me to say that we needed to have a later appt due to the car needing a new battery. My husband showed up at the originally scheduled appt time and asked to see the car. He spent three hours and twenty minutes at the dealership. He was largely ignored most of the time. Interactions and information that we did get from staff was obtained by seeking them out. We were told three different stories about the cars issue by three different people. Emissions/smog, battery change, and engine codes that would not clear. In the entire time he was in the dealership my husband was never shown the car despite asking multiple times. We asked that my husband be allowed to speak to the service technician. We were told he was with another customer. My husband was the only customer there as it was 8 am!! My husband while looking for the bathroom overheard sales personel telling one another to be quiet because he was nearby. We ended up not purchasing the car as it clearly had issues. It was also made clear that these issues were known to the dealership. We spent money and time and we were treated rudely and with dishonesty. I would love to speak with the owner of this dealership and share with him in detail our experience.
