Except for a streaked windshield, which is continually a problem with this car, the rest of the car was clean inside and out. The repair was done in a timely and professional manner. And of course the people are always so great!

I have been having all my service done at Dolan Lexus since I purchased my vehicle in 2018, this was a routine check up and oil change. My appointment was at 830. I also mentioned a a belt squeak, which I had mentioned in 2018. They said my car should be ready by 2:30 and gave me a loaner car. I arrived at 3:30, and after 10 minutes they said my car was still on the rack. After another hour, they told me I needed tires, an alignment and a drive belt. By this time, I was already running late for another appointment, so I just asked for my car. Which took another 1/2 hour. I reviewed the paperwork they gave me, and didn’t see an alignment analysis. I called the service manager to inquire about the cost of their recommendations and the fact that I had mentioned the belt within the first year of purchase. My call went to the service manager’s voicemail. It’s been 2 weeks and still have not heard back.

Tried taking our RX400H somewhere else first, but their quote was even higher and they didn’t even diagnose all the issues we requested. So glad we came back to Dolan, they got us a courtesy vehicle and kept us updated by texts as the car was worked on. Very convenient, every was very nice and surprisingly it was less expensive than the crooks at the other local shop we tried.

I was visiting Reno for a couple of weeks and my Lexus needed an oil change. I was easily able to make the appointment on-line for the same day. Upon arriving they discovered I had a recall and offered to take care it the same day and even gave me a loaner car. Sure enough it was finished the same day and they even filled my car with gas (the fuel pump had been replaced) and washed my car as well!! My daughter is going to UNR for four years and I will definitely bring our car here the next time we are in Reno! Super friendly staff, clean facilities and excellent service!!

I’ve had my car serviced and repaired several times at Dolan Lexus and their prices are fair and they provide a lot of added value. The staff are professional and just tell you what your car needs without up selling. I didn’t used to like getting my car serviced at a dealership but Dolan changed my mind and I use them almost exclusively.

Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. All of the staff was super willing to help me. Stacy was very kind and attentive. I had to leave for work by a certain time and they made sure to finish before then which I greatly appreciated. The waiting space is comfortable so I was able to do my work in the meantime and drink coffee they provided!

Everyone was friendly, and professional. They kept me informed during all steps of the process of buying my new RX450h. Highly recommend!

This is a hard one to write.. ..... ...I had to take an elderly parents car here.I am Christian and being that it was incredibly difficult comprehending all of this. My King is in heaven and to have this many people fussing over me was very difficult for me to understand..they then gave me a $48,000 car as a loaner😣.

Very easy to work with. Dominic made everything very smooth. The only hang up was waiting for the finance department as another party was scheduled at the same time but Eric, the manager, stepped in and completed the paperwork. The waiting area is clean with a full coffee bar. Can’t wait to schedule my first service so I can hang out in the lounge. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is a first class dealership! They loaned me the car to drive over Hwy 80 and they even delivered the car to me the same day I purchased it.

Not very happy with my last experience- made an appointment for 10:00 to have my car rechecked, because it was shaking upon braking. My car never got touched until 1:30. Received a call that my tires were unbalanced ( my car was just there less then a month ago, and my tires were rotated) and was told my brake rotors are warped. My car has 21,000 miles, a Lexus!I had to rely on other people picking me up to get my car, as there were no loaners available.This is my Second Lexus, and have high expectations for the quality of the brand and the dealership as well. Not a pleasant experience.In fact when my lease is up I’ll be shopping for a different car.

The service is always prompt and professional. They tried to sell me 4 new tires for $1100. (Sale price) because I had a nail in my tire (which they said they couldn’t remove).I was told if one tire was out of commission, I needed 4new ones. (I understand that is true, if that one tire is in fact out of commission).They also said my tread was low and it was time for new tires.I opted out, took my car to my local tire shop.They removed the nail, said I have plenty of tread left on my tires, and charged me NOTHING.That part of my visit was disappointing.Otherwise I love my dealership.

I did have to have multiple scratches fixed on the roof & hood of the vehicle. The senior sales manager did eventually fix the scratches, but scratches should have been addressed before the vehicle was certified used.
