Great customer service we had posh as our salesman and he was fantastic he didnt he wasnt pushy or anything he made us make our own decision on a car we bought a Subaru Forester a 2016 and he made us do the deal and posh was an excellent salesman he fits the job very well Im glad he made it to the floor and out of the back ends Tom Dolan is a great place to go if you wanted to trade in your car they gave us a great trade in for my 2004 Mitsubishi outlander they are great people and they are great customer service a very nice people there I would go back there and trade in my car if I had to but I love my Subaru Forester my daughter and I made a good deal we thank you Tom Dolan and we thank you posh
Im beyond happy I ended up buying a Kia, because everyone I spoke to at the dealership was very kind, helpful, and not once did I feel pressured into anything. This was my first time buying a new car and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Even with the issues I had on my end before driving home, they were beyond patient and worked with me. Of all the dealerships here in Reno that I communicated with, none of them compared to Dolan.

This dealership is wonderful when Selling a car ... Service department is terrible. All they care about is having money in their purse. Insurance was paying for a new windshield. They were guaranteed payment by Farmers. They waited to get hold of Farmers until after the claim department closed to let them know work was complete. Farmers said if they had contacted them 15 minutes sooner they would have paid immediately. Because of the ineptness of a service writer they would not release my car back to me until it was totally paid for. Farmers had told them all they had to do is collect my deductible and they would be paid immediately the next business day. The 2 service managers would not listen to reason, or believe Farmers. These supposed managers would not release my vehicle on a Friday night after they failed to contact Farmers timely. If they told me before I had them replace the windshield, I would have taken it to a reputable glass company that works with national insurance companies all the time. The entire service department was terrible. Take your vehicle elsewhere for Service. Total lack of communication, total unprofessional attitudes.
I have only interacted with their service department. Theyve always been good about getting service done as agreed, on time, and offering rides to and from.
Great place to buy a car. No pressure
Promt service. I waited for my vehicle during a standard (20k mile) service. Waiting area is nice, comfortable and clean (though stripped of the previous amenities, due to covid, no doubt. The service rep (Steve) was knowledgeable and friendly. My car was taken into the service area immediately and I was back out on the road in under an hour. Pleasant experience. Concise and thorough written automobile report provided at the service conclusion.

As far as car experiences, this was a very good one. No pressure good selection of used cars at great prices. I also got very good financing through them. The service department took very good care of me when a mouse got stuck in one of my vents they took care of my insurance and they dealt with everything. Give them a try Steve the manager is awesome!

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! Wish there was zero stars! Void this place at all cost!They promise to give you a price over the phone and when you come in they try to pull a smart one on you! I got a out-the-door price over the phone and when I came in they said that price is including the down. Definition of Out The Door Price means includes taxes, incentives, and all fees. Total price what you pay is total price. Over the phone they never once gave me the total price excluding the down. Even though I had confirmed total price with their sale manager Nick, and he did not once mention the price they gave me once I got there. When I walked in and about to sign papers I was given a price that was way above what I was told. Drove 600 miles roundtrip and wasted whole day. Feel extremely betrayed after them promising a price they did not want to give. BUNCH OF LIARS!! THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME!
Ask for Kai she was amazing and really took the time and effort to find a vehicle that I wanted that fit into my price. Then she blew it out of the water by getting me an amazing deal and was upfront and honest about everything right off the bat. Ive bought a car @ Dolan Toyota before with a personal acquaintance and honestly she did better than a friend was able to do. Thank you!

Im in complete amazement in the service I received from everyone at Dolan auto group! I bought a used car and a week later I had a 2 small problems with car. Not only did they give me a rental car, they fixed problems the whole thing was taken care of. This dealership has greât new and used autos at very reasonable prices (if you pick the right time of year to shop). Its generally jam-packed with potential customers and busy sales people, but they all seem happy and not too high-pressure-stressed-out given the nature of the car purchase mindset in general.

I bought my Kia Sorento about 4 months ago. All-in-all not a bad experience during the purchase. In some ways typical new car purchase but was there on a recombination of a friend who said that they are a family owned business and treat customers like family.The car came with Hankook tires and I was assured by the sales person that they were good tires and rated for 65, 000 miles. I could tell soon after driving they were not high-end hankook tires. What I later found out is they are the very bottom on the Hankook line. I call this bait and switch. I could see the tires wearing down very quickly even with rotation. I now have less than 19,000 miles and they are basically shot. I called Hankook and they told me to bring to Dolan for an inspection. Of course Hankook doesnt want to compensate for the tires unless they have to.I went into the dealership and once the service (sales) tech saw that I wasnt there to spend money he proceeded to give me all the bad news of how Hankook probably wont do anything and I needed to gather all my records. When he checked the tires he claimed they are still drivable and nothing could be done.I have a 5 year old that drives in my car and I drive Uber/Lyft. There is no way I will endanger my son or my passengers for because Dolan or Hankook will not stand behind their products. I guess Ill be spending about $700 to put decent new tires on a 4 month old car.Since I drive about 25 people a day around Reno/sparks and its a nice looking comfortable new car the topic comes up often. I will relay my personal experience to each and every one of my customers and my thoughts about Dolan Auto Group, as well as Hankook and kia. I can only imagine this will resonate with more than a few of my customers, friends and circles I travel in.Its sad to see a company that places so much emphasis on community And doing the right thing act just like every other car dealer out there.

Doland blasts multiple banks to finance a car for you, so your credit gets lowered by a bunch of hard inquiries. Bad business!!
