Routine maintenance on my car. The process was easy (although I had to wait a long time to get an appointment) and the car was done when they said it would be. I really appreciate the extra service (my car was cleaned).
Terrible place to service your car. Avoid at all costs. I brought this car in for an oil change, even called 2 days before to make sure that’s all I would be charged to service the car and then was presented with a $1215 bill. Then, when I was rightfully upset that the BMW dealership so clearly was tryingto swindle me out of money, the service manager hides like a coward behind his employees and does everything in his power to not have to provide you with customer service whatsoever. This place is a joke and completely mismanaged. Protect your money and your sanity and go to someone you can trust.
Excellent dealership with quality customer service. Very professional service department
Parts departments very rude and did not even call back after they had me on hold made a lame attempt to find my part then said they would call back had to call them next day and were rude again finally after 3 hours and 5 calls the ordered the parts.Next time I will order on line from anyone elseAnd they called him a bmw specialist
Good service. I appreciate the shuttle to and from work. You wont find a bargain here. Typical dealer service prices, but I trust they know how to help me care for my car.
Kevin at the service department is awesome.Great customer service.
Shout out to Kevin. Super painless process start to finish when servicing my vehicle.
Service department is the worst. Even with an appointment it takes an hour just to drop off the car.
Had an excellent experience here!Im from Portland, Oregon and have been looking for an F80 M3 for quite sometime. Came across one here at Bill Pearce BMW and decided to contact them via email. Scott Armstrong reached out to me and was very professional and took the time to answer any questions I had.Not only did he take the time to answer the questions, but he also sent me additional information on the car (Spec sheet & CarFax).A decision was made to purchase the car and Scott guided me through the process without any pressure (like other dealers do). Upon approval, we worked out the numbers, agreed on a price, and I made travel arrangements.Scott picked me up from the airport and took me over to my new car where it was in the delivery bay all cleaned and ready to go. Did a quick test drive, signed papers, and was on my way back to Portland.Upon departure, Scott put together a small care package with snacks and water for the long road trip ahead. The next day he called to make sure I was home safe and hoped I enjoyed the scenic drive. My overall experience with Scott, Fatima, Travis, and the rest of the staff at Bill Pearce was amazing. I wish my local dealerships would treat their customers the same way they treated me.Even though Im in Portland, Ill definitely be reaching out to Scott Armstrong at Bill Pearce for my next BMW.
So.....Ive tried calling several times today, and it just seems like Bill Pierce does NOT want new business. I have a 2018 Volvo xc90 t6 inscription that needs service. I called sometime shortly after noon and left a voicemail for a service advisor. I did not hear back so I called again. Spoke briefly with Marvin. Said he would call back. He finally called at almost 6pm. As soon as I answered he hung up, and did not leave a voicemail. So, I called back. Soon as I called I was put on hold. So I waited. They picked up, and hung up. I called back. Again they hung up on me. Called back, and the receptionist finally answered. This just told me not to finance, lease, or even service my vehicle here. Thanks Bill Pierce Bmw👍
First class sales staff. No pressure approach to selling you a car.
Me& my boyfriend take out car here all the time when something needs done on the car. They are amazing. !
Called to get an appointment to look at a used Chrysler Pacifica. We were immediately connected with Mr. Scott Armstrong. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He answered all of our questions and never rushed us. We have already recommended him to friends looking to purchase their next vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Mr. Armstrong if you want a fantastic buying experience.
Very disappointed with this dealership. I went in with my fiancé to look at new X3 M40i’s and we were immediately being pushed into a loaner vehicle rather than a new vehicle. We pulled up in my 330e which I needed to schedule service for and ended up being rejected a test drive and pushed out before I could schedule required service. We have owned and leased multiple BMWs and have never been treated this way before. The 3 stars on Yelp is more fitting than the current 4.3 on Google. My fiancé is black, maybe that’s why we were being pushed towards loaner vehicles, denied a test drive, and pushed out before we could schedule service.
Buying my 4th BMW from Bill Pearce BMW today on my terms (within reason of course). They are the most transparent dealership in town and sell quality vehicles that are not only BMWs!
On a Saturday morning, my wife and I decided to go look for a new vehicle for her. We drove up in our 2001 Honda Civic, my wifes College car that her parents purchased a long time ago, (obviously). We were going to get rid of it as we had 4 vehicles already. Were also very laid back people who are very humble. With that said, we were treated as such from a sales person in which I had to track down myself. there were others who saw us but made no attempt to help us. When I finally got this man to help us out, it was really obvious he didnt want to help us. He actually left us when we were looking through their Certified used vehicles and we saw him with another older couple. We decided that wed go look elsewhere and in no way would we spend a dime there. So we left and purchased our Range Rover instead.
Its pretty busy with appts. Very nice place, very efficient.
Brett R. in the service department is a true champ. He always goes the extra mile and communicates clearly with status updates. He works with his parts team and technicians to ensure the best prices and fitment on parts.Highly recommend this service advisor for your BMWS needs.
Made appointment to get some majors problems checked out and get answers as for what is causing these problems.(not under warranty, paying out of pocket) Leave my car with them for 5ish hours just to be told that if I still have the smoking issue to come back( they didn’t do no work and just told me what I already knew) and that they weren’t sure on second issue due “to other engine noises.” But they’ll be happy to make me a new appointment and take more of my money.
Since January they have taken care of my car fine. Prices are borderline crazy but that is all German car dealerships.Expect 3-4 weeks to make any appointment and they do not give out loaner cars unless you have an m5 or above.Relatively nice and professional.
Allowed me to bring my own parts for service! Excellent customer service and facility 👍
I want to follow up with a previous rating I listed below.I just had my 335ix sedan brought in for service this morning due to a faulty component. I had a couple other things fixed on there and just picked it up and drove home with it. My experience with the Service Dept. ( Thank you, Naomi) was outstanding. They followed through with everything I was hoping for and that was not to have to pay a dime :) It turned out that my model had a recall on this particular part and so they replaced it at no cost along with 2 other parts. They washed and vacuumed the car as well. Afterwards, I decided to browse the lot for both Certified used and new sedans. I was greeted by a gentleman named, Isaac within a couple of minutes. He was an extremely cool guy, no pressure and was able to answers all of my questions on each vehicle I was interested in.Now, if I can just convince the wife to let me get that M3! But, I will settle with the new 340i thats replaced the previous 335i with even More power and options! I look forward to going to back and trading in my BMW for a newer model.I want to sincerely apologize to Bill Pierce BMW for the negative comment I left below. Everything I said below was true and I still feel as though my wife and I were treated poorly however, I believe it was just one person who ruined that experience for us and doesnt mean thats the way they operate as a company.Thank you for the great service!Sincerely,-DW
Great Service . Attentive everybody comes by and says good morning and asked if they can help. Very refreshing....
Went in with a general idea of what I wanted, had done the research online already. Kristopher took great care of me from start to finish. Helped work the deal to get me exactly what I wanted with no surprises. They were very helpful in finance also to make sure that every part of the deal was in my comfort zone. Very happy with my new (to me) Beamer and the service I received at Bill Pearce BMW.
No appointments for weeks out. No loaners. Customer service is lacking. Brought my car in for service at 7:30 am when they opened, didn’t have an appointment because I didn’t have time to make one. My car started making a weird noise the night before so I took it in right away. The first thing she says is “so you don’t mind if we don’t look at your car for a week, right?”... I mean obviously I mind. Reno isn’t exactly the public transportation capital of the world. The least they could do is have some loaners on site. I own a BMW, a “luxury” vehicle. I expect to get at least decent service when I take my car to the dealership, clearly customer service isn’t a priority here. Also, the first time I took my car here for an oil change they didn’t properly seal the tank causing an oil leak. I’m SHOCKED that this place has a 3.9 rating on Google. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
This has to be the worst BMW in the country. From the service department to the sales. The staff either needs to be retrained or replaced. Absolute joke that this is the only BMW dealership in the area
I wouldnt go anywhere else, no one touches my baby but them! Great service, awesome effort, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The experience far outweighs the price. Ive been to other dealerships and service centers but Bill Pearce BMW out classes them all, comparably speaking. I recommend highly!
Always courteous, professional, high quality service. My BMW is the most stable thing in my life.
Brought in my m235i for a warranty covered servicd. Worked with Chritii in service and she was very polite and was on time. Waiting room has snacks and drink with complimentary WiFi.
Took very good care of my car and gave me a nice loaner while mine was being serviced
I recommend Bill Pierce BMW Reno, to anyone looking for a new, or fabulous clean, used vehicle. My sales associate, Robert Caro, definitely went the extra mile to make the purchase of my vehicle smooth, & stress free...I purchased a super clean vehicle, at a fair price, on budget, & am extremely satisfied!

Great experience dealing with Bill Pearce Motors and their staff. Jerry Juskiw explained everything in detail about the vehicle and made my car buying experience great.
Terril Pardini was a great sales agent to work with. Super patient with us as we tried to figure out which car/suv would be best for us, and helped us find the right one.Very professional, easy to work with, and patient with our process.Would definitely recommend again.
Worst BMW service I have ever had. The problem is they are the only one in Reno and customers dont really have choices. It is hard to get an appointment. Service advisors are always BUSY. They dont answer when you call and they dont return calls. They dont provide loaner cars. Called BMW service and they said each dealer owned by different owners and not much they can do about it. Well, BMW is BMW. As customers, we dont care who is the owner for which location. When we bought luxury cars, we expected good customer service. How simple it is! My next car will never be BMW again. Period.
It seems like a place where nice and nice people work. You can watch good cars and enjoy the service in a pleasant place.
Service and attention to detail is awesome!! John is the best!! Very knowledgeable!!!
I had a perfect experience with the purchase of my 3rd BMW 10 years ago at Bill Pearce BMW. I made the mistake of using a different dealership in town to buy a 2nd car and regret it to this day (in litigation). My 10 year old BMW that still runs like a dream, was a stick shift and became too hard on me with my physical disabilities. I loved this car so much that I refused to sell it or trade it in, and gave it to my adult Son who loves it as well. Due to that and the lemon I had acquired by the other company, I needed another vehicle. The sale of my new BMW was seamless and as I noticed before, it doesnt matter if you are spending $25,000 or $80,000, they give you the same great treatment from beginning until the end of ownership. They are so transparent and you understand every part of their agreements. If you dont, they make sure you do. I would not recommend any other dealership anywhere!!!!
There was a recall on my 2014 X6 that expired, and now they want over $600 for an expired recall. Great sales and service team, but as a company there is significant corporate greed.Because the BMW Connect was not active at time of recall, the communication box in the car is not covered by the recall. This is the type of bs they get you with.Read every single contract thoroughly. I would never buy a BMW again.
400 times better than SAS automotive. Great customer experience and for the services that were done I paid nothing... (literally zero dollars). They repaired two recalled items and I found out my computer system did not need to be updated. Plus, they washed my car and cleaned the inside at no charge. Paul at SAS is just interested in getting paid. He did nothing to rectify me taking our BMW to his shop 3 times. He claims to be one of only two people who can truly work on BMW systems... super pompous man. He was rude and needs to start taking notes from this dealership! Bill Pearce is superior on every level!
Great customer service. Brett Roderick is the best . Love this place 👍
Great dealership! Sales people are the best, service is great. No pressure. No hassles. Just the way the car business should be.
Friendly sales staff. Tony was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable. Never felt pressure to make a decision.
Friend just moved here to help me out, since Im disabled...her engine light went on and like pulling teeth dealing with the Service Manager...you have a job, you have a job to do, but you cant seem to get it together and make your company look good???
First off, 1 star is too much.Sales manager is a joke. He would allow BMW Roadside Assistance drop my electric car off in the service area for a charge. They had to take the car to Mercedes of Reno to charge it. Yeah, a BMW to Mercedes to get a charge. No wonder why droves of people flock to the Sacramento area to buy a BMW. There are lots of choices when buying a car....so think twice, its worth the drive to go to Roseville BMW.
Beyond expectations. Honest pricing. Knowledgeable sales staff.
Had to buy new keys. Counter people were nice.
Great sales people!! No pressure, no issues. Free Carfax for their used cars before ever talking about numbers.
It was a very pleasant experience. I spoke with Scott Armstrong. I got the car I wanted for a good price.
This place is the best place to buy a car new or used. Their customer service is top notxh. Fatima Lucha handled our finance and she was super positive which made the car buying experience so much less stressful. Totally recommend her and Bill Pierce to anyone.
Really poorly ran store! I have had 6 BMWs obviously a fan. I have been to dealerships from Seattle, Tacoma, Scottsdale and now Reno. They couldnt diagnose a cold if they had too. They lied about there tech taking my car for a ride and feeling the problem because as soon as I left the dealer it happened again. Theyre lazy and just checked the computer, which I can do....only BMW dealer in Reno....Go to Sacramento if you can. yep yep CMart out!
Very friendly sales team.I just wanted to test drive one of the cars they got on the lot and Mike was friendly, showed us the car and was able to answer all the questions I had.
Great quick service. My car is clean too. They do great work.
Vincent Harris is probably the most knowledgeable and professional BMW and Porsche salesperson on the planet. Ive purchased multiple vehicle from him and the excellent operation that he represents.
Great customer service. They are a bit expensive but Id rather pay more for the great customer service and peace of mind knowing my car is getting what it needs and is well taken care of.
Its a mob at this time of year butt they are doing a great job
Horrible customer service.Took my BMW to get my front bumper replaced. They told me I had life time warranty on the repairs. They failed to secure the fender liners and decided to take it in to get repaired after a few years in. I wasn’t really expecting much but when I went in they told me they would schedule me in for repairs but never heard back from them. I called them to find out what was going on and they said they needed approval and that the person to talk to (Jeff) was not in at the time as it was towards the end of the day and to leave him a message which I did. I was very professional and respectful yet no one ever called me back. I then called in again and when they started giving me the run around I pressed them to tell me what was going on and until I started getting upset, they decided to tell me I did not qualify under warranty even though it was life time warranty due to the tire rubbing against the plastic. Whether I apply for warranty or not is not what frustrates me about this place so much as the fact that they don’t have the decency to call you back or tell you what’s going on causing me to waste time and they even had the audacity to argue with me about it. I would highly discourage anyone who values customer service from considering using this for any repairs.
This place is by far the WORST BMW dealership to buy your car from. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I owned eight BMW`s in my life, still own two and I was looking to get my 3rd one. Here is my experience:I went to Bill Pearce on 04/10/17 for an advertised this 2011 BMW 535 Xdrive. The car was not available for a test drive, but I saw the exterior of the car and Carfax report on it. I agreed on $21,000 price on the first try and I was asked to put a $1,000 refundable (because of not being able to drive it) deposit to reserve the car. I also signed a purchase order with them.Six days later, after the car went through their shop, I was able to test drive the car. During the test drive, I noticed that the front brakes were shaking when you brake, steering wheel is vibrating and the car had a unpleasant smell in it. It did have new tires though. After thanking for the test drive, I mentioned about these safety related issues to Mike and Steve (managers) while they were very comfortably watching TV in the Customer Lounge. They told me in a very rude and cold way (in front of my 6 year old daughter) that We are not doing anything else on this car on this price. If you want you can take your money back and go!. I must have distracted and interrupted their TV watching and I felt like my safety related concerns were irrelevant to them.I think, it was a mistake to advertise and agree on a price with a customer on a car that was not even inspected. Why do you advertise and give a price on a car that is not ready to be sold?At the end, of course I asked for a refund and backed out with this kind of treatment . I should tell you that I truly felt very stressed and upset after leaving this dealership, I would highly recommend avoiding this place and driving 100 miles to other BMW Dealerships for purchasing.By the way, I saw the car next day on the web advertised $1,000 more than what it was advertised before.I would like to end my review with Robert Bosch`s famous quote as a reminder to Bill Pearce BMW Sales I Would Rather Lose Money Than Trust. Thanks for reading my review.
Excellent customer service. Zep and Eric were the best!
Nice clean dealer & friendly staff
Ok
Nice service and sales staff, locally owned and operated
Top notch service every time!
Bill Pearce BMW is truly the place to purchase your dream car! We just purchased our 4th vehicle from this outstanding team of professionals. Stacy Ogden our go-to sales consultant is awesome, over the years she has earned our respect and trust!! Stacy reached out to us in September to let us know the 2017 X3’s were in and that Bill Pearce was offering some amazing promotions, .09% interest, $1000.00 BMW option allowance and $1000.00 Bill Pearce loyalty incentive! We didn’t even know we were in the market to upgrade!! Wednesday night we picked up our beautiful Melbourne Red Metallic X3 loaded with our favorite options and packages, we couldn’t be more pleased!! Stacy thank you for making us feel valued, thanks for letting us know when our vehicle was loaded on the train, and thanks for always being there to answer our questions and snap pictures of our X3 being unloaded!! You Rock!! Bill Pearce BMW is truly a family of professionals, we also send our thanks to Michael Freitas, Sales Manager, Alex Amezcua in finance, and Bill Patrick in service, who we know will take superior care of us!! We even had the privilege of meeting Sandy Raffealli this time!! Great Experience, Amazing Dealership!!
When my daughter was at Nevada..These folks helped alot.
Very small dealership but was able to fix my problem so I could get back to San Diego
Treat me like I bought a beemer instead of a Mini.
Friendly and helpful staff. Lots to choose from, but not necessarily a lot of variations on the lot.
The parts department does a good job.
Was great assistance to a friend whos BMW had broken down.
This is by far the worst BMW dealership.Worst customer service .
Super nice service team.
As Expensive As The Car Brands Normally Are, This Dealership Provides That Same Quality of Service And Support.
The Ultimate dealership.
Great customer service always!
Horrible customer service. Ive never dealt with a service advisor as bad as Christi. Make sure to ask for Bill or someone else. They can do whatever they want since there is no other BMW dealer for 200 miles.
Need to hire some people... 1 hour on hold when calling for parts almost everytime i call
Excellent service!
Fast and professional service
Worst experience . Customer service horrible .No one friendly .
This is the worst BMW dealership I have been to. Customer service is mediocre at best. The only car dealership where employees walk by and ignore you, comical. Take your business somewhere else.
Rude or overbearing person in the bunch🤗
Great service!

Yup its B M W.
Service is horrible.
