These are a great group of guys! When I called for initial information, I was amazed at how much information was given and how friendly they were, even though I was only a potential customer at that point.When I dropped off my wifes vehicle, I was still unsure which type of tinting we wanted. They explained all the options to me again, and even demonstrated the differences. All this while remaining friendly and understanding of my lack of knowledge on the subject.When I picked up the vehicle I was again amazed at how friendly they were. I went out and looked at the job they had done and everything was done professionally. They had even placed a sticker over the window controls to remind us not to use them for a few days while the tint cured.After getting in the vehicle, I noticed that the tint did not appear as dark as I had expected. One of their employees coming in from another job noticed me looking around trying to determine if I had received the correct tint level. When I expressed my concerns to him, he advised me they had a tool that could measure the tint level and gladly went in to get it. Sure enough, everything was exactly as I had ordered.From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I got exactly what I wanted, it was done in the time frame promised, and was a great value as well. I will not hesitate to return any time I need a new vehicle tinted.

These are the best guys for anything electronic with your car. Theyve fixed my radio, installed a radar detector, a back up camera and replaced my stock alarm system with a new one that has a remote start. They have also tinted my windows. Ive been taking my mature 4Runner to them for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

Battleborn repaired the shift panel lighting on my 1999 Jeep. When the repair didnt work, they quickly resolved the issue and were very fair and accommodating. They are open Saturdays which is convenient. I would definitely use the company again.

Just picked up my 2014 Dodge Charger and the tint looks absolutely amazing and makes the car look even better than before. They took their time and did it right. Ive already started recommending them to my friends. Best prices as well and superior product. They walked me through all of my options and didnt try to sell me anything other than what I wanted. Would go back in a heart beat. The guys at the shop are probably the best around.

Id never even heard of ceramic tint which helps keep you cool in the hot summer months. They are the only company in Reno that carries DUBir (tint with technology) and theres only one tinting company in Vegas that carries this stuff. You would think the whole car package would include the windshield right? Wrong. I do not recommend this place to anyone! When I told them I said the whole car they said they have my conversation recorded and that it was in the fine print that it was not included. I got very upset that I was recorded without consent and when I brought this up they changed it to all customers are under video and audio surveillance . What a joke and definitely not how you treat customers. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

Awesome! Guys fantastic work! They did ceramic tint on my Lexus GS and it keeps the inside a lot cooler then traditional tint. They even squeezed me in last minute to get the car done super happy with how it turned out.

I went to see Chris about a warranty replacement of my radio/GPS. Dealing with warranty companies can be a pain in the a$$ but Chris sailed through the process and installed the radio in no time. These guys are super good at what they do.

These guys are great!!!I came in because I had a problem with my amp(that i had installed somewhere else) not powering up and they figured out the problem in less than 30 minutes and they fixed for very cheap.I would recomend these guys over any other car audio shop in Reno.

Awesome establishment!I went in there to get a touch screen stereo installed on my car. The guys there are all down to earth, knowledgeable and efficient. On top of that, these guys are the better than others from a financial standpoint as well. Not only was everyone nice to me, but they were fast as well. Only about 10 mins from downtown, i would highly recommend to anyone with eletronic/tinting needs.
