My girlfriend and I went in to the shop an hour before closing and found Laverne and Spence at the counter. We were looking for balls, shoes and a bag since ours were lost in an accident, they had a good selection and were able to order quickly if necessary. We expected to walk in and point out some equipment and that would be that. Instead, Spence recommended that we throw some balls so he could take a look and recommend some product. He spent as much time with us as we needed to find the perfect match for us! Spence also informed us that he is a silver level coach, which was no surprise from his extreme knowledge, and his communication skills. While we purchased a ball, we were also taught about techniques, body geometry and oil patterns while having an awesome time! Over all, it was a great experience and we were able to meet some amazing people! Thank you Laverne and Spence!

Went to the NWT Pro Shop to get new bowling equipment. Orlando Spencer and Laverne Watts, owner and certified Coach, drilled me several new balls. Very friendly, experianced and helpful if you look for all kind of bowling stuff. They have all the new bowling balls, shoes, bags and whatever you need to bowl. Just walk in and ask for advice. Awesome place.

Needed my bowling ball redrilled because it was not done correctly for me at Gold Dust in Carson City. They did a great job! Taking a second one in tomorrow for them to do. League score up 30 pins, thanks NWT.
