The staff is always helpful and polite?

Sold me the wrong product twice and do not know what the instructors require for their classes. One instructor didnt even know the bookstore had books listed as required for his course. Another instructors required books arent even available here. For this course the store is recommending an incompatible text for an inflated price. Would give zero stars if possible.

The staff is pleasant and helpful when you can get a hold of them. They have one number to contact them to set up a pickup (since COVID its all appointment only). The line is constantly busy for hours upon hours and you cant get anyone to set up a pickup. So Ive paid you money for a book that I need for a class that I paid for that the institution can drop me because I dont have the required materials because there is no way to get in touch with anyone to get my materials that I ordered through you to pick up? Until there is a new system in place I wont even attempt to use this place again.

The staff could work on their attitude. I ordered a book from them and waited for about two weeks and I got the wrong book for the class I was enrolled in. I couldnt get a full refund even though it was their fault for not ordering the right book and it also took forever to get to the book store. I am NEVER ordering books from there ever again. If you want books for a good price go to amazon or go to UNR bookstore to rent or buy. They have fair prices.

Access to pick up books for curbside pick up is a joke. You drive up there and the telephone number is nonstop busy. No other number to call and no way to get ahold of someone so they can bring out the books that were ordered. Waste of time.

I ordered my book online and got free shipping to the store. I was in an out very quickly. The staff was polite. I would reccomend bringing some change so you can put in the parking meter so you can park closer to the building. They sell just about anything youd need in school from notebooks, to pens, even makeup.

Excellent people. Really go the extra mile. Left the store feeling super grateful.

Computers where down. Huge line one register. Everythings always on back order.
