In these days where books are basically bought online its nice to be able to browse in a brick and motor location to see books and magazines instead of relying on reviews.

The Starbucks inside was nice, other than you cant use your Stars for purchases. Also, the book selection is certainly left leaning, but there ARE some history titles. Good fantasy fiction and self-help section.

Wow this Barnes & Noble is big I’ve never seen any place bigger and there is an upstairs and downstairs and the staff are so nice actually the staff helped me so much that they gave me so much information I was a little overwhelmed it was awesome it was great I loved this Barnes & Noble a lot of choices bright lights we and see if you feel like reading all day come check it out I love this place nice place

Love it I like collecting manga and they have a great selection sometimes the dont have the follow ups for the books or the first one but I love it there

Very nice place. Some of their different selections are limited but youll probably find something you like in this big book store anyways.Lots of overpriced novelty items as well if youre into that.Finally, they have a Starbucks and a large seating area, with places to plug your laptop into. Nice place to visit even without buying anything.Kids will also enjoy their selection of toys upstairs.

When a certain item section (maps) is moved to almost other side of store create some way for customers to discover the new location. I, and my wife, are both age 74. Just to help provide a clear understanding.

Barnes & Noble has survived a recession and a pandemic for a reason. Its due to their high standards of cleanliness and organization. Their selections of books are far and wide. They have books for every reader. They also have a starbucks wich makes it a nice place to meet up get some coffee and enjoy the ambiance of being surrounded by books.

They have so many amazing books and so much more, like DVDs, CDs, games, kids toys, and so much more. They also have such helpful and friendly associates.

Havent been there in awhile but being a club member I thought I d better use it while I pay for it. Lots of best sellers and other novels marked down, I grabbed a book about the Reno Tahoe Rim Trail, getting ready to do some biking and hiking.

I found the book I went to purchase (diabetic cook book). It took me a awhile as it was my first time there. The store looked to be well organized. The lady behind the counter was friendly and prompt. She even asked if I was a member, because I guess as a member, you receive 10% off purchases. All around nice experience.

Except for some issues in ladies room, it was a great store. All of them are wonderful. Very helpful staff.

I gave it a 3 only because 3 out of the 4 bathroom stalls had broken doors or no door and the bathroom that is available has gaps on the side so someone can see inside the stall. the book store itself is is good though

The employees are always nice, though sometimes the layout of the building is confusing and the signs are way too small. I commonly go for tarot and Wiccan items, and they move it from the first floor to the second quiet often. But the employees always help us find what we need :]

Seemed like a really nice B&N. Two stories and a Starbucks. Thankful this B&N carried travel references, and atlases, as some don’t.

I love coming to this location. They h@vª huge selection of books. And so many other things. Plenty parking lot outside. Near by restaurants n electronic store. Also you sit by the windows and see the view of the city. This place monster size. It not your typical size location. Im sure you will love it.

The store has seemed to be on the decline for the last couple of years. It used to be easy finding books or staff if needed but now everything is always under construction and they always seem to be short staffed so they only staff the register.

An awesome place to go and relax. Wide selection of books but the best part is the staff is so helpful their customer service is on point. I was looking for a book but was told that it was not in but she offered to order it and ship it to me without me having to ask her if that was an option. Very helpful.

Today was the first time in a very long time that Ive gone into Barnes & Noble and although the atmosphere seemed the usual quiet bookstore with people coming and going. I couldnt hear anybody talking and for me thats a problem. I truly hope this was just one of those days where people were just resting on their feet so to speak but there was very little interaction just people going through motions.

Came here for a microscope for my 7-year-old and a rock tumbler for my 4 year old they loved the escalator and elevator great selection of learning toys and books :) good photo op upstairs for the kids or adults lol

Museum. It is just...that...well...I just dont need any of it. Well, except for that coffee. Did you know they sell self scoring IQ tests there? No wonder.... explains so much. Go for the blast from the past. You will feel so like you are in a CW when you enter and delve on in for some reason. Its so strange. Try it.

5 star. Huge 2 story. And even though the hate Trump books were more prominent there actually were many conservative books out in the open. Nice to browse a book store again.

Your normal B&N experience here. Nice and calm/quiet in the store. Plenty of books to pick from, all different sorts of genres. Never asked the staff for help but they all seem friendly and professional. If you need a book, cant go wrong with shopping here.

Selection was ok. However, the staff ignored me and the displays made getting around in my wheelchair very difficult. No wonder book stores are failing. I wont be back!

Ive been to Barnes and Nobles different places and the service here is always warm and friendly. The selection and two story set up at the store, along with their seating and Starbucks, makes a visit, always an experience. I love this Barnes and Noble so much, the best one Ive been to along side the one in Union Square in New York City. It has a charm and an ambience and the scent of the coffee in the air leads to the experience, very reminiscent of something in a Harry Potter film.

I love seeing so much fun and creativity in one place! I go nuts over their board game selection, and I discover books I didnt even know I wanted to read until then! Wish I could go more often

Megh. A giant bookstore, with minimal oddities or fun, and the staff just dont care. I dont blame them. Good for buying the newest, most popular books, but not much else. I highly recommend finding a locally owned bookstore instead.

Yes this place might be overpriced but there is just something so comforting about being surrounded by books and the smell of coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is nice and easy.

One of the biggest Barnes & Noble I ve been to...just visiting from the bay area.

Ordered a book, which never got there. When I inquired about it, the employee was very dismissive, telling me the book was out of print. Impossible. The book was published in 2011 and was a best seller.

Just called and spoke to Brooke. She was absolutely amazing with her attitude, customer service and care to find me what I needed. I havent been in this store in over 20 years but I will tell you that based on this interaction alone I will never go back to Amazon. Thank you Brooke.

Large two story building with an expansive collection. Things have recently had a floor plan change, so unsure how some items are stocked now as they were in the middle of the change during my last visit. Nice location and the staff seem very nice.

Its a two story bookstore that is kept very clean. Selection is what you would expect, everything from cookbooks to fiction+non-fiction.

I went during the week in the late afternoon/evening and it wasnt crowded, you can sit for up to 30 minutes in the Cafe, and it is a very spacious store. I enjoyed looking around at the great selection of books and magazines and theres a kids section on the 2nd floor.

Place seens to be going downhill a bit. Selections seem to be slow to show up as apposed to other Barnes and Nobles that I frequent. Ordered a book that they couldnt find in the store. Ordered it again and still waiting for it.(2 1/2 weeks?)Another disappointment! Ordered 3 books yesterday. Received an email saying one was canceled. Called Barnes and Noble customer service and was told to go back to the book store and receive my money back. Rude lady told me tbat she would not reimburse me and to wait on a check?? from Barnes and Noble! Will probably start ordering my books on ebay.

The service was amazing. I was given a personal tour of the author and books I was interested in purchasing. I like the fact that you can find a corner to go read a book before purchasing. You also have the option to purchase coffee and a lil snack. I havent personally been to the coffee shop in years. So Im not sure of the service or if you can purchase books. But I will say the smell of coffee draws you in like a puppet on a string lol. If I still drunk coffee I would be broke, just from purchasing coffee without even needing a book.

Whats not to love about the book store? Always a fabulous experience in the store! The parking lot is a different story. Homeless and panhandlers have set up shop in the parking lot and they walk their dogs letting them use the planters to go to the bathroom and then they dont clean it up. Unsafe and unsanitary.

Love the selection and staff is awesome. Like yeah. I would come back to just chill if that was okay and read all day. But its not and yeah. Do what your supposed to people and quit trying to get over on each other. The world is bad enough and treat people with the respect they deserve. And these people here are cool in my book.

I think we have one of the few Barnes and nobles left. Our family has always made the bookstore a place for fun and its nice to be able to continue this tradition.
