Went today on a whim, my 9-almost 10 year old daughter was ready to get her ears pierced, Ariel was very reassuring and made sure she felt comfortable, she did it! It looks awesome and my daughter says 3 hours later that they dont even hurt anymore. Thank you Ariel! It was a good positive experience for all of us! Awesome.

I just love piercing pagoda! I’ve been a customer since I was a kid and my parents first took me to get my ears pierced. My daughters ears were pierced there as well. Laura is a fantastic manager and goes above and beyond to not only assist her customers, but also to make sure that they have a pleasurable experience. Can’t wait to go back to Reno!!

So I went to piercing Pagoda they said they were open. there but when I got there. There was no one there to help me. !! Really pisses me off. When they said they were open but they not even there. Some lady said there was a computer around the corner but I couldnt see no computer when they will return.
