The only reason they dont get 5 stars from me is simply because they are so good that they are backed up weeks and even months certain repairs. They are excellent at what they do. Im always taking my boat there. Family safety are at the for front in boating and the people over at Custom Boat understand that. Great place. Great Work!

Ive been meaning to check this shop out of a little while. I was driving by so I turned did a u turn see if they had what Im looking for. I was greeted at the door. I then walked to the counter and asked if they might have a used wake/ski boat within my price range. The counter rep said they probably dont but still called a salesman and after looking they found they didnt have what I needed. After the counter rep reminded the sales rep that they may be able to help me out with a NEW boat within my price range, they recommend a heyday boat which was the exact boat Ive been looking for!!!! (Very hard to find new or used though) The sales man took his time to help me... but the only heyday boat they had was a little too expensive for me, his price was strait, honest, msrp pricing.... No bs. It was just a little too far out of my price range. We then found the owner to see if he could find a solution to accommodate my budget. He was kind, friendly, and not being a vulture to try and make a sale. Which was AWESOME!!! Between the lady at the counter, the salesman, and their honesty I wish I could have bought a boat here. Ive been to alot of bad boat dealers and these guys are the opposite of what I usually find!!!! I promise when we have a chance, you will get my business. Thanks for trying! 👍

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Staff explained alot for first time boat lookers and did not pressure usual sales tactics. Havent baught a boat yet, but would go with them first.

The nicest people I have dealt with in many years. They have made a customer for life. If you want to be treated like an actual person, come here. Plus they had the parts no one else did, that does not hurt either.

Brought my boat here for a complete tune up and their 100 hour check off which is performed thoroughly from a list. Also I had several other nuisances addressed and serviced. The work was completed professionally in a timely fashion. The staff was very kind and helpful in answering all my questions.Took my boat out to Topaz Lake the following day where it ran like brand new. Could not be more pleased.Thank you..

Best service and the team takes the time to figure out what is best for the customer. Robb is a great sales consultant, and I trust him and his guidance 100%. This will be the second boat I have purchased from them, and I have had fantastic service when I have any questions or concerns.

I was only there for about a half hour or 45 minutes looking at used boats. Staff was very helpful.

This outfit is awesome. They do quick, exceptional work. Everyone I met there was very friendly.

I took my boat to Custer boat & Marine. The problem was the boat kept cutting off .they told me it will be one week before they will work on it; it turns out being three weeks later. I inform them that the fuel pump relay & the wires in the fuel pump was metered; when it was running it had power and when it cut off there was no power on either connection. They said OK we hear you. 3 days later I call them. They informed me that the fuel pump was bad and Kinks in 3 fuel lines. I just put a new pump in the boat 5 days ago. I told them to fix it if that’s the problem. I paid them $1,600. That was not the problem. I returned the boat to them. Later in the week they told me the Relay and the connection on the fuel pump was bad; the problem was Electrical. OK! After I paid them $1,600 the problem was a $100 fix. They told me those parts needed to be replaced anyway. I will never go back or recommend anybody there. I am a very disatisfied customer.

They do great work a little pricey but boat means bring on another thousand lol they are also very friendly I do recommend them
