What a great Joint man, for reals. Its small and intimate, but you can tell they put a lot of love in to their beer. The Bartender was awesome and friendly, even with all my wacky questions :)The beer, was all good, and several of them had really interesting flavors (We tried em all). The Top shout outs were their Jalapeno Habanero Ale, and the Turkish Coffee Black Stout. My wife may have drank her 2 Turkish Coffee flights as fast as I have ever seen her drink. She was IN LOVE!!Definitely heading back her.

Interesting beer selection! My fav was blackberry beer, tasty. We enjoyed a flight outdoors. Very convenient for Covid times.

This is the anti-Revision. If youre an IPA person, go there. If you like a different range of beers, this is the place to go. Great options, unique flavors, and knowledgeable beertenders. But not much in the IPA sector. Cool vibe and decorations.

This is an awesome little microbrewery, making some very tasty brews. Love the tasting room atmosphere and the attitude and knowledge of the servers. I am hesitant to recommend this place only because, more people coming to check it out means needing to expand, which changes the atmosphere that I love.

This was a nice little find. Very accessible from the interstate. Cozy and very friendly. Lagers definitely their thing...IPA not so much. Certainly worth a stop if you are in the area.

Casual taproom. No problems bringing your own food (they only have a small selection of packaged snacks). Service prompt and friendly, excellent beer. Glimpses of brewers working the equipment.

Great small craft brewery in downtown Reno next to the Wells overpass. Has a wide selection of beers on draft for just about anyones tastes. They also serve their beer in multiple sizes, do fills and have various specials. Just doesnt serve food, but has a list of businesses who deliver. Only reason it only gets 4 stars from me is there is one unisex bathroom so when busy there is a line and it has little parking at the location so you must find it on the surrounding streets.

The $6 flight of 6 taster beers by Pigeon Head Brewery was hands down, my favorite beer flight yet. I loved every single beer I tried, which is rarity for me. Perhaps the reason why I was so enamored by Pigeon Head Brewery is because this brewery is primarily larger based, and this girl loves lagers!!My husband and I stopped by in the afternoon on a weekday, and the place was empty save the bartender and one other couple sitting at the bar. The bartender was friendly and helpful, aiding in my quest to find the perfect brews to match my palette. The vibe to the brewery is arty industrial - we were fans of the colorful Hans Solo piece.I would definitely stop by again when I return to Reno. The beers here are on point!

Called ahead and ordered two 4-packs of the Jalapeno/Habanero IPL for curbside pickup and Im very impressed. Im even more impressed with the people they have working there. Lucas was kind and helpful and had a great attitude. I even emailed them before I arrived to check on the IPL stock (it was depleted until this week) and the owner, Bryan, got back to me quickly and even had some advice on storing crowlers. Terrific brewery and one that puts a smile on your face during these uncertain times. In the words of Lucas, Cheers, fellas. I will be back and so should you!

Pigeon Head is an eclectic brewery. If youre looking for beers that bend the mind and the limits of what a beer is, Pigeon Head is for you. The Turkish Coffee stout is one of the best stouts Ive ever had and their Pineapple Milkshake IPA tastes like a pineapple milkshake. They have only gotten better over the years and the witchcraft they use to brew is stellar. Its on my top list of breweries period! If you live in Reno or are looking to visit and you enjoy beer, this brewery should be on your list.

Amazing beer...last time I was there I sampled quite a few but became quite fond of their Red Rye Lager. Had a great time there. Theyre located close to downtown Reno and the freeway, easy to get to.

Heres another excellent stop for a good micro brewery in Reno. They just rolled out swing shift ipa and it is excellent. All their beer is canned or available in growlers. So come down and give pigeon head a try.

Im an ale guy, and this is one of the few craft breweries that specializes in lagers, so my expectations werent high. But man, after trying their imitable selections, I wasnt missing my bitters at all. Their Turkish Coffee lager was one of the best beers Ive ever had.

Build a kegorator. Get kegs here. Done.

Its a taproom, no food, and outside youre in a noisy area. Still, the brews are well done. And Im told they have food trucks come by certain days.

Love our time there, unfortunately will not be back other than to stop in to buy beer. They no longer allow dogs on the patio. Although it is ok to smoke pot there.

Hidden Gem brewery off 6th street, they have good tasting strong beers. Every time we gk on bike rides we make a pit stop here regardless of where we start, worth the trip.

This place has the best lagers in town. The taproom has a great vibe for catching a beer after work with some friends.

Best brewery in Reno. Solid staples and some experimental stuff but its always beer first. If you can only drink one beer there get the red rye.

One of the best local breweries specializing in mostly lagers, but also many one offs and experimental takes. Great and friendly staff with to go cans, growlers, and crowlers. Keep an eye out for the small experimental brews like blackberry milkshake ipa and cinnamon toast crunch barleywine.
