Be kind to the staff. They are EXTREMELY short staffed usually at all times because of the lack of care and urgency to hire or help coming from upper management. They are doing the best they can. Be patient with them.

Was refused business due to the fact that I am not licensed. Wow. Never was refused business before. Dont waste your time here.

They shouldnt be letting just anybody walk in and shop if its just for people with a Cosmo licence. Like, just take my money or have a sign so I wouldnt have walked in in the first place. It didnt say strictly professional shop or non licensed people cant buy.
