Usually my hair is soooo damn dry n a lot of dandruff just in Reno only but when I go to cali or Florida, Hawaii is totally change to normal like soft and moist but I walk in last weekend and explain the same thing to one of the worker here and she gave me this one product really works on my hair 🙏🏽 I have no dandruff and my hair feels different I love it .. thank you so much ..

Friendly staff and nice store, just unhappy with the actual company and the changes they made to their customer loyalty program, taking away the percentage discounts in leiu of a points program, so the savings are not consistent or as beneficial if you arent spending a constant amount. ??? Wish they would have made us aware as members upon renewing our membership...😕

Northtown Lane Best Sallys in Northern Nevada. You would think that all Sallys would at least carry 1 bottle of Sulfer 8 Shampoo. But no instead of being convenient by my home on 7th & McCarran I have to take 2 buses.😲 But you can always count on Northtown Lane & if not be glad to get for you in short time. Thanks Ladys.

I was recommended a liquid eyeliner from one of the beauty consultants that she swore was long lasting and worth the cost but it lasted approximately 15 minutes before it started wearing off..... so not worth the money....

The ladies do not have good customer service. My daughter and I were in there today and were ignored while two employees carried on their conversation. I asked for help and one lady looked at me and turned her head. Not too pleased.

The woman who runs this and the reno store gossips about her customers with her wokers. It is extremely unprofessional and childish to sit behind the counter stating whom you like and dont like as they walk in. I will be taking my wife up to other stores from now on. Since you dont like many of your customers, we can just take our money elsewhere. I honestly cant imagine many people really enjoy shopping here. The staff acts like its an issue to provide some quick advice and these stores are too small and cramped to casually shop when we have extra money to spend on my wifes hobbies. And the sallys card does not save you much money anymore. I wish honestly, I didnt even have to give one star.

I travel about five miles out of my way to visit the Sallys in Northern Reno. Because the manager at the one in Sparks is not a nice lady. She is truly no good for the business.
