Helpful staff and had what I needed in stock!

Visited the West Marine store in Reno last weekend and purchased a new motor mount for my kicker motor, service was fine but while searching online for another part for my boat this week the same motor mount came up and was approx. $65.00 less than the one I got at the store!!?? Same exact one!! I dont like getting overcharged and ripped off by local businesses and so I will probably not go back!!

Friendly staff and good selection of both essentials and random stuff you dont need but gotta have. As expected, they dont carry dealer items. Good luck getting out of there without buying things...

I give this place four stars for having a very good selection of marine parts and recreation items. I wish the prices werent so steep. When youre in need of a awning fitting or a tender rope etc... it is awful nice to have a local place to swing into and pick it up.

Always go here for all my boat needs. Get my oil and engine parts. Have a big selection allot of cool stuff I didnt know existed but ended up getting, like cleaners. Best part is how knowligable the staff is they definitely know what they are talking about and have taught me allot. Very friendly and willing to help you out.

Outstanding customer service! I called an advanced, and Ryan helped confirm they had what I was looking for. When I arrived Ryan walked me over to the aisle to show me where it was. Even price matched another item for me! Could not have asked for a better experience.

Good staff and top end mechanise. Expensive though. Worth a few extra bucks for getting what you need NOW.
