Took 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change, and they charged my husband and I $200 even when we argued and told them that was way to much to be charging for that type of service needed.Honda down the road onlycharges me 65 to get my car serviced…..This place is such a rip off won’t buy a Toyota from them again.
Have taken my vehicle here 4 times..each time has been worst than the last..final straw was paying $600 just in labor when the technician took 9 hours to rotate my tires and install 2 rear brake pads..pretty sure I could do it in less time with a child’s toy
They have plenty of service crew but a bit unorganized. I went there last Monday to service my two cars. Getting an appointment schedule is fair. For my first car, I was there 15 minutes early for the service after driving 45 minutes from my place. I was told it is gonna be about hour and a half. I was instructed to wait in the customer lounge. After about close to 3 hours, no service rep giving me update. I went to the cashier and asked whats going on. The cashier searched for my service papers and found it which might have been sitting there for two hours..cashier asked me if I was told that my car is ready. I said nobody told me. I left toyota at 12noon hungry and tired and need to pickup the other car in hurry for one oclock schedule. No apologies receive from any service crew! Customer service is disappointing.
Came in from out of town and arrived an hour early for a routine service. Left shortly after my scheduled appointment time and they were very busy. Very impressed with their overall organization. If I didnt live on the east coast, I would definitely be back.

Kind of disappointed with the service department today! I pull up with 23k on my car and they try to skip my 25k service and go straight to 30k!! No mention of this and the lady goes “okay it’s going to be $650 today!!” I’m like “why?? Isn’t this my 25k check up” and she was like “oh well you missed it but maybe I can extend it with covid…” which should have been the first thing she did instead of trying to charge me $650??Not to mention I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation….
Prompt and attentive. On time. Delivered as scheduled. Price was higher than another bid, but not worth my time to run all over town. This is the dealership where we purchased the vehicle.

First time here and lots of cars here for service at 930am. It took about 5 mins before a service advisor helped me. Summer helped get me set up in the system and asked very good questions because my service records were not pulling up in the system. Summer was super helpful and very pleasant. She made my first contact at Dolan Toyota a great experience and set the bar very high.
Started hearing a chirping noise from my 19 Toyota Tacoma(worn belt) . Called customer service and asked for Waylon and told him the situation. He told me to bring it in at my earliest convivence and that a rental car was already payed for and ready to go. Brought it into their service center and they took it from there, gave me a brand new 2021 Tacoma and away I went. Not more than two days later they give me a call to let me know everything was fixed and ready to go and they even updated my trucks transmission software so it shifts way smoother. Dolan Toyota has been the most friendly and professional dealership I have ever been to and I highly recommend them.
This is my second vehicle from Dolan Toyota, and I will continue to be loyal. Not only in future vehicle purchases, but in using their service center. They always take great care of me and my vehicle. Worth every penny! Thank you guys so much!!

I bought a brand new 2020 Tacoma here. From day 1 the weather stripping sounded like my door/window is cracked open on the freeway and there was a faint whine whenever I maintained a speed between 50-60mph.Two weeks after buying it I took it in and was told not to worry about it, “it’ll break in”, “it’s a new truck just enjoy it”.Yesterday after 2400 miles I decided it was enough, I brought it in for those issues. I picked it up 30 minutes ago. The notes were full of “sounds normal” and “could not replicate” but they replaced the rain drip on the roof.It’s clear they didn’t touch the weather stripping (it’s been peeling on the top of the door since day 1 and still is) and the whine is as prudent as ever.I spent $40,000 on a truck that annoys me to drive and will probably have to take it to a 3rd party auto shop to get my brand new truck to sound normal.
Went in with an A/C issue. They were able to get an inspection done and let me know it was simply too much of a charge in the system. I recommend Russell C. in the service department. Was straight forward and got my car fixed. He answered all my questions. Their recommendations for service to my car were spot on as well. Im a long time backyard mechanic and was impressed with their service center. Thanks Dolan

Over a week ago I received a recall notice from Toyota for my 2020 Toyota Tundra. I immediately called Dolan Toyota to schedule an appointment for the recall. I was given an appointment for 9/24 @ 0900. I asked how long the recall repair would take as this is one of my days off work. I was told no more than two hours.When I arrived at Dolan Toyota and went to check in my vehicle, I was told that I would need to leave it all day. I explained that I have an appointment for 0900. The service advisor told me that he would get a service manager. He brought someone over who said that I needed to leave it all day. What they didnt know was that I had checked with Toyota Customer Service and was told the repair was .5 hours (30 minutes). The service manager said he would check to see how many vehicles were ahead of me.He came back and said that there were ten(10) Tundras ahead of me. When I explained that I had an appointment for 0900, I was told that this was to meet with a service advisor.I explained that I had other things to do on my day off than spend it at Toyota waiting for a 30 minute recall repair. He then said he could maybe get it done by 2:00 PM. I told him to forget it and left.I called Toyota customer service and explained what had happened. They took down all of the information and said that a customer service rep from Dolan Toyota would contact me by 7:00 PM (CST) today. We will see.

DISHONEST!Wow! What a train wreck Dolan Toyota is. I took our Prius to the dealer in Carson and was reminded of how dishonest the service department at Dolan is. Dolan claimed a Prius needed 7 quarts of oil. This is just one example of how dishonest the Dolan Toyota service department is. We like our Toyota but are not likely to get another because of the poor service from Dolan. If you are considering a purchase from them, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere, Carson is not a far distance, and they are phenomenally better when it comes to integrity and service.
I like to service my car with the dealership. So far I have no been disappointed.
Ashley was my service representative and she was OK but not really that friendly in addition they did not wash my car or at least rinse it off when I got it back...Not happy...
