I have been loyal to another automotive repair business locally. They did not have time to change my oil, so I called Arrow. They were very professional, the waiting room was immaculate, the price was fair. I decided to bring my other vehicle there as well. Again they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. My transmission was in limp mode, only had 3rd gear and reverse. Pro 1 Automotive recommended Arrow Automotive Transmission for a diagnosis. Dropped the truck off in the morning and received a call from James who was very helpful and professional from the moment I walked in the door. Arrow tech had discovered a bad crank position sensor which is something I could take care of myself. Money spent on a diagnosis was well spent and I am grateful to Arrow for their prompt service and honesty.Should I ever need help with transmission issues in the future I know where to go and who to recommend if anyone asks me.

I had been dealing with my air conditioning blowing warm air for some time it wouldnt hold a charge.. I would be a cheap skate and get it recharged some what to get me through the summer. I finally decided to get it checked out at Arrow Automotive. I was getting ready to go on vacation when it started to blow warm air. I took it in and James took care of all the details. I can honestly say Im a happy customer.. My vacation was very comfortable and its staying very cool in my truck. Thanks James for sending on my cool vacation.

We had an appointment set up and then the morning of the appointment, our vehicle would not start. They told us that we can bring it in as soon possible or they could offer us a tow if it wont start. We ended up getting it towed and then they were very helpful in letting us know about the various issues and what it would take to fix. They worked with us and communicated every step of the process and made sure we knew what was happening and what the cost was going to be. Very professional and will definitely use them again.

Arrow Automotive provides honest, informed opinions and recommendations, and they perform professional, dependable, timely work. Their customer service and quality is extremely consistent. I am so grateful I dont have to worry about being taken advantage of there, or worry that repairs arent being done properly, or are being overpriced. (They cost what they cost, in addition to a fair labor charge.) I started going to Arrow Automotive in 2016 when an insurance-backed company failed to repair my car after an accident. Even after I repeatedly brought it back to the insurance-backed shop, my engine was grumbling loudly all the time, and finally the whole thing went out a couple weeks later. My insurance company denied the damage was accident-related and refused to cover it, despite multiple disputes. My car was a mess, but I went to Arrow (per the recommendation of my tow truck driver) and they got it running again with minimum investment on my part, and I have gone to them ever since. They could have told me my car needed tons of work to make it home (it legitimately needed tons of work), but instead they laid out what the bare minimum would be, since thats what I could afford at the time. My car made it home within my budget and, though it was a little sad and funny, it survived another year and a half, giving me plenty of time to buy a new one. I take my new car there and have never had any issues. I even get oil changes here after my local Jiffy Lube failed to put the air filter back correctly one time during their standard up-sell attempt (I couldnt drive over 40mph until I got it back in). I just want to know someone is doing their job correctly, and Arrow gets it right every time. I am one happy, loyal customer.

I have been to many different auto repair places and have never received such kind and wonderful service as I did from Arrow Transmissions. They were very professional and informative and honest about everything that I was asking about my vehicle. I felt like they genuinely cared about my concerns. New to town and found Arrow on line. Discovered I had a small oil leak and took it to them. They were timely and professional and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg for what turned out to be a bent oil filter!! They just charged me for an oil change.

Arrow is the only place that I will go for complex auto repair issues. Over the last few years, theyve helped out with complex diagnostics, transmission problems, overheating issues, stinky A/C, oil changes, and cases of unknown noises and wobbles. They are realistic on timing, diligent, and patient.I had one problem that had been to other repair shops for diagnosis. The transmission shops all said not transmission, its the engine and of course, the general repair places all said its the transmission. Arrow worked methodically to figure it out, and offered me a fix after they had spent days running down the problem.I wouldnt go anywhere else for transmission work or any sort of complex auto issue.

Had a great experience with the guys at Arrow Automotive of Reno, NV.My oil pan drain plug was frozen in the oil pan. The Technicians were able to remove and replace the plug within their estimated time frame, and cost. Also had them do an oil & filter change. Would recommend their services to others in need of auto repairs.

Arrow Automotive was very helpful and got the job done when it came to fixing up my car! I needed a new alternator and under the napa auto care warranty on the alternator it was all covered, the part and labor. Made Apt dropped off car less then two hours later rec a text with a link showing details of my car, status and What needed to be done Including photos of my car and the issue(s) at hand. Then a few minutes later received a call to discuss what NEEDED to be done and would could wait. Decided what to do with ZERO pressure and all my questions answered. My car was done on time. Sense I could not pick up my car during business hours they placed the paperwork inside my car and lock my doors (as I instructed them to do) ZERO issues with this shop! This is my new shop of choice. Next to Hertz grabbed a rental and did not have to worry about anything. Their shop was clean and was XXL larges shop Ive seen outside from a dealer. Waiting room was large and comfortable (I did not use it) Nothing to wish they did differently or better all was done and I will return soon for my general mileage service.

What can I say. Took my daughters jeep(1997) here when it stopped backing up. They repaired the transmission. Then when it thru a piston they did a new engine. Then when her battery terminals were getting bad they fixed them. They have done her oils changes. She feels very comfortable with the service. They treat her well and even explain every thing to us both if they find something wrong. We bought the jeep as a project to fix up and they have helped us get it back in running shape. Truly a great experience everytime we have come in. For a small oil change to a full new engine.

Arrow Automotive accepted my truck to diagnose my AC issues. After identifying the possible issue they realized that I needed 123yx refrigerant but are not currently set up for that regrigerant so they called around town and found me a new shop to move my vehicle to and explained the situation thoroughly to them. I was very pleased with their service and disappointed that I couldn’t give them my business but highly recommend them and will use them in the future for any other repairs!

My alternator and battery just went out and I always go to Arrow. I managed to coast it in before it died and they got to it the next day. Working great!I like Arrow for their dependability. No new sudden issues pop up after the car goes in for repair like at other shops in town. They earned my trust by keeping my Kia on the road till I could figure the budget out to dump it. I would take that vehicle into Tires Plus and it would come out with more problems than it started with. Had a personal mechanic but I would need to leave the car with him for weeks. I read the reviews on Arrow and tried them out. In time the Kia actually spent more time on the road than in the shop and that is impressive for a Kia! Never buy 1 :)They do try to line up a ride home if it is possible and needed as well. Great place!

I was made aware of this shop by a friend who recommended them. In the year since, they have gone above and beyond to make every repair on each of my 3 vehicles as seamless as possible. 2002 Subaru Legacy Outback: new clutch, throw out bearing, and flywheel, transmission service, differential service, the list continues. 2004 GMC Sierra 1500: transmission differential and transfer case service, new water pump, power steering gearbox, and more services will be performed to keep this baby with 250k on the road making me money. 2011 Jeep Liberty Sport: Engine swap, transmission rebuild (both with 3 year 100k warranty), all differential and transfer case services and a new clock spring. Returned in 6 working days.I am a firm believer in “you get what you pay for.” The knowledgeable staff, clear communication with easy to understand pictures sent to your phone or email, clean and organized shop, all with honest customer service make this the ONLY shop I trust my vehicles to. I came back to Arrow Automotive when I bought my new car because I remember them telling me they did oil changes. With my old Subaru I needed new head gaskets and a timing belt after another shop did me pretty dirty. They worked with me, got me back on the road, and were so professional. I havent had contact with the actual techs but the guys in the front office are gold. Such great customer service and I have never felt like someone is trying to get one over on me. As a female who knows little to nothing about cars I appreciate that.

The staff thoroughly inspected my trucks transmission and couldnt find anything wrong and did not charge me the diagnostic fee. True service! I have taken my truck there before to have a 4x4 service done and flushing of the radiator and tune up. Great customer service and quality work!

Needed a transmission rebuild on my F250. The builder, Christian has a great reputation for quality work. James updated me regularly on the work progress, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Pricing was accurate and so far, no problems. I would highly recommend Arrow for your repair needs.

Came in because my shifter was acting funny after calling around for a few days. Everyone told me that they had no ideas and that I was probably just going a new clutch or transmission before even looking at my car. I took it in to arrow and they didn’t tell me what they though it was they just told me that they would take a look and tell me what was wrong. My shifter ended up just needing a little bit of new grease. They only charged me the $89 diagnostic fee and I was on my way. I was very happy with the experience here from beginning to end. 5 stars!

So i called Thursday 6/10/2021 to ask price on a trasmission fluid change and what was included on the service so this person told me 250 +tax . So next day on friday I called to make the appointment what i ask whats the price is going to be the guy told me it was going to be 290 plus tax this is two different people i talk with.. my question is are your prices change depends on the person we talk to???

I have had brakes, bearings, cv axle problems, hub problems, questions on the 4wd transmission. Assured me when i thought something was wrong, that i did NOT need service! And, alerted me when I really did need something fixed. Plain old oil changes, maintenance, questions answered and work done honestly, expertly, and efficiently at reasonable prices. Always greeted with a smile. In my 55 years of owning/maintaining a vehicle I have never had a better experience with a repair shop.

We had just acquired a used car, and we took it to Arrow Automotive for a thorough evaluation. Their staff gave it a thorough examination, found issues that were not visible ona cursory examination, and documented everything. And, they told us exactly which issues should be dealt with, which ones should just be monitored, and which ones could be avoided by enhanced long term maintenance. Now thats honesty and great customer care!

Transmission on my 2004 Avalon failed 5 miles east of Sparks on our drive from SF Bay Area to Provo. John at Arrow Automotive and the staff their did a great job, finished one day early, and bent over backwards to help us out. Picked up our car on the way back from vacation, worked perfectly. John and the team over at arrow automotive really did a good job at communicating the whole way thru and making sure I was informed on everything that was going on with the service and the price. Will always recommend to speak with John and getting work done to ur vehicle at arrow.

I hung up on them. They instantly quoted $2800 for parts and labor and 12 month warranty for hey transmission rebuild on my 2000 Ford E350. The last place I called quoted $1900 with 3 year warranty and I can drop off my transmission. Somehow the removal and install is worth $900 to them. My vehicle is one of the easiest to remove and install a transmission. I have been a professional technician and i can get my transmission out and in in under 3 hours without a rack. I see a reply below stating that they dont give exact phone quotes without having the vehicle in the shop yet. Thats not true. The guy on the phone practically gave me a quote before I could say my engine size.

I searched for an auto repair facility for many years that I could trust, was timely, clean and fair. My search ended several years ago when I found Arrow!

I took my 2000 Ford Econoline van to Arrow Automotive because of all the great reviews this business has. We were greeted at the counter by the mechanic, James, who is very personable. We had been told by another shop that the van had a broken head gasket. So James said he would look at the van and let us know what they find. James called us to let us know that indeed there were head gasket problems and some other items to be repaired before my cross country trip from Reno Nevada to Addison Michigan. I am so very grateful to Arrow Automotives incredible service and their awesome mechanic, James.

The store manager James was very friendly and helpful when I recently contacted Arrow Automotive to get a quote on a transmission replacement for my 2015 Hyundai Tucson. James talked through the issues with me and provided a comparable quote to the local Hyundai dealership. He provided guidance and helped me realize that the dealership was overcharging me for the transmission labor (because they were already replacing the engine, so shouldnt have been charging me for labor twice, i.e. double dipping). After pointing this out to the dealership, the dealership modified their quote to be about $1000 less. Even though, I ended up getting the work done at the dealership, James attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy have made me a new customer of Arrow Automotive for other car care needs, including oil changes and maintenance. From my perspective, Arrow Automotive exhibits integrity, quality, and seems strongly committed to customer satisfaction.

Had a problem with my truck, they took me in right away. Diagnosed problem and covered it with factory warranty. Got replacement part in 1 day and had it fixed next day. Great service and friendly personnel.

They have performed several repairs as well as basic maintenance of several of our vehicles. Their service has been so good that we left our long time shop.

Had a great experience at Arrow this week- and last week too. I took my Jeep in for an oil change and as always they did a great job. Over the weekend, my AC in my car stopped working. Took it in on Monday. Found out the AC needed replacing and needed a new radiator. It was an unexpected expense and stressful. However, the employees at Arrow treated me with kindness, respect, and were very good at explaining to me what needed to be done in a way that I understood. They did great work on my car and when I left the AC was very cold and my car was running very well. Any other work my car needs, it is going to Arrow.
