Great service & they carry stuff no one else does.

Napa is my favorite place to shop. As with 3 of our vehicles are pretty much all Napa parts. Why? Because the Napa parts are some of the best out there keeping our old vehicles running real nice. And the Napa staff are the best, friendly, very knowledgeable to keep your favorite vehicles on the road.

Very poor customer service. Waited 20 mins to be helped with a return, which was necessary due to ANOTHER Napa store selling us the wrong part, even though we had the old one to show them. Only two employees in sight, one of which busy on the computer (I guess) and answering any phone call that came in, WAY too busy to help us. And the other was apparently telling another customer how to do the entire job he was working on with his vehicle, with no sense of urgency whatsoever. This person was in the store already deep in conversation when we walked in and remained that way for literally 20 more minutes.

Rob and other sales person were very helpful today.

An older male employee that works there saw us stranded at a gas station and gave us a bottle of anti/ freeze for our radiator. We made it home. I dont know his name but Saturday afternoon he saved us. All I can do is thank him. If hes there, please do. A happy Napa customer who appreciates the kindness of your employees

Very helpful and informative people in regards to vehicle issues

Purchased a battery from this location for $160.00. An employee took my old battery, and put the “new,” Napa battery in. Napa employees are not supposed to install for this exact reason.. He dropped the battery bracket/clamp into my engine where it lodged itself under the stick shifter. I heard it, asked him about it, and he said it was nothing. My Check Engine and VSC lights came on shortly after this incident. I came back to the store, and the employee still said nothing. My vehicle was not working correctly. I went to a mechanic and was told it was a $1500.00 dollar job. I communicated with the manager at Napa, and he did not have my back. He made me feel like it was my fault, and showed little to no concern about me or my vehicle. I gave Napa an opportunity to make things right, and they only made things worse. I was in a non working vehicle for many weeks playing detective in trying to figure out what was wrong.. I bought a battery from somewhere else and returned my Napa battery. No one was held accountable, no one apologized, no one told the truth, and I was not taken care of. No more Napa.

They tell me they know what they are talking about but some how I keep getting the wrong part over and over. Very rude tall bald guy. I hate that they dont keep record of purchase under a phone number like the rest of the great auto stores do. Never again with these rude incompetent people. I have lost way to much time and money.

All the NAPA stores in Reno /Sparks are a great stop if you have a need... Counter people are all excellent.

NAPA Auto Parts always seems to have every part I need. I call around at other parts stores and they never have everything I need. Other stores always have to get something transferred from another store or Warehouse. Napa stocks a lot of parts and they also have a large Warehouse in town that you can pick up from.

Tried twice to get the correct part, they couldnt get it right. They did refund my money without any issues.

Friendly staff, helped me get the exact parts I needed really fast, and for the parts that werent in stock, they had them there the next day.

Terrible customer service I will no longer use NAPA auto parts. This location killed it for me. I only take my business to places that pride themselves in customer service. The manner in which you handle an issue with your product makes all the difference. 2 thumbs down.
