I have always been very impressed with them. Today I drove in from out of State and arrived an hour early. They took me right in and I was on my way quickly. As I said, I am very impressed.

They are such kind people! I appreciate the patience and help they give me, especially because Im not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars! Plus they are equipped with people who can work with me if I need to set up a payment plan for the service done on my vehicle! I feel lucky to work with them! :-)

I had an issue with my new car and had to keep bringing it in, they kept saying they couldnt help me because they couldnt recreate the issue even though I had video evidence and they also charged me for it even though it was a brand new car. They also have poor communication skills its been over a month since Ive last sent an email and no responses. I went to Carson Citys Hyundai, they not only helped me, even though they couldnt recreate the issue, they still attempted to do some changes in my car to help the issue and didnt charge me a dime for the diagnostic unlike Renos location because even though I mentioned the warranty, they said it wasnt covered by it. Carson City covered it by warranty. Without asking, the Carson City location also washed my car when Lithia never did that even though I have brought my car 3+ times. I will never go back to the Reno location ever again their customer service sucks. They treat you like its your fault and you dont know what youre doing.

Do not buy a car from here over price lies about warranties dont honor warranties. Will sell you a car but they are lemons do t honor any of there deals getting an oil change is like picking teeth will never ever come back. Nothing but lies.

If you want your car serviced here, you have to be willing to leave it there for 3 days just to do the diagnostic and then there is a parts shortage people. What a waste of time and money! Never Again!!!

Had an issue with one of the workers his name is Devin the Finance Dept. Rep.. Long story short he failed to be (Professional) and go say, Have Fun when I mentioned to speak to his Sup. He has (No Rights) to even work in a car dealership environment!

They had the part I needed and the two old critics from the muppets Waldorf and Statler I think work there . So when your sonata trunk latch breaks and it will, go see them they know what they are doing.

Have a new 2019 Hyundai Accent just had my first free oil change great car great service. Wonderful staff while waiting coffee or beverages are available along with muffins. I was really surprised to see this model and year gets 52mpg on flat roads with cruise control. Super happy with my Accent...thanks Matt for your service today...

I drive over an hour to get my oil changes done at this location. I skip going to my local one just to go here. They are the best dealership around. Super friendly and go out of their way to help the customer.
