When I shopped around for prices to replace my windshield, Auto Glass Now was 1/2 the price of the others. Asked for online quote, called to set appointment and installed in under an hour at the shop. The only difference with the glass was it did not have upper tint area around rear view mirror area for when visors are down. For the price difference I can easily live without that. Friendly people and they even reattached my factory GPS sensor to the rear view mirror which I could not for the life of me get to stay on. Highly recommend this business! Fantastic value!

This 1 star review is for the way I was treated by the owner. I purchased two windshields from them installed on the same day. One of them was great, no complaints, however the windshield they installed on my Porsche had a manufacturer defect. After being asked to return, the owner indicated that there was an issue but stated they were all like that. Then he proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not noticing the issue on my brief examination of the windshield prior to install. They offered no resolution essentially telling me to leave the store. They wouldn’t even offer me a break on the re-installation of a different windshield. I haven’t written a negative review in over two years however the rudeness I experienced today was worthy of writing one. I highly suggest not working with this company.

Replaced my passenger window that had been broken out while on vacation there. No one could get me in and there prices were very high. I was told about this place. There prices were the best and were fast getting the job done. They also made sure no glass was left inside the car.

My car was broken into and I needed a replacement. I got the glass myself and went down. Not only did these guys have the best price in the entire state, but they were super quick. I dropped in at about 8.30, and am writing this review at 9.45 the same day.I hope I dont have anymore smashed in windows; but if I do, I will be going here to get them fixed.I can understand why I couldnt book an appointment for 2 weeks!

They were very helpful over the phone and professional at the shop. They even adjusted the drop off time so I didn’t have to miss work. And after calling around the different auto glass shops in Reno. They quoted the best price for my window replacement.. twice!

Id give Auto Glass Now ÷6 if I could. Outstanding service and warranty. Came in with a hanging mirror after two years. I had to replace a Q3 rain sensor which I bought for them the reattach. Sean, the manager replaced the windshield and reattached the rear view mirror at NO COST. Definately a place to take your vehicle if you have windshield issues!!👍😎

Wonderful customer service they ordered multiple back glass pieces just to see what the difference was and when there was no difference gave me the best price which by far is the best deal in Reno sparks or Carson it was more than 200 dollars cheaper here than anywhere else wanted to quote me and they were very quick and gave me all the information needed to make sure it properly cured after the install

I have been going there for nearly 20 years, about once every five years per vehicle. Last week wifes drivers side window and front windshield by some random drunk homeless person. These folks put a new windshield in my Jeep Grand Cherokee last April. They did a fine job then. I was hit by a rock on the freeway yesterday, today they filled the damage in my windshield for $10, rather than the usual price of $30, because of my previous business with them. I was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes. the repair looks great! I would highly recommend them for your auto glass needs.

Awesome service! I called expecting to come in on Saturday because my window was cracked and instead they brought me in an hour after I called. I got a few quotes from a few places and they had the cheapest price too, 173 compared to 235, and 293. Id highly recommend it, cause quick and easy service is always the best.

I very rarely write reviews, but I am so happy I chose this business to replace our window. It has been a hectic day, starting with finding out our jeep was broken into, then calling business after business to find someplace that could get it fixed same day without breaking the bank. My rear left window randomly shattered one day while I was driving down the road. Called around, Auto Glass Now was the cheapest by over $100 across the 4 stores I called. They had to order the glass for me but they had it next day. In fact, there was a product number error (no fault of Auto Glass Now), but the Auto Glass Now team was very open and clear in their communication and had the problem resolved quickly. Thanks Sean(or Shawn? Sorry) and team! The whole team was great and I would definitely return.

Great shop. I chose this place based on the reviews. I visited their site and got an amazing quote. About an hour later, a rep called me and I set an appointment for the weekend.The VISIT: Good and quick. Jarod was super helpful. They found out that I had been quoted for a more expensive windshield and they actually explained this while I was in the shop. This is a small detail to some, but I really appreciated the honesty since it saved me about $20!

They did a great job - I have an FJ which has a piece of body paneling that they could have ripped off carelessly and charged me for, but they were careful and replaced it just like it was. They stuck to the quote I was given, service was faster than they said it would be, and the windshield looks great. Id be happy to recommend friends here.

Horrible customer service!!! I went in for a windshield replacement. My windshield needed to be recalibrated which I was uninformed of PRIOR to them replacing it. It cost me almost $700 at the dealership to rectify this problem. The president of the company (Gerald Alexander) was not only rude and disrespectful to me, he was also rude to the gentleman who helped me at the dealership. He is refusing to pay for the necessary calibration needed to turn off the alarms/sensors triggered by the replaced windshield. The technician at Auto Glass Now also did not replace the cameras appropriately (as discovered at the dealership).DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They do not take responsibility for their lack of knowledge.***** UPDATE***** 05/21/19How was I suppose to know my windshield would need recalibration? I was not told this was a possibility. Again, they are not taking responsibility for their part!

Had a simple crack on the edge of the windshield. They did not explain that it was a high risk area. We signed the waiver. The machine they use cracked our windhield even worse. The boss stated he could do nothing for us and we would have to get a new windshield. He accepted no responsibility but encouraged us to lower our insurance deductible, be dishonest, and come back and have them replace it. And... why would I allow them to replace a windshield if they can’t fill a chip ? Lol... these guys are a joke. If they were a real business they would accept responsibility for their mistakes and not attempt something they cannot do.Edit: Thank you for response. You seem like nice guys. And we did sign the waiver so it’s on us. What was frustrating was after the fact the manager/owner said he wish he would have looked at the crack beforehand because it was high risk and would not have attempted it. If we were told it was high risk beforehand we would not have done it. Have been here a few times for either windshield replacement or crack repair and Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone is nice and do a fantastic job.After first experience, this is where I always go, because I trust that they will do a good job for a reasonable price.Thank you.P.S. you need to make sure that one of your routers doesnt broadcast WiFi, this way you wont put stress on both modem/router combo and your router to route your traffic. This may resolve WiFi connectivity issues.
