Outstanding body shop! They got me in the morning after I first called them. Great communication throughout the repair process, they called and texted me with daily updates. The best part, they finished my car a full day earlier than expected and it looks like it never had any damage! I highly recommend this shop! They are masters of their craft!

I love this shop! Ive done business with them about there years. They are the most affordable in pricing by far. Giovanni and Vinny are professional, respectful and most importantly, I trust them. We popped in to this shop after a referral from Valhalla Auto Shop. We had a loose interior molding on our tailgate. Giovanni was nice enough to swap out some clips and didn’t charge us. Giovanni, Stephanie and their crew run an amazing operation! My truck got into a minor fender bender/side swipe along with a damaged headlight. These guys ordered the OEM parts right away, provided me with an update every few days on the progress, and best of all had it completed ahead of schedule! I was referred to Giovanni and Vito by a friend that has been dealing with them for years. I ripped off the running board of my son’s Suburban and scratched the doors and back quarter panel. My son had gotten other estimates and was very impressed by their professionalism, communication and the perfect repair job on his vehicle.

Giovanni and his crew are amazing. I was referred to Golden Legacy Collision by Nationwide Insurance. From the minute I walked through the front door I was treated with dignity and respect. Since moving to Reno in Feb 2018, I have experience the most dishonest people, dishonest companies and truly disheartening experiences that it made me question the area I chose to move to. So, I was apprehensive at first, mostly because it was someone elses insurance company footing the bill and my experience with local companies has not been the best. Not only did they repair my vehicle and it looks better than when I bought the car, they also gave a comprehensive list of the other items that were wrong with the car. The part that I am truly amazed with, it wasnt just an upsell for their company, it was to insure that my family and I were in a safe vehicle. They provided pictures and an explanation that was in a language that I could understand. Not the jargon that you would get from a dishonest used car sells person. I was provided a date of completion and was kept informed daily with my cars progress. They also made it simple when getting my rental car and returning it. Giovani and Oscar managed to fit me in on extremely short notice after a hit and run. Not only that, but they managed to finish my car in less than a week with some dents and decent amount of paintwork needed.

Poor Service. I wish I could give a negative score. Before taking the car to their shop we never had an issue with the check engine light. On the drive home from getting the car back the check engine light came on. Called the shop and they said they have nothing to do with that and they could recommend a shop for us to take it to but we would have to pay out of pocket.How sub par is this shop they cant fix a simple check engine light. My previous experience with a different /better shop was they cleared the codes and kept the car to drive and make sure no codes came back but reassured us that if they did they did come back they would take care of themMy experience was bad with this shop. I would recommend going to a shop recommended by somebody or at least one you have heard of.

Im not sure what happened to the previous reviewer but I was very happy with the job that Golden Legacy did on my Avalon. The people there are very helpful and professional!
