Terrible dealership experience has pretty much ruined any chance at enjoying my dream motorcycle. I began the process of ordering a seemingly beautiful Moto Guzzi MGX-21 from my home in Pennsylvania, back at the beginning of July. Everything went smoothly until the process of actually getting the motorcycle began. It took over a month for the bike to arrive. There was constant confusion and headaches with the shipper Haul bikes. The drive delivered my bike away from my home and the bike would not start. Driver was not at all helpful on correcting this. I assumed a dead battery and ran home to get a jump pack. Luckily the bike started, but before I could go over anything on the bike other than its obviously in one piece the transporter jumped back in and drove off.I was left to ride the bike home in the rain with no plates. To make matters worse the bikes ABS and Traction control (MGCT) light were fully lit meaning these systems were not operational. Since the bike was delivered with a bad battery I had no way of checking this over before the transporter left. It then took another month before I received my plate for the bike, this coupled with the ABS and traction control issue has meant from July to now I have only ridden around 50 miles on my dream bikeAnytime I have contacted the dealer to right this wrong (the lights on the dash to operate the bike as intended) I am always told we will get back to you or we will call you back tomorrow Days pass by with no contact until I contact them. The issues on the bike are still unresolved and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase out of state with the intent purpose of having the bike delivered. Perhaps the experience is better in person but this whole process has left a very negative impression on me and I regret buying the bike at this point :(
Bought two new bikes here today and the place is great. Bikes were ready in no time and the staff was all great. TW and Chris were awesome and answered all of my questions and gave me a great deal on a new bike
Friendly sales people, TW and Chris, were very informative and helpful on my decision on which Triumph was best. I am very happy with the one I bought
What a great experience. Drove from Salt Lake to Reno to pick up my new bike and as soon as I walked through the door Chris had me feeling like family. These guys are honest fair and kind. They have earned my business for life
TW Landis is a consummate professional, friendly, knowledgeable, authentic. I came in not really knowing what I wanted or needed and highly recommend shopping for a bike at this place. Dax Tucker wasa fantastic person to help make the deal & Karsen Rios moved me through the paperwork easily
Excellent experience! Bought a 2022 Speed Twin and it was really easy... Test ride, paperwork, all smooth! Would recommend Chris Tucker for the sale. #goodguy 😁👍
Everything that used to bother me about this shop has changed for the better. They answer the phone, they fix my bike in a timely fashion...Thats really all it takes for me to be satisfied. Thanks guys!
Awesome experience dealing with the guys at Euro cycle. TW and Chris were very welcoming even with my 3 year old son with me and made it very easy to get my new bike up from Vegas. When i picked up my bike which shipped pretty quickly everything was ready and done. TW went over the bike and pointed out features I didn’t know It had which was much appreciated. All in all a great place and environment to get a motorcycle always felt welcomed.
Purchased a Triumph Tiger 1200 XRT 2018, roughly 3 months ago and it was due a service. The bike was sold as seen but I assumed that it would not have any issues…. Just a service and software update. Totally incorrect, if you do think about purchasing a bike from them think again…. Or get a full independent inspection as they are total cowboys
I will not go to this shop always hiding in back sold my new parts to another customer had to wait 2 more weeks to get them lost the parts I bought in and never payed me back needs to go the way of the dodo!!!!
Bought a scooter; info and service I received was ... adequate. But when it comes to the details, get everything in writing because they will walk back their statements and hang up on you when you don’t agree! I won’t be going back to them for anything ever.
Picked up my fasthouse desert sled today. Chris was awesome to work with. It was a longer process due to it being a limited edition but in that time he was great to deal with. Thanks a lot Chris. I’ll definitely be back for another Ducati when the time is right!!!
They go above and beyond what I expected in customer service and sales. Eurocycle of Reno is by far one of the best motorcycle shops Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. I highly recommend them~ I only wished they hadnt moved from their South Reno location to Gentry Street. 5 stars!!
Purchased 2 bikes here in July of this year. Salesman seemed more intrested in eating then helping us find a second bike to Purchase. Couldnt answer most questions on the ducati scrambler without looking at the listing on their website.. Prices arent on ANY of the bikes, you have to ask and they still have to look up the prices. Also they dont go over the bikes you just purchased to answer any questions or to point things out. Claim to give you full tanks of fuel on the bikes but do not. Try to figure out registration and the help they give is worse then sup par. Claim not to give out temporary registration, but they also cant give you a time frame on when you will receieve information on your actual registration. Only reason they still receive 3 stars because their prices were decent and the actual process to purchase is quick once you have the bike picked out.
Just picked up a new motorcycle from Eurocycle and I am very pleased with the whole experience. My sales rep T.W. was great to work with. The process was easy an most important I got a great bike at a great price.
I want to give Chris and TW a 5 stars they helped me find my 2020 Ducati scrambler!
Eurocycle Reno helped me trade in 3 bikes for the new Rocket 3 GT! Everyone was super helpful and gave me a great service. Thank you TW, Karsen, Dax, and Chris for your help. Thank you to the whole team for everything!
Awesome team in Reno! Big thank you to Dax, T.W., Chris and Karsen. They were motivated to get me on the trail (purchased Himalayans) but never felt pushed. That balance was key to my experience and set my expectations high for anyone seeking a solid place to invest your passion to ride. Thank you all for sharing your time with Heather and I, our paths will cross again and looking forward to the future on two wheels. See ya around the 500th mile
TW, Chris and the entire team were fantastic. And they are a huge reason why I bought from this dealership again. TW has an incredible passion for the triumph brand and his knowledge is unmatched. The process was smooth and simple. And Nicole in service is a pleasure to be around. Her enthusiasm and willingness to help is fantastic. Thank you everyone at Eurocycle Reno!
Came in to test ride their bobber, great bike!Great guys, they took care of me - especially after a small misunderstanding.Highly recommend
First of all I want to thank TW, Dax, and Art for the great buying experience. I purchased my 20 Ducati Multi Enduro sight unseen and it was exactly as advertised. The negotiation was fair, Art found me a great rate on financing, and the whole process was seamless. I also really appreciate the patience they had with me as I ran around all day to prepare for my long ride home. They exceeded my expectations by accepting the delivery of my riding gear and helping to facilitate the return of some items. I wouldnt hesitate to do business with their team again or refer my friends and family here.
I wanted to give a shout-out to the Eurocycle crew for the easy and pleasant 2020 mv agusta dragster purchase. I was out of state buyer, so big shout-out to TW and Todd for putting up with my calls and texts along the way. Thanks to Art for the quick in and out hassles free paper work. thanks Dax and TW again for helping load the bike up for for the long drive back to my home State. Im going to refer these guys to anyone who is looking to add a special bike to their garage. Thanks again, and hopefully Ill see the same welcoming faces when I go back for my next purchase.
I wanted to take some time out of my crazy work schedule to say how much My wife and I appreciate the great job that Eurocycle of Reno has been to us. Everything from sales to service. The team you have employed is 2nd to none. Myself in the service industry recognized this immediately. Nichole in the parts department is a jem. Her customer service is bar none! This is a true story. I had a small accident (my bad) and was greeted with a smiley face mask. All my problems were solved in a timely manner. I used my europass to get some more upgrades on my 900 tiger(nice machine thank you) Nicole and J.W. showed up at my house right on time like clockwork. I would never buy any where else even if I moved to another state. So happy M.
I wouldnt waste your time with this place. I made an offer on a motorcycle they called me back with a counter offer I accepted it and explain to them that I would be in after work to purchase the bike they decided to go behind my back to somebody else who was interested in the bike and get more money out of them and sold the bike out from under me before I could get it. this place is only concerned about money not customer service or common decency.
Great shop to look around in, plenty of bikes, just not the one Im looking for, but friendly staff and selection of riding gear.
Nice selection. Bad web site. Go to the store to really appreciate the place
It simply does not get any better than Eurocycle Reno! From the second I walked in they treated me like family and they have been very accommodating during the entire purchase process. They even helped me get the bike loaded on my trailer and strapped down to ensure a safe ride. I just wish I lived closer to Reno because this crew is the absolute best! Thanks for everything and happy trails!
Do not go to reno euro cycle. I asked about my license plate and the manager got an attitude for no reason and snapped on me. My first bike ever and Im done with that place. Please dont go here seriously service is bad.
This review was based from previous management behavior. Not the service and buying experience. As a loyal Ducati owner, I was conversing over the phone with their GM Dave regarding an upcoming Desmo and rather convincing me to give them a chance as a new shop, he told me that they dont need my business and to take my bike someplace else and hung up the phone. Its all about supporting the brand and your customers. There are only so many Ducati owner in this town. Turns out he got fired, maybe unrelated to my complaint about him to Ducati USA but maybe enough to put him and the dealership under the microscope. After a recent visit and speaking to the new manager, I am willing to give them a 2nd chance as my conversation was definitely a positive one.
Very happy with my purchase of a 2020 Aprilia Shiver. Great Price, worked out the deal over the phone and paid over the phone. Does not get any easier. Real contactless purchase.
Very extensive selection of European motorcycles.
Very helpful and friendly, very nice motorcycles. If you are interested in a dual sport you want to go there first. If you are looking for a street bike definitely check them out.
I love that place
Didnt purchase a bike from this shop. Passing through on a road trip. My bike has been having problems. 2017 Royal Enfield classic 500. Needed warranty repair work. Limped into Reno from hawthorne, nv Thursday afternoon missing 20 teeth on my wheel sprocket. Many things wrong with the bike, running poorly ect. Didnt hear back from the service manager at all, went in to check on the bike Friday, and called Saturday. Said that a tech was working on it. Closed Sunday and Monday. So after 4 nights in Reno I check back Tuesday, Im told tech is scheduled to look at today. No contact from them no parts ordered, etc. Unprofessional and total lack of excellence. I would have gotten a trailer and hauled out Saturday if they communicated the situation. Overall poor experience. As I retrieved my motorcycle the manager says were not going to charge you. Im flabbergasted.
Great shop! They helped me out in a pinch and still went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They knew I came in from several hours away and were sure to keep me posted along the way. The staff was all super friendly and down to Earth. Thanks for EVERYTHING!
Needed first service on new Triumph I bought there. Called to set up, was told they were behind and set up an appointment for a week later. Took the bike in and she said by the end of the day it should be ready. That was Friday on the scheduled time. Havent heard anything back now Tuesday so I called and they said they were having issues and still behind. They havent even touched it. I really think if you make an appointment a week in advance, you should take care of it then.
Just... amazing. Sales Service and Parts are absolute top-of-the-range. So much Love for my local Ducati dealer!!!!
Horrible expect to pay double any price listed. They are trying to charge for the assembly and the shipping of the bike onto of the listed price......thats just the tip n of the ice berg. Listed 2,399 they wanted 4,300 out the door! CRAZY
Bought new Multi, Great experience and deal.Very relaxed buying experience. I even misstated ( dont ask, the sync bug between dash and ecu) MILEAGE for trade in by a HUGE amount and they still honored their side. Very Very satisfied. Also a very nice selection of bikes in the huge showroom. TW was a good salesman. Would buy again any time.
Professional and friendly people, great selection.Bought two bikes so far, both have been great deals. Easy to work with folks, willing to work with you and go above and beyond. I have been pleased with their service every single time.Still stop by once in a while for a friendly chat. They aint look at people as a deal, they treat you like a friend.
We dropped off our scooter to have work done. We told them what we needed fixed from an oil change to fixing the Speedometer. They go above and beyond! Great customer services! Thank you again Cody!Cody is the man!!!
This review is totally based on buying a motorcycle online from this dealership. They may be a perfectly good place to walk into the store and buy a motorcycle, but they are entirely too disorganized to do any type of online business with. The first warning sign of trouble was when they had the incorrect pictures listed on a leftover clearance model on their website. Once that error was corrected I agreed to purchase a 2018 Triumph Street Triple R from this dealer and pay to have it shipped to my location. All the paperwork is done with no mention of this particular model being the low ride-height variant until I complete the sale and Triumph contacts me to discuss how I enjoy the purchase of my new Triumph Street Triple R - Low. At this point the motorcycle still hasnt been delivered and the two sales guys that I worked with over the phone totally ghosted me when I asked them to clarify which motorcycle they sold me. I didnt realize that this dealership actually sold me a motorcycle different from the one they told me until it rolled off the back of a delivery truck almost 1 month later. I would also note it was an addition 2 months of waiting time for this dealership to get the correct paperwork on the motorcycle for titling. I honestly dont think they did it on purpose. I had some other interactions with them that lead me to believe they are just incredibly disorganized and lack attention to detail. Please learn from my mistake. This business is not ready for online customers...at all!
Best place to bring my Ducati...honest place!
Horrible Dealership. If there were an option for zero stars, that would be given. However, if you want a bike, they’ll sell one to you. God knows what the APR will be. Be careful i.e. the out-the-doors costs. Lord help you, if you need any assistance or customer service after that. If you don’t mind spending an hour + plus waiting on a quart of oil, buy a bike from this dealership. If you do want to be:-Put on hold for over thirty minutes-Ignored while in store after purchase-Or desire for techs to be completely dumbfounded by your mechanical issuesThen by all means, go ahead and call this dealership.
I live out in UT and found some great prices on some bikes. Tao and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful getting me pre-approved for a loan and info on the bikes. Unfortunately my situation changed part way through the process and I wasn’t able to buy a bike from them, but they did a great job up until that point.
Love all the staff. Very helpful and respectful. I hope they stay for a long time. I found my new bike place here with the
There is a 3 month wait to have the rear break adjusted, for a bike that I bought from them.
Hands down my favorite dealership in town. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Kim and Gary are the go to people in the service and sales department. They are able to answer any questions I might have and go above and beyond to find me what I need even if its not immediately available in the shop. Im so happy that I found this shop. I was about to give up looking for a respectable dealership in town until I found Euro Cycle
Very knowledgeable and helpful. TW was patient and helped us a lot in deciding whether we should get a cycle or scooter and what models would be right for us. Havent decided yet, but will return to him when we are ready.
Placed an order for motorcycle parts the beginning of March. Called at the end of March, and twice in May. Each time I was told, they had not received the parts nor had they heard from manufacturer but that they would reach out to the rep and get back to me. Euro Cycle Reno never contacted me once to update me on a 3 months old parts order. Frustrated with Euro Cycle Reno, I reached out directly to the manufacturer. A representative from manufacture tracked the shipment down and provided an update. Reached out to Euro Cycle Las Vegas who was very informative and helpful. How I miss the days of Freedom Cycle and when you were operated by the Yuill Bros. Thank you for nothing Euro Cycle Reno, I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
I paid cash for a bike back in January, and had to wait for a month for them to ship it. They shipped it without a seat and a dead battery. I had to wait another month for them to send me a seat (it was the wrong seat) and was told that I would have to pay the $140 for the battery. After two months I was able to test ride the bike, but not for long as it wasnt street legal since they didnt send the title and the temporary tags only last for 15 days. After hounding them for more than another month they finally sent the title. That makes us 3 months, dozens of phone calls, and a ton of frustration in so far. I ride the bike for 900 miles and the transmission craters. I call them and they tell me they wont even consider helping with the repairs that will cost 3 grand minimum. It was a complete scam. These people will rip you off just like they did me to the tune of $6,268. I am currently seeking legal advice. You dont want to be in the same boat.
Lots of bikes in here, Triumphs, Ducatis and many others new and used. Some at killer prices. They had a good selection of clothing and gear, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
Wonderful people. Enjoy talking bikes with them. Cant wait to ride off on my new guzzi.
Just picked up my new Bobber Black today😁. Awesome to ride!!! Gary, the sales manager is a stand up guy, who is very concerned about you having a great experience in the dealership. He was fantastic! A bit more of a back story, I was having a bit of a challenge communicating with another employee and Gary stepped in and made the experience worthwhile. I am already thinking about the next bike. While the bike was being prepped, I stepped in the service the guys we great. They went over all the need to knows about the bike, which was very helpful. This is a dealership worth purchasing a bike from because the experience goes beyond just the purchase. Heck, I live in CA and look forward to riding over the sierra’s just to service my bike. Thank Euro Cycle Reno. And thank you Gary!!!
One of the worst companies I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. I purchased a new Piaggio motorcycle and have ran into endless problems with it based on how it was put together from Euro cycle. This company has extremely bad communication skills, their technicians are not qualified to handle warranty repairs, and their staff is not capable of any type of decent customer service unfortunately. I am now forced to have repairs that should be under warranty done by another shop. If you have an opportunity to not use this company I would highly suggest it. Based on how their service is, I do not imagine them being around for many years to come.
Worst service department Ive ever dealt with. Leave your bike with them and you will find yourself wondering if you are ever going to get it back. They give you the run around endlessly, wont return any phone calls and cant complete simple tasks. One of their employees told me they cant handle repairs, as well as order parts because they have maxed out their credit card. Dont trust them, fix it yourself no matter the cost.
Well I purchased a 2015 Diavel as new in 7/2019. I wont go into the long story on the purchase. Sometimes very frustrating but it seems like some folks were new and not communicating. Everything that did go wrong was fixed in fairly expedient order to my satisfaction. They do want customer satisfaction this I can tell. So this is why I am giving a positive review and 5 stars. I think because its a new group, new building, and working there system out. We had a few bugs however, I believe they will be a top notch dealer in the Reno area to be respected. The new Ducati showroom should be a fantastic also. Can I recommend them for a purchase I say yes.
Nice place. Friendly staff. Teo helped me find the right bike for me. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
We were very pleased with the customer service here and the quality of help. The bike was in great shape, cheap, and clean. Gary exceeded my expectations with friendliness and we love the new bike.
My family has bought 2 triumphs from Euro Cycle (formerly Freedom Cycle). The purchasing process is no hassle and the service is quick and direct. Great knowledge base across the entire store and most guys will even join in for a ride.
Has a good selection of bikes from Triumph and Royal Enfield. Service department helped take care of my Speed Triple and was accommodating to my schedule. Didnt have my preferred tire in stock, but helped me pick a similar replacement.
My favorite motorcycle shop in Reno. The staff is super helpful and patient. I know this because once a month I go in there and drool over the bikes, but Im still saving up to buy the Triumph I want! They love talking about bikes, so they dont mind taking the time to make people new to cycling feel welcomed. They even have a hot dog social BBQ every month. Theyve got it all over the local Harley dealer, where they feel like its part of their brand to act like an ass and make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I did not have a good experience here. The sales person was kind of a good old boy and was demeaning to me. He pushed me towards a motorcycle that I did not want saying that I could gain some experience LOL.
Worst dealership ever ! Saturday is spoke to there sells man to purchase Ducati monster 797, he check and told me it’s in stock available. We set appointment to buy on Monday, I called several time he didn’t answer than called dealership and front desk picked and said yes we do have bike sales will call you back yeah come by ! I told them I m coming from Sacramento . Drive more than 2 hours and almost there than received call back and said bike was sold out on last Friday . Drive back home without bike and stock in traffic !Very bad in communication!
After the Yuill Brothers retired. My bike was in the service area for over 6 months. Upon completion, I noticed many things not done correctly and many parts not torqued to specs. With all new owners and mechanics, I cannot trust the quality of workmanship I have come to expect from them. I will no longer purchase from, or support this company.
Love this Triumph Motorcycle store! They have a lot of I love. Great peeps to deal with...
IDK about the Services Dept but Gary Durham from Sales knocked it out of the park. The Reno location was about $2500 less than the Las Vegas location, and Gary actually wanted to sell me a bike and give me what I was asking for my trade in. Even though they were in the middle of moving locations here in Reno and it was a Sunday (when they are normally closed) I got to test drive the bike I wanted and brokered a deal for my trade in. I came in 3 days later, they had all the paper work done, was in and out in less than and hour with my bike sold and a new one to ride home in. Well done to the folks at the Reno location! Top notch fellas!
Today is December 7th 2019. I began this process in June with Eurosport to turn off a demso light on my Ducati. It is still not off. I have spent two horrible Saturdays during this past summer in their shop to accomplish this. The service there is appalling. The General Manager, Dave, has agreed with me that his service department is horrible. He said today that he just fired his whole staff. I have been working directly with Dave, the guy who is where the buck stops. His follow through his non existent and his promises are small and forgotten. I would highly recommend not going to this dealer for anything. I love Ducati. I love going into bike dealerships. This place is a horrible experience. On all levels.
The people there are great. They answered all my questions and gave me assurance about my new (used) bike.
Fantastic service and fantastic sales people. I had to drive three hours to get there and Chris from the service department made sure I was taken care of as quickly and professionally as possible!
During a recent XC trip on my Tiger 1050, I noticed the warm weather across the country trashed my tires. I found EuroCycle and called on a friday afternoon. They got us done in a timely manner and we were back on the road a few hours later. Amazing CS and fun place to kill a few hours in the Reno area. Thank you again. The trip was amazing. Tiger 1050 ABS
This place is great, lots of option for different brand of bikes, Teo! this guy really good he assist me perfectly as i expect, good Job Teo
James and the Staff were extremely helpful in getting me on my Speed Triple. The after sale contact was good without being obtrusive. From my experience, they just want to get you on the bike of your dreams. Also their 1st Saturday of the month BBQs are delicious.
Awesome customer service! Great people.
Bougth a bike in November, now its march 21st and I still dont have my license plate. Drove overnight 8 hours, get there and the bike its not clean and ready. I cant recommended this place to anyone
I paid 40K cash for a new 2019 Ducati Multistrada Enduro on the 20th of July 2019, with all the bells and whistles. There was a 6 week delay in the bike reaching the dealership since ordering it. The delay in delivery was the Ducati distributors fault out of Mountain View CA, but the dealer could not figure out how to track it. Got the bike on the 2nd of September 2019 with very bad sratches and dents in the rim, muffler and tank. Very poor logistical support from the distributor. Kim in parts stated the damage is covered under warranty and ordered replacement parts on the 2nd of September. There were communication errors and lack of response due to disorganization within the dealership at Euro Cycle Reno because of attrition of employees and lack of concern with completing communications. Your employees need to learn some basic communication principles such as calling customers back in a timely manner or as they agreed upon. Several times I was told that someone would call me back with a status, but blew me off. Seems to be a systemic issue there. Knowing suspense times between the customer, the logistical support, the sales person, the parts person, and the mechanic would probably help to alleviate some of the chaos that I saw occur at your dealership. Update....parts to replace under warranty have still not come in as of 3 weeks later. The communication with Euro Cycle is poor for return of phone calls to check status or track delivery of parts as well as the motorcycle delivery itself. I am also amazed at how important a $100 dollar sale is over a 1K sale in your dealership. While in the store, I literally had a sales person stop helping me to assist a kid with a minor part while I was purchasing 1k in items...wow. After reading multiple previous reviews within the last few months, it is apparent that your dealership needs some improvements in tracking and in communications with customers. Some of your employees did try hard to correct the mistakes, but again...some of your employees acted entitled and could not be bothered. Some employees tried very hard to ensure great customer service and some had absolutely no follow through. Lastly, I went in to get my 600 mile service and add the TPMS that was left off my order initially....the tech made some minor errors during installation, but corrected them and got me on the road. From start to finish this sale was not the best experience I have ever had due to miscommunications, tracking/status issues and failures to follow up. After 2 months of lost riding time, at least I am on the road and I still love Ducatis. As of the 14th of October 2019, 6 weeks later from signing paperwork and sale, I still have yet to receive my title. After looking at other reviews, this is another negative issue with Euro Cycles business practices.
Fantastic service! So kind about sharing information. These guys are passionate about what they do and what they sell. SO refreshing.
Good people, great bikes
Awesome motorcycles and some cool used ones.
Really nice guys at this shop. They let me test drive a tiger on my way to deciding which bike I wanted to buy. I’ll be a customer soon!
Here is my experience:On Monday June 17th I called to make a service appointment for a oil change and to quote and replace a leaky seal in my front Diff on a 2013 Arctic Cat WildCat. I was told that the next appointment date was for Wednesday July 10th and I booked that time.On Wednesday July 10th, I dropped off my WildCat for service just after they opened at 9am.After multiple calls resulting in a Mailbox full message I finally got a hold of the dealership the afternoon of July 18th and I was told the service had not yet been performed, but Kim in the service department told me it would be completed on Friday the 19th and she will call me to pick it up.On Friday the 19th, I was not called. On Monday July 22nd, I again called and kept getting mailbox full but did finally get thru to the sales floor. At that point I asked to be transferred to the General Manager and to not be put on hold while I waited. After talking with the GM, I told him the details of what was going on, he said that hed get with Kim and ensure the service quote (for the front Diff) would be completed that day, or Tuesday the 23rd at the latest.I never received the quote on the 23rd, but finally got a call back from the service department on Wednesday the 24th (at this point they have had my side by side for 2 weeks!) and was told they would be unable to perform service on my front Diff - which was the primary reason I took it there in the first place! All in All - took 2 weeks to complete service for a scheduled appointment, and a oil change cost me $317.22
Awesome experience. Hopefully a relationship that will be for years.
These guys have always been the best, customer service is amazing, they live what they sell and they have the right heart for being in this two wheel business. I live over 100 miles away and will always make the trip because of their service and experience. HOOORAH
Salesman was extremely helpful and worked with me through every step. Ill definitely be back!
TW sold me my bike. He had answers to all my questions. Overall 5 stars for these guys.
The only place I take my two bikes in Reno. I really like them and the work they do. The prices are fair and the service is excellent.
Got my vespa here. Service sucks. Paid $800 for 9k service. Week later bike leaking fuel and wont start. Took it to another shop, $500 more to fix things done wrong or not done at all. This place has no integrity. I only post this in hopes that others will not be ripped off as I was. I believe in karma and karma will punish this business.
Friendly helpful folks extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to you like family thank you everyone at Euro cycle Reno
Good service awesome guys
Awesome knowledgeable staff. They go the extra mile to get the job done right & get you back on the road.
I don’t know how Euro Cycle is to deal with if you are financing a bike, but here is what happened to us when we bought a bike for cash from them. My boyfriend had a better interest rate so he took a cash loan to buy from a private party before an upcoming trip. I wanted a 2016 or 2017 HondaCB500x, we didn’t find any privately listed but saw that EuroCycle Reno had a 2016. We live in AZ so we contacted them in April and after a lot of the usual negotiating, I guess dealerships never sell a bike at their advertised price, just count on a lot of extra costs, we finally agreed on a price. We also agreed to have the bike shipped to Vegas where family lives and we could pick up. We received an email on April 21, 2018, that the bike would be delivered on April 26th or 27th. My boyfriend took off from work and drove out to get it and waited through the 29th but it wasnt delivered. He called the shipping company to find out that they wouldn’t be delivering until a week later (after our trip) so he made arrangements to pick up the bike from the shipper. It would have been nice to have been told this. We went back to Vegas and picked up the bike on May 9th, 2018 and I was able to get a temporary 90-day plate to go on our trip. The bike itself is wonderful despite having a chain that had obviously never been touched and had to be replaced immediately. Still a great bike, I love it, however, we spent the next three months trying to get a clean title from Euro Cycle. During that time the 90-day temp permit expired and AZ will not give another without a title. I lost summer driving months and the bike ended up sitting in the driveway. From when we paid them in April, I did not receive the title until September 19th. It took them 5 months. We had to continually contact them and were told that the bank lost the title, then that they had to have the original owner re-sign another title, then Euro Cycle added a lien to the title which didn’t exist and one time when I called I was confused with another client who was having an issue with their title. In those 5 months it was always us that was trying to find out what was going on and we were always given excuses and told they would get back to us. If I had it to do over again I would have missed our 4-day trip and bought from a private seller. As I have said the bike is wonderful, though I believe EuroCycle had nothing to do with it other than sell it when the title wasn’t even in their name yet. I would never buy or deal with them knowing what we know now.
I took in my Explorer with an aftermarket tank modified and installed by the previous owners of this dealership. Those previous owners were contacted by Euro Cycle regarding their modifications and the leaks. The previous owners declined to cover the leaks on each side of the tank caused by their excessive grinding to remove windscreen support attachment points not being used. Rocky managed the repairs (specialty welding done offsite) and did a good job keeping me informed. She inherited a good deal of chaos when she took over from the first service coordinator - who I had a very hard time contacting and getting status updates from. Rockys predecessor seemed nice but was in over her head I suspect. The resulting delay in resolution is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars. Rocky managed things very well after she took over and we arrived at an agreeable bill reconciliation - in my opinion there is no better evidence that Rocky and the new owners want my business...and they are going to get it.
They treat you like part of the family they see me and call me by my first name makes me feel good just to ride in there
Made this my home store. I live in elko nv and have family in Carson. At first eveything great, here lately cant even get all the parts I order. The last straw bought a new rear tire and had them install. Now my tpms is missing! Gonna try Boise for home store. Not as convenient but has to be better.
