The owner and staff are beyond awesome!! I watch them work tirelessly to ensure that the children receive their uniforms in time for school. They have been working round the clock to combat the pandemic backups and delays. I watch them wait for late parents to pick things up on a Sunday, that’s real commitment!—— Having the ability to work with a diverse population and under pressure is key and I commend them for it. Very helpful. Nice to be able to try things on for my childrens middle school. My sons 6th grade shirts are in such good condition that my daughter (now entering 6th) can use them! The quality is high. This year I purchased more shirts and a cardigan. The sweater is soft and looks warm.

The work they do there is fantastic and when you visit their shop, they treat you like family.

Seems they cannot handle the number of orders purchases especially during busy back to school time. I ordered 4 items last Friday and were told they would ship out next day. It is now Thursday and i made a phone call to simply check to see if any items shipped out to me as i was told a few were out of stock. They never have sweatshirts in stock which i dont understand either. The gentleman told me he has no clue he had hundreds of orders go out and there is no way to check on mine. I asked what was i to do how would i know when my ordered items will come in and be shipped....his answer was just wait and then hung up on me. Horrible customer service if i find another uniform store that services Sudbrook i would go there from now on.

Bought uniform shirts from them the last week of August - one of the shirts already has holes in the underarm. Kids havent been in school for 2 months therefore, I called the store to ask about exchanging, I was told - no exchange or return because he doesnt know what my son did to the shirt. Not a very good way to do business. Products are not good quality.

Purchased embroidered school items, they didA wonderful job. Prices are good.

I get my daughters Sudbrook shirts & the shirts we bought last year are still in great condition. Everyone has been so nice & helpful.
