Wow, what a difference from last year! Ive got excellent customer service from Dayon.. told him they need to have 50 of him there, I found out hes the manager and my thoughts were Great choice Dollar Tree you need to have him show other people how to run stores cause this is how it should be run.

7/9/21 ... They already have their back to school stuff out. I ran in today just to pick up a few personal items. Im always pleased to see that this store is tidy.

The device for receiving payment was having issues making it difficult to proceed with payment but overall it was okay. Itll be better if the products on display were organized neatly.

I love this Dollar Tree. I drive 30 minutes just to shop here. Its clean and lots to choose from.

Worst place ever dont go here if u short on time especially in the eve or weekends.staff is terrible and have no consideration for the customers. you will be standing in line forever while Staff yells throughout the store. Spend the extra money anywhere else. Remember you get what you pay for I learned the hard way.

There are no carts to shop with you must carry a basket inconvent and you buy less because its to hard to carry staff is very friendly helpful will even carry your things also there are many boxes in the Ile to walk around again the staff is most helpful and will move things so you can pass

Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores...BUT this one at 11935 Reisterstown Road 21136 is the worst ever...boxes piled roof high, never ending dust and confusion, kitty litter is never in stock. The employees (and there are not many of them..need more) are great...good people who seem to care... but apparently the owner or owners do not care or are not aware of how a business should operate. Someone needs to take a look at this store and get it under control.

I bought 4 lunchables along with other items from store 1676 (11935 Reisterstown MD 21136). After leaving the store I realized that the lunchables were spoiled (the package surrounding the meat was swollen). When I went back to return these UNOPENED lunchables due to the fact that they were spoiled I was told by the cashier that no food items could be returned. I pointed out to the cashier that the receipt clearly indicated that the store would gladly exchange ANY unopened item with an original receipt.. She told me to speak to the store manager Janise. Janise was very rude and stated that she would not exchange the items because it was not her belief that the lunchables were sold to me in that condition. This is my local dollar store. It is no further than one mile from my house. I visit this particular location at least 3 times a week. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service, the lack of quality of the food being sold and the lack of integrity (not honoring your policy as stated on the receipt). I called the corporate number where I was transferred to the district managers voicemail. I hope the district manager will be professional enough to return my call and resolve this issue.

Beside the place needs a good cleaning and more employeess its cool.

Theres never enough registers open half the store stock is not there or boxed up and Ive been shopping this store for years and over the last few years its gotten worse I do shop a lot of a Dollar Trees though where they seem to be a little more together although I must say the manager does work very hard to try to do everything but she cant do it all on her own

Customer service is awful I had a question about a spring product the employee was very rude an was not intrested in helping she told me they are currently putting out fall products an said it in a very rude way if you ever have to call they never answer the phone I wont be going to this location unless in dying need

Employees are very helpful. You do not need to ask for help they are already next to you asking if you need help.

I absolutely absolutely love this place I will always come here to shop everything is always organized and right where you want to find them I give this a 5-star.

Frozen food section, 95% Name Brand items, cautious when buying boxed items like, honey buns, it may say 6 to a box, but only have 1,2,4,3, can never tell .unless you squeeze or shake box .Other than that, awesome place

The one on Reisterstown Road in franklintown Road every time I go in there the one case you always speaks in very polite hes pretty new hes fast and he knows the store its nice to have a good cashier and a nice person working at establishment but I love to go to ty. Dev

Every time we go in this store there is ALWAYS boxes of product that needs to be put up on the shelves. The boxes are all over the place in the isles.They never seem to ever have this store together. I have been going to this store for years and in the past 6-7 months they can not seem to have it together. I go in the morning...people standing around talking....I go in the evening and product is still not put up. This store is a hot mess!

Just because its a dollar stores does not mean it has to look ghetto. Cmon Dollar Tree fix this place up.

They be having one register open in a line that goes all the way back to the end of the store with cash is just standing around talking to the next cashier while shes working in the other just standing there thats the type of stuff that goes on and the Dollar Tree in Reisterstown this aint the first time it went like that
