It was bad I had called they said they had the Lumber I needed. I told them I needed a really good piece due to building a swing set. They said they had it. I went and all the wood was warped. It was a waste of time. 😡 if I could do No stars that would be my rating. I also looked for galvanized hex Bolt he tried to sell me a different kind glad I knew what I was looking for...

They pretty much have anything you need except for snacks hahah unless you consider pickles for snack like me then you should buy the ones they sell

COVID update: This business is NOT requiring customers to wear face covering to enter the building. When asked the employee stated that they have a sign but people ignore. The business is also choosing to ignore enforcing the state mandated mask policy.EDIT: After seeing your response my only question is why dont you throw people out who refuse to wear a mask? They can shop elsewhere.

Over the phone, I was specific on the part I needed. Rodger lured me in to the store. I was very very disappointed in no truth to his Tale. I dont appreciate being lied to any more than the next guy. There was a very nice gentleman there, bilingual. He helped me and was knowledgeable and a good service person...

Ive been to this place/store a few times but the Employees are kinda rude and theres no kind of Customer Service/Associates on the sales floor. You have to walk up to the rear desk and ask for help. Merchandise/Stock is ok but even Professionals need to know if a store carries whatever part Im looking for. Drove all the way from Fresno to Reedley and figured because its proximity to where I was working, Id try it. Wont shop here again, would rather drive to the nearest larger chain hardware store.

Worst customer service ever. Needed a couple cuts of wood to happen. Called ahead they said come on in but we are gonna be closing soon. So I rushed there and when I arrived some guy that worked there obviously wasnt happy that I showed up, he tried to rush me because they were gonna close in 10 minutes. The guy was a prick so I said dont worry about it and I took off. Ill never go back. The way they looked at me they obviously didnt want my business and I called back to tell them I had a bad experience they didnt care didnt even say sorry. Just said oh ok. Im Never going back.
