Nishimoto Hybrids removed and replaced my 2010 Toyota Prius Brake Booster Pump and Brake Master Cylinder. I originally went to the dealer to get an estimate/repair. The dealer ordered the wrong part and told me the cost was going to be several hundred more. I decided to call Nishimoto Hybrids instead because I had spoke with Derek the owner, for my Hybrid Battery issue a year ago and I remember how honest and caring he was when he was trying to help me with my battery. Derek ended up saving me a couple of thousand dollars on my brake booster pump and brake master cylinder. On top of that, he tried to save me more money by trying to see if replacing the brake master cylinder would remove the fault codes. In the end, he ended up replacing the brake pump booster too. He had to spend more time to see if replacing just the master cylinder would resolve the issue but he did not charge me more. Derek is the most honest, skilled, and caring mechanic and person I have had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. I would highly recommend Derek to my friends and family and for all your repair needs!!

This guy absolutely knows his stuff and is beyond professional! Im saving so much time and money taking my hybrid vehicle to him instead of the dealership, and really, I think he does a better job anyway. From now on, ALL of my car repairs are going to be at Nishimoto Hybrids.

Wow this hybrid service is a treasure. Nishimoto Hybrids is well worth the trip to Reedley. With these complex systems you need someone that knows what they are doing. Im an Uber/DoorDash driver so I drove my old Prius hybrid battery to its end (bye-bye). Knowing I needed a fresh hybrid battery I was indecisive until I found this spot. I heard all the great reviews and I had to check it for myself. Now Im convinced this product (hybrid battery) and service (installation) is the real deal. My car feels brand new and all the work I needed took only three days! I found my new hybrid mechanic. Thanks Derrick!

Derek was really helpful and informative on what was wrong with my car. He was did an amazing job at solving the problem and getting it fixed. My alternator was a bit loose, which caused a high screeching noise. Derek found the problem and quickly fixed it. I highly would recommend him to friends and family.

He definitely made sure to always update me on the progress and even helped me address other things I needed to fix on my car. He made sure to explain the whole process of my experience and was able to help me get my car running again in a timely manner. Repairs done under estimate and on time. They picked up my Prius and delivered when the repairs were complete. Customer service was exceptional, work done when promised. Electronic estimates, invoices and detailed notes and photos were part of the service, made me feel very comfortable with the work being done.

I can’t say enough about Nishimoto Hybrids! They replaced the hybrid battery in my Prius. I was quoted at another shop a $1000 more, but Nishimoto quoted me a much more reasonable price that also included towing to Reedley from Clovis, and included dropping the car back off at my home in Clovis. Incredible service.
