Called the company needing one piece of glass. Its an odd shape and after 6 weeks of waiting with another company to handle it, I called Menlo. They came out, measured and said it would be the following Tuesday. When Tuesday came and there was a delay, they called me and said it would be the following day due to a delay. The next day, they arrived, installed it and it looks terrific. Very happy with the professionalism and the quickness of service and honesty! I WILL USE THEM AGAIN!
