Had a great experience here buying a new Matrix elliptical. Was surprised to find that they have a lot of options in stock, given how rare gym equipment has been lately. Jerrold was very patient with us and helped explain the differences between the models without being pushy. We were able to get a great deal and it was delivered within a week. Really happy with the delivery as well.

After realizing we would not be returning to our gym anytime soon during this pandemic, we went online in search of a new treadmill for our home. Not surprisingly, everything was either sold out or had a weeks long shipping timeframe. Thankfully we found Treadmill Outlet and could not be more satisfied with our experience. Jerrold was very helpful when we purchased our treadmill on a Tuesday and Lalo and his guy were quick, courteous and efficient with their delivery and in home set up two days later on Thursday. Good product knowledge

The delivery and set-up was great and professional. They showed up on time, put together the treadmill, helped us setup the console and showed us how to properly care for the treadmill. They also took care to place parts on mats or set them down gently while putting together the treadmill.

I visited Treadmill Outlet on a Saturday in mid September. Jerrold was super helpful as we compared the rowing machines and upper body universal gym type equipment that I was looking to add to my small personal gym. My 8- and 12-year-old daughters were with me and had a lot of fun trying out every treadmill and other machine in the store while Jerrold and I spoke. Jerrolds guys delivered the equipment and assembled it on time and did an amazing job precisely installing the cushioned floor covering that I had purchased. I would highly recommend Jerrold and his team at Treadmill Outlet.

A great all around experience... friendly & informative.....

Horrible experience. The representative told me over the phone to come pick up a used treadmill on Monday. I called Monday and he said it wasnt there due to space constraints, but I can visit the warehouse on Friday and to expect his call. No call on Friday. Finally the owner moved it into the store, and tells me to come in. I come in, and part of the treadmill, the controller, is missing. He says that for him to order it, I have to pay for it first.Do not buy your treadmills here, completely unreliable salesmen and owner (Sonny). I can see from other reviews that this is a consistent pattern when customers need anything that requires him to lift a fingerEdit: in response to reply: accommodating my needs is literally just having the product with no missing parts. If you go buy a car and its missing a steering wheel, do you expect to pay for it first?

Went in thinking we would buy a used treadmill and came away with a water rower instead. Great friendly service and they spent the time to listen to us and help guide us to a solution for our exercise needs. They also had an area to keep kiddos occupied while we tried different equipment which was an unexpected plus.

$5000 for a treadmill...Outlet for what? Few selection with price range. Feels like buying $10k bike for a beach cruiser.
