I definitely do not agree with the reviews posted here.The Team here is beyond helpful, kind, friendly, accommodating, and I have always been 100% satisfied with their work! I have used them on multiple occasions for embroidery of a Jean Jacket, Canvas Tote Bags, and Jute/Burlap Tote Bags. I entrust them with any project! They are able to work with multiple different fabrics, textiles, mediums, etc.Their work is high quality! I love that we are able to support our local businesses!!They are talented, timely, and professional! Be sure to plan your projects in advance to have the best outcomes!

I have received poor service in terms of quality in the final product. The sizes are much larger than normal so they do not fit well, supposedly the supplier does it for some reason. In addition, they do not accept the opinions of the client and, on the contrary, they argue and cut off communication. BAD SERVICE, BAD MONEY INVESTED.
