Went to get something that costs one minute to buy. Arrived at 7:55pm and pulled on door. Shopkeeper repeatedly ignored me, maybe cause Im Black and this is RWC or maybe they were just done for the day. Either way Ive changed their hours to reflect when real opening hours and wont try here again.
