Worst CVS I’ve ever been to

Excellent location next to Safeway Grocery Store. Shopping Center, chinese food in Safeway, deli, larger store thus more selection, choices, variations of product

Please do not enter this store expecting it to be clean and being offered decent service. One of their employees has some level of attitude which would make you wonder why. No amount of kindness you express would have satisfied his attitude.Do not bother asking for help with any products. It was a terrible experience.

They took my money for a prescription but the pharmacist couldn’t find one minute in 20 to talk to me about it. Pretty sure they are legally obligated to

Somewhat dirty cvs and not so friendly staff. I’d recommend another cvs if you’re looking for a pharmacy.

The dirtiest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They legitimately had OPEN MEDICINE BOTTLES WITH DRUGS IN THEM LEFT UNATTENDED ON THE COUNTER. Staff is incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. Blows my mind that they even have a license to operate. This place needs to be shut down.

This USED to be a nice store to go into. I go less frequently because it is getting more run down by the minute. Went in last Friday, and very unfortunately, in two of the aisles in the back of the store, there were HUGE powder spots on the carpeting, because there was feces in both locations. Not sure if human/dog, but THEY should have put signs up. I didnt get the products I wanted to get but did go to the check out station to purchase a card I had and the cashier while nice, was wearing a shirt that clearly hadnt been washed in days, possibly longer. It would be nice if store management could make this back into the nice CVS it used to be.

Long lines, out of stock on a lot, dirty products.I have only ever seen one line at the pharmacy or checkout but theres always a very long line. As in 20 minutes for a pickup. If they even have it.Do yourself a favor and go to Safeway next door. Youre even more likely to find what youre looking for.

I am visting from the east coast and used this CVS to refill my RX. This was most likely the scariest experience I have ever encountered! The incompetence of this pharmacy was so incredibly bad i felt the need to warn the public. While I waited (4 hours) for them to tell me they did not have what I needed, I noticed the 2 young girls behind the counter in the pharmacy either give the wrong RX to people or not supplying the RX at all.Unfortunately, a elderly woman was told her insurance would not pay for her RX, however she explained that she receives this 1x a month and never had a problem. The poor woman was visibly ill and now in tears. The girls behind the counter proceeded to yell at this poor woman, I couldnt believe what I was experiencing. I had to step in and ask them to act appropriately!!!!These are people prescribing drugs!!!!Please people, go to another CVS, this place is NOT where you want to go.I am also writing a complaint to CVS corporate so, hopefully no one will have to deal with this unprofessional incompetence ever again!VERY disappointed customer 😭

Understaffed, almost always slow pharmacy service but A little bit better than the Safeway Pharmacy next-door. The rest of the store is overpriced unless you find coupons discounts etc. which gets you down to prices that you can get online

Passport photo service is not operational. They recently remodeled and dont have the setup yet. Wish the website would have that info!

Its dangerous how negligent their pharmacists are here. They wont call you back, refuse to call doctors to discuss prescriptions and are often rude about it too.

Now I know why this place has poor ratings. Staff here simply dont care. Went in there before, messy empty layout feel like they going out of business. Called to ask a simple question put me on hold for 34 minutes and never get to speak to anyone.

Staff is careless and the photo prints Ive attempted to print twice there never come out correctly if at all. Theres also never anyone to help you. Avoid this CVS at all costs!

Visited this location yesterday, New Years, and was sadly disappointed at the listless attitude of all store personnel on duties at 8pm. While the cashier was scanning the items we purchased, she was attempting to be very overfamiliar with me to a point of feeling uncomfortable. She was offended that i wasnt more receptive to the overtures. This was clear when i returned to purchase a Type C charger and asked her for assistance. She muttered something about its not her job and pointed to the front of the store. Okay Im pretty good with sign language and went towards the front where a male cashier (reminded my of Alfred the Butler) instructed me to wait at aisle 24 and he proceeded to mouth something into their 2way radio system.So me being the nice guy that i am did as instructed. I actually waited for 17 minutes and decided that i would follow up on my request. When i returned to the male cashier he could only tell me that he made the call and if the person does not show up ..... Oh well. I asked to speak that the manager on duty and was told there was none. He did offer the Store Manager information and said to call him (Jim). So i suggested that maybe they should send someone to check on that employee and was shocked to hear what came from his lips next ..... Suffice it to say Im glad this is not a place i frequent ..... This is a rachet location with very unhelpful anr unhappy staff. Corporate should really investigate this location. And, Jim? I dont envy you at all ..... not one bit!

Pharmacy staff was rude and unhelpful when trying to transfer a prescription.

It was my first time, at this CVS. The cashier wearing NO name tag, was rude and, before handled me, my receipt, he ripped it off, a little piece and did put in his pocket!Weird! I did not ask anything but, I will talk to CVS management, and beyond...I work with retail more than 11 years, and believe me, there are rules for everyone.

Most in efficient pharmacy Ive ever dealt with.

Understaffed but I liked the cashier a sweet lady who always was greeted people with a smile and said good morning the rest of the employees just looked so bored and tired but other than that its an okay place to go just go in and get out

Everytime i try to use my CVS coupons, there always seems to be a problem. Once i tried to use coupon that gave me something like $3 off a $12.00 item. However i couldnt use the coupon because my item(without tax) was $11.99... One penny... Then i tired a coupon for tooth paste and omg! A short trip turned into an 1 hour excursion, ugh!! I ALWAYS have problems at this CVS...ALWAYS!!!

No employees in the store. No one to ask for guidance or help. Just go to Walgreens

Friendly helpful staff. I hope that they find the rat that I saw in aisle 23 with the pet food.

Last time when I went to cvs this employee sayra was disrespectful to me and to the customers.

They have all the typical things you can expect at a CVS. The checkout is a bit weird though and can get backed up.

The pharmacy consistently lies about if prescriptions are ready to be picked up, are slow, disorganized and the most uncaring group of healthcare “professionals” I’ve ever seen.

It’s a CVS store. They have what you need, you get in and out.

Worst CVS. They need 2x more people working at their pharmacy.

The line is always very long and they only ever have 1 person working at the pharmacy counter. The staff are friendly, but the process of getting any medicine from this pharmacy is a chore.

Cant purchase anything behind locked cabinets and then stuff you are able to get access to you have to wait in lines 10 people long to pay.

Please staff more employees in your pharmacy. This is ridiculous. It’s understaffed literally every day.
