Had an amazing experience with them! I was having a lot of issues with Site for Sore Eyes and Lilian was very helpful in guiding me through those issues and made sure that I was fully satisfied with the examination, glasses etc.Unlike other doctors that I have seen before, Dr. Manjeet Maan made sure that I knew and understood every reading that was taken during my eye examination. She did not seem to be in a hurry and addressed and examined each and every issue.Good medical practice exists!

My family and I have been going here for over 7 years and have only great things to say about the staff and service. They go the extra mile for their regular patients and have fixed my glasses on short notice. We trust them with all our optical needs, and cherish the friendly service.

The staff displayed absolutely fantastic customer service and technical knowledge. They were kind and personable teaching me about my eyes and even helping pick out frames that suited my taste without me asking. They did an incredible job maintaining cleanliness of the store so I felt very safe and relaxed. I got set up with a new prescription and pair of glasses effortlessly. This is the place to go.

I love this place. They’re great about reminding you to make an appointment without being overwhelming. Everyone who works here is so kind. There is plenty of parking. You’re in and out quickly but you never feel rushed. Just an exceptional experience all around. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen! She’s incredibly thorough and a joy to interact with.

EYE cant say enough great things about this Optometry office! Everyone is so nice, helpful, and caring!! I just wish I had more of a need to visit here, other than my annual eye exam. Shes friendly, informative and happy to answer any questions you have about your eyes, your prescription, your glasses or contacts. My family has had continuously excellent service from the Optometry at Redwood Shores team for over 20 years. They are friendly, knowledgeable and fully equipped to deal with patients in the COVID-19 era.

Had a wonderful experience. Everyone is very nice and my eye exam with Dr. Nguyen was very educational! I’ve never had someone explain my retinal scan in such detail before so it was really cool to learn about it.

Ive been wearing glasses/contacts for almost 20 years now and Ive never really loved any pair Ive owned... but for once am thrilled about my glasses! Veo Optics offers a wide variety of glasses that are way more unique and not your typical frames.

The lady who helped us select frame is impatient and unhappy. No smiles and greeting words, which made me decide I will never go to this store any more.

This places is pretty good. They have some of the most modern equipments there and my prescriptions are always correct. I have to take one star off because the selection of glasses are pretty limited.

I have been going to Optometry at Redwood Shores for years and I have always found them helpful and professional. Even though I live in the south end of the bay, I still prefer to make the drive as the service has been worth it.

Had my annual check up. Bad news, getting older, good news Myopia is getting better. Dr Robinson makes sure I take care of my eyes, coaches on diet, etc. Exam is thorough. I have no concerns.Anyway, eyes are in good shape, experience pleasant. Have contacts and glasses, right solution for every occasion.Say hey to Crystal when you are there. Shell hook you up.

The optometrists are great here and that’s why I keep going back and it happens to be in my neighborhood. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional except the lady that helps you pick out glasses, which is where you spend the bulk of your time making an important and expensive decision about your lenses. I’ve been going here over three years and every year I interact with her, (Lilian), it’s very awkward and uncomfortable. I’ve never seen even a smile from her. In a customer service oriented role, this is very unacceptable to me. I’ve waited 3 years to write a fair review and after just leaving their office and fulfilling another pair of glasses, I get the same feeling every time. She appears unhappy, unfriendly, and annoyed all the time, though she can be helpful with suggestions at times. We’re all entitled to bad days but it’s been every single interaction with her. Hopefully this can be addressed so that the customers don’t continue to feel so uncomfortable leaving the office.
