Showed up at 11 on Saturday when they were suppose to be open (including their posted store hours on the building) and waited 15 minutes, but they never opened up. Never returned my phone calls (left two messages). Called during normal business hours, no one answered the phone or called me back.

I called Perfect Flooring on a Saturday to check their hours and ask if they had samples of the hardwood flooring that we wanted to look at. After determining that they had the correct samples, I told Jenny that wed be down soon. We arrived around noon to find the door locked and no note posted with a return time. After having this same experience twice, well definitely take our business elsewhere. I called again later and was told that the entrance door was moved and that we should enter through the door to a roofing business. And we were supposed to know that?

A great family run company. Did a fantastic job on both carpet and vinyl floors.

Daryl came out to do measurements and prices. I couldnt believe how cheap it was. They came out today and laud the carpet so fast and looks stunning. They were friendly and proffesional. I highly reccommend them and will be using these guys again. Fantastic.
