I had a great experience. The guy there is cool. He makes sure your taking care of. He doesnt just sale you anything. He sales you the right product for your car. Best place.

Man, the manager is on it! Tinted windows are flawless and the alarm system is bomb. Whatever you need, that guy will make it happen. Trustworthy.

Cant believe all of these goons giving one star... I was kept waiting quite a while but I literally just drove in off the street without an appointment. Paid for a diagnosis and one hour labor for two and a half hours of knuckle busting hard labor by one of their installers. He completely rebuilt the shadetree trashy wiring that was done by a previous owner, my stereo system sounds amazing now. Great waiting area with comfortable couches, television and awesome reading material. Wasnt exactly how I wanted to spend one of my precious days off but I will never go to any other car audio shop again. Fantastic. Thanks guys!

Omg this was the worst thing I have ever done. I wanted to get my 2 front windows tinted on my car and then I said Id like my other car tinted...just the 2 front windows, he quoted me $180 for all 4 windows. Then I decided to go 5% on all the windows on both cars and just 20% on the front windows. He quoted me $750. I paid a $200 deposit. On Saturday morning I dropped off car number 1 and just decided to do the front windows and thats it. Since I already paid a 200 deposit Im thinking he owes me 20 bucks right???? WRONG!!! first he has my car from 10am till well after 4pm just for 2 windows.....my husband told me that he went to drop off car no. 2 and Pete said oh its 180 for just 2 windows.....he wanted another 180. My husband came back home and told me. I drove back and I told him that was not the deal. Why would I pay 90 bucks a window.....thats too expensive. He gave me 100 bucks back.....theres bubbles in the window and they didnt even wash my window and I had hard little rocks in the tint....they didnt even tint to the top of the window and the tint was ripped in the corner.....what the hell? I go back to Pete and he tells me that he didnt install it, he I lay sells the product. Im upset at this point and I want my money back. This happened on Saturday and I go back on Monday to tell him to remove it and I want my money back. He tells me I need to come back cause his guy isnt there. He tells me to come in tuesday morning...I cant I work...Wednesday morning? I cant I work. I said thursday. He said ok. My husband had the car and would be home that afternoon and Pete calls me to see if I can bring the car in. I said my husband will be home soon and Ill bring it in then. He told me to call him when Im on my way because his guy is leaving at 3pm. I call him at 225pm (I live 7 mins away) he said he let his guy go home and I need to bring the car another day. Im pissed at this point and I said Im getting my windows re tinted by the guy across the street from you and Ill get them to take it off and send you the bill. Since Pete is only telling me when its convenient for him. He said he wouldnt pay it, and I wanted my money back. Apparently they would send their people across the road to get their windows tinted and then not pay the company. This business is a sham and not pleasant to deal with. Customer service sucks and the quality of work is awful. I left a review on yelp and added pictures. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Guys a very friendly, got all my stock speakers replaced, in 2 of my vehicles, Got a u inch screen installed, they wrote everything down on a piece of paper, showed me what they charged, the options I had and gave me a great deal, bottom linedge is, if you approach these guys as proffesionalls, they will treat you as a loyal customer, was only there for about 2nd half hours max, before I left they even showed me how to work my new installation which was very much appreciative.

Bad service. I tell you my story.They are installing a stereo and I have more than 4 hours waiting.because they dont say it takes more than 4 hours and I come another day.He offered me a stereo for my car and the truth doesnt sound good.I tried to return and there is no return, no guarantee.They say a price and since you leave your car, more things are coming out on the road that they are charging you, increasing the estimate in which they were left.I honestly do not recommend it.You better buy a stereo or speakers and ask for the installation, nothing more.The equipment is too expensive.Check the models and compare on eBay, Amazon and other places and the product is very expensive.Sale and installation of a stereo more than $ 300 dls.Maybe the English speakers have had better luck.
