This particular store is nice to go to since there are not a lot of people. Really organized and well kept, able to social distance and has the things I need readily stocked and available. The parking is not so great and barely see the lines but other than that, Id still come to this store location since the staff are nice and informative and are really quick. Thanks for helping me with the balloons and making them last longer than the average balloon. Its almost a month and it still has air in them till now. Thanks again!!

Excellent help filling twenty balloons with helium for a party. The balloons were ones purchased elsewhere and they were happy to fill them for their normal fee. If youre filling latex balloons, take their word for it only lasting 24 hours without the extra cost additive. My balloons were great for a party two hours later but by that night they were on the ground. Lots of party supplies here in matching themes and colors right off the shelf.

This is a visible store located just by the main road so I decided to make a stop while on the way to SFO airport since theres still plenty of time before my flight. Store was huge, very well loaded and not crowded. Great place to grab party items!

Had exactly what we wanted for Halloween. The Spirit story only has costumes. Party City has way more decorations. Kids had a blast.

When I arrived to make a return they told me they only accept returns that were purchased at their store. I then asked is this a personal store policy or a party city wide policy. The cashier told me to ask her manager who said it was a party city policy.I then went to the next closest party city at which they returned my items no problem. Don’t appreciate being lied to especially when I went out of my way to make the return.

The balloons here are great but I actually made a mistake in my order. And the server was no help. Like zero. I think the field populated itself and it was misleading (I ended up ordering 13 more balloons than required) but regardless she could have been kinder. It was obvious I didnt mean to. Her suggestion was to just let the balloons go ?;? Ive ordered here many times in the past I wont order again.

I was not allowed to make a return here. Employee Jennifer told me right away that I had to return my items to the store I purchased from. Seemed odd since the receipt didnt say that. But confirmed through customer service that you can return to any location. Waste of time and gas.

I called and talked to Melissa store manager asking for a item in stock she told me there were 12 so I let her know I coming from union city to set 1 aside for me. Well when I arrived I asked her were the item at she told me in a certain isle and she went and not there she goes in back room 20minutes later comes out and tells me there in a box she cant get to she say sorry I tell her you knew I coming from union city today I paid tollbridge and gas all she said sorry and very rude

Have to props to the staff at this party store! I ordered balloons to be delivered for my daughters bday parade and the Uber they ordered never showed so someone from the store took their car and made it just in time. This is customer service people! So grateful. Plus they always have the best party stuff for any occasion!

The staff is always friendly and willing to help for the most part. The selection is very good especially if ya have young ones. I wouldve given 5 stars but they were out of some of the balloons I wanted and thats not the first time.

Bad Experience. I went to purchase some balloons as Party City is a balloon store for events. And I was told they had no helium and might get some later. The person who helped me was not helpful, was not sorry and just overall poor customer service. While I was not happy about the helium, the service made it to where I will go to Didddams. Bye PC!

Went in a Wednesday night which was perfect not alot of folks around, they had hand sanitizer and everything as you walk in. They have affordable props that I was looking for to complete my costume

This lady laughed at me from another isle when my friend said I was useless because I didnt care what wig to buy. Good selection, I measured my short friend in terms of a minion pinata and can now assess that she is one minion pinata tall.

I didnt find a costume here on Halloween. They had pictures of costumes on the wall that was not organized where customers finds an order number and tells cashiers. Staff was standing nearby but expected me to know their system finally explained it to me. They expected me to be alot more self reliant but did eventually helped me and others. They didnt have what I was looking for and staff suggested other stores where I found a costume.

Fraud: we gave a few balloons to inflate and pick it up in 10 minutes. Didn’t count, just grab. So, when we get back home and count balloons, it’s end up that few were missed.

A fairly good selection of the basics with lots of color selections and licensed characters. Ive had difficulty with their balloons. Popping easily. Deflating very prematurely. Before buying here, check out the dollar store next door.

Most things I bought were about a dollar cheaper on thier website. It was a bit annoying to have to find each of them in store and on the website but they had no problem price matching themselves.

The employee then angrily told us After you take the cart with your stuff to your car bring it back HERE, and pointed at the spot on the floor where we were to return the cart.Wow.

Planning a party? This is the place. In the middle of the store, Party City has a huge variety of candy and party favors that are sold by the piece.They have one of the largest helium Mylar balloon selections I have ever seen to choose from at the cash register area.

Got there 2 hours before closing and many things were on the floor due to Halloween the next day. Walked around n just about everything was overpriced however cant help what u need at last minute. Then as Im looking at things on the back wall I hear a girl talking about how another co-worker is drinking in the back n how she feels like quitting. When she realized I was listening 2 what she was saying she still complained about the other coworker n how that coworker smokes weed... Um that coworker shouldnt be working there especially on company time if they are smoking weed n 2 top it off drinking on the job. No wonder the place is such a mess..
