They where out of everything, and all of the gentleman working there, at least 2 of them on their mobile devices, werent interested in helping me and my friend out, or finding a substitute.I think they where done for the day, perhaps their quota was met.In any case, we left unsatisfied and unaccomplished and a bit surprised to haven been pushed out the front door basically so side swiped!Hmmmm.... I dont think Ill be going there again real soon, since this is my second negative experience with these not so efficient deciples in a short amount of time.Shape up folks! Shape up!

The owner(?) is really friendly and polite and everytime I visit this shop, he gives me a bit of a discount on my purchases. Since finding this shop about 2 weeks ago, hes definitely won me over as a customer. The only downside to coming to here is parking. This is in a busy, congested Korean shopping area with many restaurants, so there are a lot of people driving and walking around. Luckily hes got 2 spaces in front of his shop reserved just for his customers.

This place was fine - the guy who pierced my and my friends ears used sterile tools (it was a needle not a piercing gun) and was all business (read as not super friendly but knew what he was doing). Their selection of piercing earrings sucked: they only had studs that were cheap looking. However each pair was in their own packaging so at least they were sterile. He didnt go over care and maintenance before we left so we had to Google it (it had been a long time since we got out other piercings)

Yeah sure you pierce a daith with the longest half barbell? It’s sticking into her ear hole. How is she meant to use earphones? Piercing took too long, was not friendly at all and was not explaining anything he was doing. Wouldn’t come back here at all. For $60 I’d go elsewhere for sure.

Cashier was rude but piercer was polite and seemed to know what he was doing. Piercing itself was quick and easy. Piercing room was dirty and gross.Also my card info got stolen shortly after my visit here. Since they take a scan of your ID, if you use your card there, they definitely can buy things with your card online because they’ll also have your name and billing address. I’d advise to use cash if you go here.

Nice place and lovely costumer service

I went for a belly button piercing. It seems fine 1 day after. The experience was lacking, the guy who did it didnt even introduce himself which was a little cold. To be fair, he did a good job, so I got what I paid for, though $20 something for the jewelry seemed high.

Went there tonight to get a labret piercing and received very professional, polite, and fast service. The guy doing the piercing was extremely cool and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be going back there!! There was a sign saying they do tattoos....wonder if I can get some ink there 😁

I dont know why all the bad reviews. Just dont go there for piercings and you should be fine. They had a great selection of pipes, torches, and papers. Staff was relatively knowledgeable. Just know what you want and youll be fine

WAY better selection and pricing for glassware than Sky Zone smoke shop which is nearby. Bought a $30 bong, got it home and realized that the bowl was broken and the downstem was missing. Came back, was promptly helped and had them replaced at no cost. Will definitely be shopping here in the future.

I got a nose piercing here but it was totally unsanitary. The guys uses used needles. The room that it gets done in is also gross. The guy was very distance and said nothing to me. I would recommend going to StuckbyKev in San Bruno. Hes very professional and does everything in a sanitary piercing. I got my first nose piercing and tongue piercing with him.

Got my half back done here in 2008. Was visiting from Canada. Was just looking inside the shop. Talked to an artist there and told her what I was looking for. She drew it up that night and the next day I was under the needle. Took at total of about 9 hours, 6 1/2 the first sitting and just under 3 for the second. And for the cost of it, I couldnt get anything like it back home. The artist and I both had a passion for music and chatted about that for most of our time, among other things. The girl working the counter was an Edmonton Oilers fan. The funny thing is, that is where Im from. Great experience I had.

Amazing lineup, prices feel a bit high

Went here to get FOUR LINES! Literally four lines drawn in a parallelogram shape. They traced it on me and three other friends and they all came out completely different, yet equally terrible. The guys were also hitting on us the whole time. Super unprofessional and made fun of us of us because this was our first tattoo. Vibes is the perfect name for this s%*T show because it looks like a vibrating dildo did our tattoo after railing six lines of Coke in a Dennys bathroom. In short would not recommend.

I came here bought 3 pieces. 2 our of 3 broken when I got to my room on San Mateo. ..Came back next day to exchange which usually isnt. A problem. Bit for some reason wazzeem was accusing me of breaking it. When clearly anyone can tell I did not. Im honest anyways. I hv broken thousands never tried to return something I broke. For him to make acusations and clearly refusing to exchage such a small amount petty Item for $20 bucks.2 bongs at $20 each. Ive spent thousands never. Then check it again he says to me.when I leave store to see if damaged . Nice large selection of products but one of the 2 men working, i think possibly the owner? Shaved head. Very rude and pushy after asking a few questions and finding out that i would not be purchasing the product of intrest tonight, told be to be along on my way basically telling me to leave. Regardless if i live right down the street or not given my experience i now dont care if i have to drive 20 min out of my way, i will not be back and they just lost a $300 sale this Friday

I went in for a tounge piercing on February 2017 and everyone was friendly I finally had it done and it was so bad, it was crooked and it hit my vain and the guys Dad said it was my tounge so my mom told him to take it off and he returned my money and got it done somewhere else. So pissed.

Please if you come to this place for Kratom Brian up the fact that this store is charging way too much, for what costs them maybe $15 at most they are charging you 43.86 out the door. When I brought the fact up that I get “in my town” of Manteca,Ca that I get 150 capsules for $25 all they could say was people pay this price and don’t complain. Well I hope they do begin to complain there are no regulations in order to control this problem. Kratom gets me through my day it’s helped with depression,pain and, addictions to opiates some people need this to help them some people just like the feeling but this store is ROBBING you!

Omg the guys that work there are very very disrespectful. i went to buy a juice for my vibe and i only had $20 SO THE CHEAPEST one they had .but i saw some damaged ones and i asked if i can have one for @20 he turned his to his arabic friend and said this guy just released from suffence of course he did not know that i speak arabic

I came in to buy a lighter and notice also they sell hoodies, sweaters & t-shirts..... So I browse for couple of t-shirts and it might feel a bit over priced, but they turned out to be of great quality.....

Great shop replaced a item i didnt realized was cracked till i got home, witch most shops wont do, but could obviously tell it was from the pipe cooling to fast when it was created, also has a great selection of things that normally arent on shelves at other shops, thanks!!! 6stars
