For some reason my wifes name comes up when I go to this site. Nick did a fine job of answering all my many questions. He was very patient. I ordered a custom bookcase so there were some details to pin down and he was helpful. I was told that the case would come to me in a nice blanket I could reuse but I never received it. Better to under promise and over deliver than the opposite. I admire you for being successful, local with a family business for so many years. BTW, my father used to work for the US Chamber of Commerce and he always advocated for buying local which is the total opposite of what our government has done by facilitating trade with Asia that produces lower quality products that we receive from there.

Never coming back here. I stop by today because I am moving and I need 4 new beds and more furniture for my new house. I came in today and notice no one was in the store. I walk in with my family of 5 and walk through the whole store, even went up to the 2nd floor and still no one was inside. Right before I left I saw someone in the counter on his phone and didnt asked me if I needed any help or anything so I left. Worst experience ever.

We were searching online for under bed storage for my daughters room and found something perfect at Hoot Judkins! And it’s local to the Bay Area! We much prefer supporting small local businesses so we decided to make the trek across the bay to pick it up. (That also have a delivery option)When we first walked in we were in awe of all the beautiful high quality furniture they have there. 😍😍 They have some really unique pieces of furniture.Staff was really helpful and nice! Vicki helped us online and in the store a few people helped here and there that were super nice and at the end Joel saw that I was on the fence and took the time to help me find the right item for my own room. He showed me a few things, looked through a catalog etc. he showed me to the clearance section where I found the most gorgeous side table perfect for my room. It was exactly what I was looking for and had been searching for for weeks!I’m so very happy we decided to make the trip out to the showroom! I highly recommend their shop, you will fall in love with everything and want to redecorate your whole house!Thank you guys for being so awesome!!

Just bought a bedroom set from Hoot (2 West range by Archbold). Our experience has been great from start to finish. Staff at the showroom were helpful, not pushy and the store had a good covid policy. The associates really went above and beyond and we are very happy to support a small business, especially one that works with USA manufacturers and sells quality solid wood furniture (so hard to find these days)! The price was great, as is the quality - we love how it looks in the space. The delivery men were friendly, respectful and took a lot of care delivering and assembling our furniture. My only tip is to make sure you go and check colors on the showroom, because the colors do sometimes look quite different to the sample color squares on the site (e.g. the tuscan brown looks much more yellow on the site and is redder/darker in person). Were so glad we found hoot! Well definitely be repeat customers.

We bought a beautiful custom corner hutch. The staff sat with us and helped us pick out what we wanted and priced it all out for us. We also changed our mind of a custom vs already built table. He was gracious helping us update out order. We will definitely be returning for more high quality local furniture.

If you like wood furniture, I would recommend visiting this place. Lots of selections at different prices. Friendly staff. Only issue is the high delivery fees.

My partner and I were recommended to go to Hoot Judkins by a close friend. Everyone from shopping to delivery was absolutely amazing. The sales staff lets us know they are there to help but were not on top of us. When we did ask for help, they got us everything we wanted.The delivery guys were so courteous and friendly. They put on shoe guards when they walked on our rugs and made sure everything was where we wanted it before they put big pieces together. It could not have been a better shopping experience.The furniture is solid and of great quality. We will be going back for more furniture in the future.

This furniture store is awesome. I went there 3 separate times to pick out 2 pieces of furniture. Everyone was extremely helpful except the guy with a ponytail, his customer service was lacking (which is why Im giving 4 stars instead of 5). I ended up leaving and calling in my second order over the telephone. Delivery guys were great, on time, super respectful and careful moving the furniture upstairs, tipped them $100. Will definitely be going back to buy a full bedroom set. Highly recommend.

When I walked into Hoot Judkins to look for a desk, Francis asked questions about what I wanted, showed me various options, left me alone at my request so I could think, and seemed undaunted when I said I needed time to think about it. I really appreciated that he listened to what I wanted and didn’t push me. Consequently when I went back, I knew what I wanted and have been very satisfied with my new desk. The store has an outstanding selection and exceptional customer service. I will go there again.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. This is the place to shop if you like solid wood (not veneer, engineered wood, or plywood), dovetail joints, dado work, and fine craftsmanship. We were shopping for an office armoire and have been to places like Room & Board, and this store definitely has higher quality products. It was fun just to check out what was on display.

I love the atmosphere, positivity and overall feeling of this place. The furniture is amazing, although i did get a splinter once, but that wasnt from the product. I think it might be infected.
