Eyebrow wax: Adriana was my favorite. Sad to hear she is not with the company anymore! Had a few appointments with other girls but never satisfied Not sure if Ill find another Adriana. For now need to find service elsewhere

Felt very uninviting. Did not like the attitude of the staff nor the look. Had to wait days to get an appointment. Went somewhere else first.

If you wax anywhere on your body and haven’t tried European Wax then are crazy!!! They have a patented wax that is so much better. Less pain and no residual redness. You can walk out after an eyebrow wax and look normal. No big red eyebrows.

Flirts time at this location as I am from out of town. The experience and wax was great. However the two ladies(Mia didn’t get the other ladies name) at the front desk very unprofessional. Was checking out and neither wanted to take my payment, both were very rude and had a bad attitude. Would love to come back, as I love the services of the estheticians.

I absolutely adore Hannah. She is super sweet, friendly and makes you feel unbelievably comfortable while youre on her table. Shes my go to girl at EWC, Redwood City. Ive never had a bad experience here, and I wont go anywhere else for my Eye Brow and Brazilian waxes!

I was super excited that European wax center got the new app so customers can check in from the comfort of their car rather than walking up to the door and scanning the barcode then going back to sit in the car and then walking back to be serviced. I checked in on the app as directed from my European wax notification, I was directed to proceed to the store and the front desk attendant proceeded to tell me that’s wrong and our policy is xyz…This center should allow customers to check in from their car on the app or by calling in like most centers in the country. European wax center made this app for the convenience of their customers. I shared my concerns with the front desk and felt the lady was very dismissive of my feelings rather than acknowledging them. I’ve been a European Wax Customer of 5 or more states and for much longer than her 2 year employment she felt the need to share with me. I disagree with how she responded to my concerns.This is supposed to be a pampering service and I feel more inconvenienced than anything.I loved Mariah and Eileen, my wax ladies.
